Oceanfront room was EVERYTHING! Sitting on the veranda in the mornings and evenings listening to the ocean was blissful. The pool was cool but not cold and the waterfall made the whole experience more refreshing. Lovely beach, clean rooms, friendly staff. Restaurant service was a bit slow but very friendly and accommodating. Food was good—highly recommend the Caribbean Salad. Ask for low salt—chicken was VERY salty but I noticed this everywhere in Tulum.

Good ac. Enriching was great about the hotel. We could hear loud music from other hotels. We had to ask our hotel to turn off the music at the beach, when the neighboring hotel turned THEIR music very loud. Took a minute for our staff to understand why dueling music was not ideal.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Coco Unlimited. It was our first time in Tulum without the kids, and the experience was great. The breakfast, pool, and proximity to the beach were excellent. A special thank you to David, the beach bar manager, who was fantastic and always accommodating. Since my wife had a fractured foot, the staff was incredibly helpful whenever we needed ice. Great place with wonderful staff.
