Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bentonville

The pool was a Hazzard and not available. Beyond disgusting. No signs saying not to swim or out of use. Rooms a lot of things were broken and dirty.

Room was filthy with black mold around the toilet. Toilet would not flush without opening the lid of the water closet to work the flap. The first 6 feet of carpet at the entry of the room was sopping wet and had a foul order. could only access the bed from one side because of the wet carpet. Ran the shower and the water backed up from the drain into the tub with hair and other black debris. There were no cups in the room by the sink. Room had a partial roll of toilet paper. I spoke to the desk manager about the deplorable conditions of the room and wanted another room that was clean, if that was possible, He said maybe tomorrow we could get another room. We looked at the indoor pool which had a foamy scum on the surface and algae on the bottom and sides, There were at that time no signage posted that the pool was closed. I called the Benton County Arkansas Health Department and left a complaint with the Health department administrator about the entire property and the overall filthy condition. I also called Days Inn corporation and filed a formal complaint with the Property. I went back to the Desk manager, this time another person sleeping in the lobby and informed him of the complaints I had made, The next morning there were had written signs of pool closure taped to the pool entrances. I will avoid staying at any Days Inn from now on.

Rooms are in dire need of updating- pretty gross overall. Had flies and ants in my room. The pool water looked scary. Couldn’t get to the ice machine when the pool door was locked.

One towel and it was wet! Couldn't get anyone at the desk. Called from the in room phone but the cord was fried. There was no fridge..just the racks that go inside one. The headboard wasn't connected to the wall and was just propped up by the bed. The bedding was stained and had many burn holes. The tub had many burn holes. The carpet was worse than the bare ground. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. The Styrofoam cups were dirty. The toilet paper was wet. The bathroom floor and the carpet outside of the bathroom were soaked. The ice machine was full but there was no scoop and the whole area with the ice and pool smelled like a rotten dead animal. The pool had a thick glaze over the top. No vending. I've attempted to contact hotel to no avail and I have contacted hotels.com regarding this situation. This room was 149 dollars for the nite. This room would be a stretch just to be 30 a nite.

Indoor Swimming pool was closed. no Breakfast as advertized. no towels in bathroom.broken lamp with no bulb electrical hazard in room . no extra toilet paper. showers had pubic hairs on ceiling .no inner shower curtian. water went all over the floor creating a slip and fall hazzard. no temprature control knob on HVAC unit. Staff was uninterested in correcting these conditions when asked to.

Bedding torn/stained coffee pot but no coffee/cups/accessories. Ceiling stained/possible mold. Pool full of bugs/leaves. Beer bottles on stairs/walkways. Trash all over parking lot. Room smelled like burnt popcorn. Expedia/Wyndham need to investigate & remove from their site.

The non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, even the bedding smelled like cigarettes. There was mold on ceiling in bathroom. The indoor pool wasn't clean at all had leaves and bugs floating in the pool. There was moss all over the floor by the ice machine. Rust leaking down the wall, door frame to bathroom was busted. Very disgusting for sure.

The lobby was filthy when we arrived. They had issues checking us in. Then the key cards didn't work for the door and we had to go back to the front desk 3 different times. The pool water was green and had trash in it. There was trash in the walkways. Random water dripping from the 2nd floor catwalk. We were told breakfast was until 10am but it was gone by the time we came down around 845am. Will not be staying again. The room was clean, surprisingly, but the rest of the property was rundown and trashy.

There is blood on the floor and on the mattress our toilet didn’t work so we had to go next-door for our bathroom needs which was very inconvenient for my husband because he couldn’t remember which one was and we had to find the key for it. I checked, and there were no bedbugs, but still, everything was filthy. The place gave us the Heebies. It smelled horrible. Even my expensive perfume couldn’t knock out the smell

