Room was clean however there was a show going on at the KeyBank arena literally right down the street, where event goers were parking it the hotel lot. Staff did nothing about these parkers, making it impossible for us to park our car. We paid $18 a night to park and couldn't even get a spot at 5pm. Not happy about this at all.

Didn’t mention anything about paying to park at the hotel when booking the room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was really nice. Had really good press and had hot water both days. Design wise the room is kind of bland. Breakfast isn’t included here so you have to wait sometimes longer than when the kitchen says it’s going to open if you want to eat at the hotel. There are a couple places nearby you can get food. A week before we were to arrive the whirlpool was going under maintenance and was still unavailable for us to use.

We came to Buffalo to see an NHL game on a Sunday evening with my 2 kids and chose this hotel because it was 2nd closest to the arena. Our first choice didn’t have a pool so we picked this one; for the sole reason of them getting so swim. That didn’t happen because it was being cleaned when we checked in and this morning at 10 they were dumping jugs of chlorine and chemicals. Very frustrating telling two young boys they can’t swim and also try and keep them occupied. Staff didn’t seem to care.

Hot tub and pool were down. The pool filter was broken but pool still open so it looked cloudly with body hair floating around. There were also no towels. Given the high cost of there rooms I would excepted a lot more. Would not recommended.

Enjoyed the proximity to Key Bank Centre. Pool and hot tub facilities were excellent. Staff was friendly and cordial and parking was within the hotel property. Easy in and out.

Checkin was poor. Waited abit and the guy checking me in said, “Did you hear what I just told her (the person he checked in, in front of me) or do I have to repeat myself?” The key cards either wouldn’t work for the elevator or wouldn’t work for the hotel room so I ended up with 2 different sets. The pool was pretty dirty with lots of floating debris. There was a cigarette lighter laying on the floor of our hotel room and the top sheet on the bed was stained with ??? The room was set to 66, which was abit chili but when I set it to 70–it took a couple hours to get to that temp, and for whatever reason, the temp started going back down again. It was a pretty chili room to sleep in during winter. :-/ considering the cost for rooms compared to other hotels in the downtown area, I really did not think it was worth it. The guy working at the Bistro in the morning was an extremely nice guy tho.

The first room we got both tvs didn’t work, staff came to fix they couldn’t fix or didn’t know how? So they moved us to a new room after we had gotten somewhat settled after long drive. Not as clean as we expected….

One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in (and we stay at lots of hotels)! Nice and close to Key Bank Arena, and room was clean and well-appointed. Parking lot was a little bit tricky--be sure to pull up to entrance and go check in before attempting to park!

There was no indication that they were doing construction. We were woken up at 7:30 am on a Sunday morning to the sound of hammering right above us and constant noise. I would not have booked this hotel if I knew construction was going on. When we called the front desk to request a room change they were unwilling to help. Hotel overall was nice but going out of town without kids and dogs that typically wake us up I was looking forward to “sleeping in”. That clearly didn’t happen.

Complete disappointment! Arrived a 3:30pm to checkin for the hockey game. Was hoping to drop of our stuff and enjoy and meal before the game. Instead, our room wasnt ready up after 4pm. All we were offerred for this total inconvenience was free parking!

Everything was pretty clean minus the bathroom. Fire alarm woke us up. There was no staff to direct or help anyone. It was on for over an hour and the hotel made no attempt to tell anyone why or how long it would be. It took us going back in for them to tell us it was fine to go back to our room with the alarm still going… staff and attitudes didn’t make it worth while.

Rooms were large and clean. We felt comfortable. Regarding the staff one young lady was so sweet but wasn't very knowledgeable about restaurant, or the surrounding areas, one gentleman was rude. everyone else was okay. Very happy with the cleanliness however it was expensive.

The parking was a bit confusing as i turned into a gated lot and did not have room key with me. I hadnt checked in yet. The gate wouldn't raise and i couldnt back out onto a busy street. Then magically for no explained reason it opened. This was on the lobby level,entrance on side. The bar has a limited menu for breakfast. Better bet is to visit Tim Horton's across the street

We were quite upset/ disappointed at the fact that we paid $30 per person for breakfast only to find out that it was not a $30 breakfast, but a bistro. For two total breakfast it was $30( a premade sandwich and juice). Total waste of money extremely disappointed as this was not what we paid for.

3 minute walk to the arena and the pizza restaurant was great, the food was delicious and came very fast even though the place was full. The Starbucks was a great send off for the trip home.

Pool was disgusting with kids jumping in the jacuzzi with floaters. I told the front desk and they gave us free breakfast but the next day the chef didn’t show up so there was no breakfast. The person working at the cafe the night before had a dirty shirt and hair. It was gross.
