The room's air conditioner doesnt work, and i am still waiting for someone to come look at it. The bedspread and couch have cigarette burns, and it is a non smoking room. No water in pool, no water in hot tub. There is a funky antiseptic smell in the hallway. The doors that go outside to the parking lot either are not locked or does not work.

The only things that were bad about this hotel, was that there was a broken window in our hallway, and the pool was not in service, but it is only May in Buffalo, so most wouldn’t be using the outdoor pool

general it was good, except that there was a very uncomfortable moment because I arrived at 12:30am very tired and there was no place to park my car and I had to wait for 10 minutes to get a space. In my opinion the hotel should reserve the space for the guests.

The carpets were very worn. Christmas decorations were up, it is October. Candle holders on mantle in the lobby had 2 holders and 1 candle. Pillows were lumpy. It would have been nice if the EV chargers were functional.

Manager at desk very friendly. Room was clean but no glasses and TV remote did not work well. Was not informed before stay that pool was not available. Breakfast was not very good and coffee was terrible. Price was high for a one night stay.

Gym was dysfunctional with many machines broken and weights missing. Hot tub was not open. Our room was at the end of a hallway that had a convenient exit door but the door’s keycard scanner to unlock it from outside didn’t work. Interior of the room was very outdated.

Friendly staff, small but clean and quiet rooms. Good sleep and basic, clean bathroom. Breakfast was also basic and uninspired, coffee was not Starbucks and the gym was poor. Very few weights and broken equipment. Also, pool opened too late for an early summer swim.

I really liked the open spaces inside the hotel itself. There were areas that were open to the sky within the hotel. The pool was also nice for me and my kids to come back from Darien Lake and swim until 9pm before going to sleep. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and very nice and the breakfast was good each morning.

I was packing up this morning to leave and saw bedbugs crawling on the mattress. I took a picture of one and told the worker at the front desk and he seemed like he didn't care. In highly upset that I paid 160 dollars for a room that has bedbug's. I need someone from management to get ahold of me to see what can be done about this

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was spacious. Th e only thing I didn't like was when I wanted it warmer in the room, when the temp goes above 65 degrees, the fan is very loud.

The rooms need to be updated. Air conditioning noisy. Big red stain on carpet. Photos available Our first room had a bad odour. We were moved to another room. This was beside an external exit. The door was opening and closing throughout the night and next morning. Also if we did not slam our door shut it didn’t close properly. We will not stay there again.

Convenient and right off the highway. Decent breakfast, friendly check in. However, the lack of an exterior window and natural light was a huge negative. I would not have stayed there had I known.

The shower head was old and kept the floors wet. The shower curtain was old. The rooms were a little small and did not look like the pictures advertised on the website. The walls and the room curtains also had stains on them.

Stayed at Best Western for a weekend trip for a concert. Check in was smooth, great parking, the room was smaller than I thought but it was comfortable. The room we had didn’t have a view. I think the hotel was a motel at one time where the doors were outside and were remodeled so our window showed the interior hallway. The hvac was loud but awesome temperature. Overall it was a good stay.

Toilet ran and self-flushed for three nights. I notified them twice the first day after it started but whatever they did did not fix the problem. Then they were very attentive to the issue. Now It only re-flushed/refilled every hour instead of 10 minutes. The bed in #138 has a massive depression on the right side and needs to be replaced. Showers are powerful. At checkin the front desk lady said I was rude when I asked her twice if the rooms smelled like smoke. Hey, I want to know! Rooms smelt a bit of smoke. I wasn't going to deal with her again so I put up with it. Price was good. Would I stay there again? Only if I was broke.

The mattress on the bed was not in the best of condition. When I sat on the bed, the it sank. Apparently the mattress has seen its usefulness. For a comfortable sleep, they should consider a new one. The sofa in the room also has the same problem. It is not firm and when it was sat on, it also sank.

I had a good experience at BW. They have very professional and friendly staff and in particular I would like to recognize Jackie who checked me in and was there for atleast one shift during my 3-night stay. She was very helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast that was offered. It was excellent. Overall the stay was good but the room carpet could be changed as it was old and kind of made the room stuffy and smelt damp when I checked in. I am extremely sensitive and as a result my nose was mostly blocked when I woke up in the morning. Despite that I would definitely return because of the overall service.

The hotel had spotless rooms, and the service was amazing. We left four pairs of shoes at the hotel. We contacted them, and they were able to locate our missing shoes and ship them to our home.