I would never recommend this hotel unless you are absolutely desperate for a place to stay. The photos of the hotel and its rooms must be about 50 years old and are most certainly not an accurate representation of the place. Everything about the place was old and rundown and appeared to lack even the most basic upkeep. Our rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and mildew, even though I requested non-smoking rooms. Everything looked dirty and old. The furniture had rips in the upholstery and gashes in the wood. The linens on the beds were stained and wrinkled. The floors needed vacuuming and felt sticky. One bathroom had mold on the toilet seat and ants crawling around the sink. The AC in this room did not work. The other room did not have any towels with the exception of one which appeared to be used. When we finally received some towels, they were threadbare and as rough as sandpaper. On the second day the handle on the toilet broke off. We had to fix it ourselves because we received no response from the management. We had originally planned to stay three nights, but decided to leave after the second night. When we asked to receive our money back for the unused night, we were told only the manager could handle this and he was in India, which I very much doubt. Needless to say we were charged for an unused night. This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed. Don't believe the photos posted on line; they are false advertising. It is obvious the management could care less.

This property is filthy and has not had any type of repairs. Sheets were either mildewed or thread bear. The pool has been closed for I hope a very long time. Very rude front desk and totally unhelpful!!! Don't stay here!

The room smelled like pee the covers were dirty and there was spider webs all in our room. Killed two spiders. Also when we walked out of our room there were maggots coming out of a vent a couple rooms down from us.

I have limited words so I will only use the most descriptive filthy gross bug infested, uncaring smelly. The check-in was nice, but the manager was unavailable and we couldn’t manage to get a refund and we were never checked on the tornado.

Room was disgusting, stained sheets, broken fire alarm, curtains were see through, hole in door filled with a napkin where peep hole should have been. We stayed long enough to find another hotel in the area.

We first got checked in to a dirty room shower was dirty so front desk went ahead and change to a clean room , not much different this property requires lots of upgrade and remodeling or atleast just a deep cleaning would do but the worst part was a tornado hit we sheltered in the restroom since no closet , than it stated to leak from roof all in the restroom we all bunked in with 2 children we than are forced to evacuate I try to go in the office to just shelter and it’s locked closed and no one picks up phone . The restroom is started to flood imto the bedroom area. Few of my clothes ruin worst experience ever

Extremely filthy rooms and the beds had bedbugs. Stay far away.

Roaches, blood on carpet, stains on sheets, would not recommend take my word on this

The lock on the door it was extremely difficult to use. The room was filthy, dirty, the floor, the walls everything in there was dirty. There was broken furniture laying on the ground. The sheets were dirty. We pulled up the sheets and found dead bugs underneath on the mattress. After a few minutes of looking around the room, I went back and turn the key in to the reception and told them that I was not going to be staying there. She told me that I would not get a refund so I’ve contacted my credit card company to try to get the charges disputed.

The building and room were, to put it bluntly, a wreck. The staff did clean the room and make the bed, but all the furniture was clearly damaged, the toilet seat was completely broken and dirty; the building was apparently being repaired? The sign at the entrance was illegible due to missing letters and dirt. This property needs serious repair.

When we got there the room wasn't ready (after check in time). Waited 40 mins. The room had holes in the wall and the wallpaper was coming off the wall. No trim aound the bathroom door and no shower curtain. But the AC worked great!

Old outdated, burn holes in the carpet and 8 srew head sticking out of headboard like something had been removed. Only 1 towel and 2 hand towels, no wash cloths. Semi clean but no bugs so we stayed. The young man behind the desk was quiet and nice. Did what he could.

When I checked in, the Lobby was dirty. Staff is very friendly. Checked into our room. Carpet dirty, holes & stains on sheets, coverlet. But, bed and pillows were comfy. A/C nice and cold. Water pressure in shower is very good. Toilet paper holder and towel holder were both falling off the walls.

Had a late change of plans, so was looking for cheap and close to the highway, and this is where we ended up. It was just sketchy. From waiting 15 min at the front desk with no one around, to the dimly lit parking area, it was just not great. Wallpaper falling off the walls, stains on the floor and ceiling, dirty linens and towels, you get the picture. You could see light around the entire door when shut and locked, after looking, it’s because it has been tried to be broken into probably multiple times. A pry bar has been used and the door is bent in several places. I understand you get what you pay for, but I would skip this place next time. Just overall dirty and sketchy.

