iCoconutGrove - Luxurious Vacation Rentals in Coconut Grove

There was construction going on, so elevator service was very slow, so took the stairs 9 floors rather than wait. Restaurant and bar were closed. No real eco-friendly effort (no water refill stations or recycling on property). We did get a voucher for a restaurant off site, so that was appreciated. We also got complimentary late check out which was nice (not able to check in until after 4).

I really liked the area, wasn't too far from the Airport or attractions like the Viscaya Museum and Gardens or even the Beach. Very clean, had nice pool and gym and hot tub. Everything was amazing the staff were nice and accommodated for my needs. What could be improved is to offer more variety of transport near by other than Uber like a trolley (if it is possible) or more late checkout options, but otherwise it was a lovely space and I would definitely come here again. 5/5 :)

Great place to stay. Clean, super convenient and walkable to everything in the grove. Elevators are very slow and 2 broke while we were there.

Pool was lovely with view of Biscayne bay and marina.

Central location and very walkable , with access to Coconut Grove restaurants, shopping and the Marina . Easy check in to the unit , comfortable beds and pillows and big plus , parking is included at no additional cost

We had a great stay here. The location is really good, free parking in the garage. Coconut Grove is a beautiful area with loads of nice eateries and a lovely vibe. Pool was great, not busy and the apartment was clean, spacious and with a great view from the balcony.

Nice. Everything worked well. Great views of the coast. Beautiful exercise room and, my favorite, a sauna. Room was comfortable, well furnished and designed. Air conditioner kept up.

Location! Nestled into downtown Coconut Grove short walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and boat docks. Room was perfect with a balcony facing the sunset. Little kitchen for making coffee in the morning. Pool facing the water with a spectacular view. I would definitely stay here again.

Great room and great location - be sure to stop at the pool but beware the hours are short. Elevators were always quite busy. Short walk to the pier and and restaurant area.

Loved the location and staff. Room was updated and clean. Pool deck had an amazing view. Too bad the on-site restaurant was closed.

The property was in a very populated area with lots of shops, restaurants and nightlife (if that’s your thing). The studio was very clean and there were no issues at all. Unlike hotel rooms, I could not hear what was happening right next door, so it was quiet as well. I would stay here again.

No house keeping during my 4 day stay. Just 2 coffee papper cup and two coffee to be used in machin. For 4 days. There is no ubs outlet. Not a luxury. Brung your own connector. Manager was not helpful and did not let me finish my question.

Enjoy my stay we payed for parking so no problem to.the only thing i didn't like is that if you need house keeping you have to pay extra for that service otherwise its great.i would definitely book again

Good for the price. The shower head needs to be replaced for sure and the bed sheets had a slight odor to them.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is within walking distance to everything! Coconut Grove is such a cute neighborhood! The property itself had a great view and all the amenities you could think of. Great hosts. Only suggestion is having the bathroom cleaned better. There was hair in the tub and on the wall.

Clean room and great location!

I booked a room with a bay view and received a pool view. The entrance to the condo, lack of elevator key and hotel access key makes the entire stay complicated and stressful.

Overall great stay. Location is great. Beautiful view of the city from the room. Would definitely come back. Only negatives is elevators are busy and there’s a long wait for one at times. And no cable tv, only Netflix. But other than that, everything was wonderful.

We loved the property. The room was great. The views were amazing! The only issues we had were the coffee pot did not work properly, would fight with it every morning just to get it to work and then the coffee would not be hot. The TV was a pain to work. It would not stay connected to the Internet. While our personal devices stayed connected without issue, the tv would get disconnected constantly and we would spend more time trying to reconnect it than we did actually watching tv. Was very frustrating.

I would give five stars but for one thing. The room itself was gorgeous and exactly as advertised with the exception that I reserved an ocean view room and my room actually faced the city - no water in sight from my balcony. I would have like to have been notified if the ocean view was not available. Other than that it was perfect.

The room was great and spacious for two people. The only issues we had was a night we wanted to stay in and watch tv we couldn’t because we could not connect to the wifi. We messaged management and the response was that all the others rooms had no issue as if that was going to help us. They did not provide any help to solve the issue. One thing that they can improve is some type of counter space in the bathroom. Other than that it was great.

Love the studio/apt nice view clean walking distance to shops n food…. Walls are not soundproof we could hear neighbors tv so they probably heard us too lol 😝 the sunset was spectacular

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again! Location was perfect! The only issue we encountered was with the room temperature. It was a very chilly 63 degrees no matter what we adjusted the thermostat to and we were unable to turn it off.

Good walking distance to things I wanted to do. Struggled with check in as I was sent the wrong room number and code. But the staff was friendly and helpful and the property manager was finally able to get me the right information. Overall a great stay, besides the check in issue.