We were assigned a room with several issues: the toilet was not functioning, the closet door wouldn't close, and there was no lock on the bathroom door. I brought these concerns to the reception, where an older lady responded dismissively, saying, "The maintenance guy is gone, and it's not possible to have everything perfect in the room." Fortunately, a helpful and professional Indian staff member arrived and promptly moved us to a different room that was in excellent condition. His assistance was greatly appreciated, especially compared to the reception staff, whose lack of professionalism and customer service skills was evident. Although the property is somewhat old, it is maintained in an acceptable condition.

Stayed at the BW due to its location for the bills game and the last time I will ever stay at a BW. During check in my father landed into Buffalo before I did, I gave him my confirmation number and told him to check in so he can get settled. The front desk clerk on Friday 1/10/25 told my father there was an early check in fee of $25 cash only to avoid tax. My father paid the $25 and witnessed the money get pocketed. The room- Very uncomfortable beds where I can feel the base board under the mattress. The hotel staff allowed children to run up and down the halls screaming stomping and banging on doors. This lasted from about 8pm-2am. The doors are so thin you can hear every person walk by and their voice as clear as if they were in the room with you. Last but not least, I woke up with bites all over from head to toe, literally, bites on my neck hands back stomach legs arms and toes. We found bed bugs in our bed the last night of our stay possibly from when they switched our sheets. Worst experience ever.

Worse check in I have ever had at a hotel. Slow beyond belief. One customer in front of us and it took like 10 to get to us. Then when it’s our turn finally, the phone rings and the front desk check in guy puts are check in down and starts dealing with the reservation change for whoever is on the phone, versus taking his/her number and calling them back. I finally grabbed my credit card and ID from his desk and was about to walk out when that finally got his attention back on us, the clients in front of him.
Worse check in I have ever had at a hotel. Slow beyond belief. One customer in front of us and it took like 10 to get to us. Then when it’s our turn finally, the phone rings and the front desk check in guy puts are check in down and starts dealing with the reservation change for whoever is on the phone, versus taking his/her number and calling them back. I finally grabbed my credit card and ID from his desk and was about to walk out when that finally got his attention back on us, the clients in front of him.

We went out and came back and the carpet of our room was soaking wet, again told front desk, was told we would get a new room and was forgotten. We came up for a Buffalo Bills game. It was our first time to the area so we weren’t sure what to expect. The hotel was centrally located to everything we did while there. Staff were polite/helpful and room was clean. Can’t wait to be back. Go Buffalo.

Front desk staff was extreme nice and answered all our questions. Room was comfortable and clean. I was very happy to see the police patrolling the property in the early morning hours when i went out for a cigarette... The area is very residential and quite but close to shopping and restaurants....I would definitely stay again.

Stayed for a Buffalo Bills game. #gobills Room was clean, staff helpful, friendly. Approximately $30 Uber to Stadium. 4 minute wait. Worked perfectly for what we needed it for. Will stay again. Thank you!

I drove 5 hours to be told I did not have a reservation. When I have printed out my confirmation. Manager/owner I believe Mr Patel (exceptionally nice) called Expedia to be told I do have a reservation for 2 nights. 20+ minutes to check in. No fan in the bathroom, in room 156 ceiling paint in bathroom is peeling, mattress on bed right side is well used left side is better. Pressure in shower is the best I have ever had and breakfast was great.

The hotel was ok. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. However, breakfast was a little chaotic and understaffed. The staff struggled to refill the hot breakfast station fast enough to meet the amount of guests. The coffee and juice machines also stopped working at breakfast time so there were no drinks available except for milk.

Remember - you get what you pay for. For the money, it's great. King size comfy bed. Large room and bathroom. Very quiet. Limited breakfast. Very friendly and attentive staff. We had a problem with our room - it was dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally. Pool was drained but weather so bad it didn't matter. Gym equipment dated. Would recommend.

This hotel was clean and tidy, the staff we friendly and welcoming. It is an older hotel that has had some renovations, the floor plan is complicated, going from our room to the breakfast felt a little like a scavenger hunt. Our room was also interesting-it was a 2 room suite, they upgraded us. But it was once 2 separate rooms, there were 2 doors to the hallway, also numbered differently, one room had the bed, the other had a couch and table. Both had TV’s and had full bathroom and showered. Over all it was a fine stay!