Room was good, clean and quiet. No Wi-Fi And the outside was not the cleanest. Outside needs to be refreshed

Unfortunately, my room smelled like stale urine and I didn’t want to touch anything with my bare hands and I wore my shoes all around the room because I didn’t want to walk around with bare feet. I was in a room that faced the highway so it was a little noisy.

This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever dealt with, both with the hotel and hotels.com. The room was dirty, there were ants on the bed and ants coming in through the door. The floor was dirty, the light fixture was broken so they put a lamp that sparked up at the receptacle. I spoke with Sam at the front desk and he refused to refund me my money, we did not stay, it was unsanitary and dirty. When I spoke to Hotels.com they just said they were not able to do anything about it. It’s unfortunate because I’ve booked many time through their site.

They are in the business of letting guests check in, go to their room, be appauled at the condition of the property, then leave and decline a refund. They're collecting money from people to not even stay there. Do NOT BOOK HERE. The photos are staged and look and feel nothing like what you're getting. Wallpaper peeling, filthy curtains and carpets. Tub with huge drain stains. Arm chairs with years of skin oil built up. Bed sheets with plenty of stains. Ungroomed landscaping. A toilet plunger in the bushes at guest parking. They don't care if you stay, because you aren't getting a refund. Also... Hope you don't mind choking spell of smoke to welcome you in the lobby when you enter to check in for your stay.

Wow, where do I start. Room was dirty, it had not been deep cleaned in forever. There was an unknown substance down the nightstand that I suspect was dried sperm. Door to bathroom was broken off the jam. As a result it didn’t close. Non-working TV and we had to wait for over 4 hours before it was addressed. No trash can in the room, and no room service. We stayed 2 nights and no one cleaned or made the bed, left new towels, etc., while we were out. When I tried to talk to the front desk employee, he was more interested in talking to his friends rather than check folks in, or address any concerns. It was a busy weekend in the area so other motels were booked or I would have left after the second hour. I was truly disappointed in Days Inn property. In the past they were our go to, but not anymore. This property was more like a rent by the hour room.

Pulled the sheets back and ants went scattering everywhere - very sketchy outside area as well - felt so unsafe and was so upset I was just mortified that it was even listed as it was on this site. The ONE employee on site told me no refunds - offered me another room. There was not one room in the place I even WANTED to consider - horrible horrible horrible experience. I'm not above anything but I expect clean when I'm paying for a room. Ants, smell, stains and roaches - dirt and mold in bathroom corners - ugh I just can't even. Do NOT waste your time or money here - Days Inn and Wyndham will be notified as well.

Area hotel is in great for dining and activities. The floor in our room hadn't been swept. Found 1 live cockroach and several dead ones. Bed cover had cigarette stain.

Close for restaurant

Our door lock had to be changed out so it would work and the door was sticking so hard to open it once it was unlocked. Had to ask for them to come back and change the sheets because of a large unsightly stain as well as give the tub another cleaning due to hair in the tub. Carpet was badly stained. Towels were worn and minimum amount for the room. There were several good restaurants nearby and close to the people we were visiting. The front desk staff were friendly and tried to fix what they could.

The floor was not vacuumed. Decades-old stains on the furniture. The sign outside said “Hot Breakfast”. At checkin I was told by the clerk that breakfast started at 6:30. We came to the lobby at 6:30: the doors were locked, no staff at the desk, and no one responded to the doorbell. We could see the breakfast area through the window and no one had prepped breakfast.

The rooms do not sleep 3 as advertised. They do not have free rollaway beds. They didn't even have extra pillows for my daughter who had to sleep on the floor. They did not have breakfast included or even offered. The room was outdated. The sheets had burn holes in them. The pool was dirty. And they didn't give me a refund even when I complained about it not being what was advertised. If only I had read the reviews first. They shouldn't be offered as an option.

The room had sheets and towels with stains. There was a hole in the bathroom door. Electrical outlet on only one side of the bed. Weeds including poison ivy all over. HOT breakfast was only waffles and no butter. Small blueberry muffins. A small almost empty pitcher of apple juice.