Communication from the property management was terrible. They told me that they emailed me, which they did not. Said I was the only person ever to not receive an email. I was only given an address, not the name of the hotel. I was given incomplete info for the room code. I was told there was no check in desk and when I could not find the property, I was finally given the name of the hotel and told to go to the check in desk. This was only after I yelled at the person on the phone, who was very unhelpful. Saving grace was the hotel staff was very helpful and the pool area had a great view. I would never use I Coconut Grove Vacation rentals again

Great room, great amenities, amazing location, but long and terrible check in service and inconveniences at the property. Check in was horrible. You need a key card AND a passcode. Issues with both. We arrived exhausted at the hotel after 24 hour flight from SE Asia and the front desk service was apathetic and careless. Told us to wait while they print our room keys and we sat in the empty lobby for 20-30 minutes with luggage. Went to the counter and she said oops I forgot to print the cards. Then prints them instantly. She was chatting with friends the entire time and playing on her phone. Expedia failed to deliver the message that contained the code to the door, but all other messages went through. Stuck outside our room and I spend 30 minutes looking for the message with the code. We end up texting the property host. No response. Then call the property host - no answer. Go all the way back to the lobby and the front desk said they had the code all along, but “oops” forgot to give it to us. Empty lobby. The door lock is not responsive and it takes several tries of entering the code and using the card. Mind you we haven’t slept in 24 hours from international travel. Host finally texts us the next day, but was defensive and robotic and unwelcoming despite polite text messages to them. There was no “sorry I was unreachable last night” Hotel restaurant was closed for some reason. Laundry machines in the hotel are broken and eat your money.

Check in was easy. Even though it's all online, it is pretty straight forward. Had an issue with not receiving the details of my stay through email and they were able to resolve it. Lovely pool and lots of great places to walk around. On the day we left, one of the pipes came loose. Property management brought an engineer to repair it within 20 mins. Would definitely stay again!

The room was very clean, i love the area it is very nice. But I was driving from Orlando 4 hours and after a few errands I had to check in around 10pm. The code the property manager sent me to get access to the room was wrong. I called them several times, even sent text. Nobody answered. I had to go to the Lobby and ask for help. Obviously they have to do some verifications before opening the door for me, they were nice at the front desk but I was tired. NOBODY contacted me back, even the next day. Disappointing.

Great location and phenomenal service. We had a question and the host responded immediately and not only took care of our question, but also gave us a gift for our “trouble.” Highly recommend Coconut Grove and this host. We look forward to returning.

Great unit close to many dining options. Check in was smooth and friendly. Condo is of a great size, modern with great views. I had no issues and had a great stay. The USD30.00 voucher for Green Street Cafe is a lovely touch!

This was a 200/10 experience. The host welcomes you with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a credit to enjoy the pools bar. Although there’s isn’t free breakfast $19 for a buffet is unbeatable especially with Miami food prices. I felt 1000% safe without your key card there’s no way around the hotel. Words cannot describe how much I enjoyed the stay, the room, the staff etc. I will most definitely recommend this to others and hope you guys enjoy it too.

Very nice room with kitchen and great location/fantastic neighborhood. Sadly, the building (Hotel Arya) has seen better days. The bar/restaurant has an awesome view of the bay from the 8th floor, next to the pool, but has been closed for years. The building is clean with nice staff, but the elevators are kind of noisy and the halls smelled musty. Overall, it's a good option if you can get a discounted price, but don't pay prime dollar.

Biggest reason we booked this property was the beautiful view of the marina… which we did not get. Our room overlooked the city so we were disappointed. Would also have been nice to know in advance that the restaurant on the property was closed. Overall the room was nice with some unexpected touches that were a nice gesture including a free bottle of champagne and gift card to a local restaurant. Check in process was a bit confusing but we figured it out.

I enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was very nice on the 17th floor with views of the bay and Skyline. Love the location and area in Coconut Grove. Didn’t love the fee for additional towels so I just went to target. The bar/restaurant were under construction when I wanted a drink/food but there are many options in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property! Clean great host and even received a bottle of champagne and gift certificate to greenstreet restaurant upon arrival! Would recommend to anyone interested in visiting miami.

Property is in a great area that is convenient to everything in the Grove. Host was quick to reply to all questions and the giftcard and champagne was a great touch! My only feedback would be for the space to have another mirror. The only one was in the bathroom and it isn’t a full length. I will definitely book again!

We had an amazing experience at iCoconutGrove, in Coconut Grove, Miami. The location is unbeatable—the best in the Grove. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and secure, and being within a hotel meant access to great amenities like the gym and pool. Free parking was a huge bonus for Miami, and they even included a $30 gift card to Greenstreet Cafe, an iconic brunch spot nearby. Overall, it’s incredible value for money and the perfect place to stay in the Grove. Highly recommended!
