Three Falcons

Nice seeminly recently updated restaurant. Beds a not super comfy and missing a light at the headboard of the bed for reading. 10 minute walk to Underground, lot of take out / oriental easy dining places nearby. Good for solo travelling but i do not think i Will be visiting this again.

No reception. Had to check in at the pub bar. Took a long time. Not sure why. Light in bedroom very dim.

Not a pleasant experience… no usable wifi (disconnects and very slow, practically unusable) and initially they gave us incorrect room and I had to prove that I reserved a deluxe and not basic room to change rooms (as the basic room is very tiny and not suitable for two people, and the lady at the front was acting like there is no difference between rooms until I showed the Expedia advertisement). The location is central(the only positive point) but there are small inconveniences like the fact that you cannot use the elevator after 11 pm, there is no reception, the sink is so tiny and strangely there was a cup board above the sink which made it impossible to wash your face without making a mess!

+ eccellent food in the Restaurant + easy check in/out + clean rooms + nearby public transport (bus, tube, rail) - Doors closing are very loud - Pub is sometimes noisy - no wall socket in the bathroom

Three Falcons Hotel – London – 8.8/10 My stay at the Three Falcons Hotel had both positives and a few things to note. Upon arrival, the staff took a while to locate my reservation. Once they did, they showed me to my room and told me they would return shortly with the key. After waiting about 30 minutes, I had to go back down to the desk to remind them. From that point on, everything went smoothly. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Housekeeping did an excellent job refreshing it each night. The breakfast area was outstanding—plenty of fresh cheeses, quality coffee, and other tasty options to start the day. Overall, I’d rate the hotel 8.8 stars. The only downside is the surrounding area. While nothing happened to me during my four-night stay, walking along Edgeware Road at night felt a bit unsafe. I would recommend using a cab or Uber when heading out, especially after dark. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable stay with a great breakfast and don’t mind taking transport to and from the hotel, the Three Falcons is a solid choice.

Good value accommodation with lovely staff and very clean rooms. The rooms are well equipped, if a little small. If you have any mobility issues be advised the lift is only accessible between 7am and 11pm.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME! Stay anywhere but not here. No WiFi in the room for the 4-5 nights we stayed. Supposedly they reset the router, which obviously didn’t do anything for us. We had to buy a UK SIM card to buy the internet package. It’s a smart TV in the room but the management claimed it’s not a smart TV that’s why it wasn’t working, mind you it has YouTube, Netflix, and the option to connect to the WiFi so needless to say it’s a smart TV. We weren’t aware of this ahead of time and had we known I wouldn’t have spent over one thousand pounds on this place: 1. This place doesn’t have a reception like a traditional hotel so once the pub is closed, there’s no one to contact. And the phone number listed on Expedia blew my mind because I called to let them know I wouldn’t be checking in at the usual time and that my flight was delayed. When I called someone answered saying “Hello?” Like I was bothering them and they definitely did not want to talk to me.2. The place is not a real hotel, where you can stay comfortably. It has a pub downstairs and it’s always LOUD and uncomfortable. The cleaning lady yanked our door every morning to ask when are we going to check out of the hotel, after telling her 2x we had to put a note on our door to please not yank or bang on the door. I asked the management team to assist us and she pretty much said your room is non refundable. Worst experience ever.

Great little Inn with delicious Indian food in the pub below. Rooms are spacious with newly renovated bathrooms with rain forest shower and heated towel racks.

Great Indian dinner in the pub and really nice and friendly staff. Small but comfortable room with a nice en suite. I think complimentary bottled water in the room would be a nice touch and something we missed. Other than that the rest was as expected.

Our check in and stay was very good. The cleanliness of the premises was good and the staff were excellent and very professional. There were a couple of issues in regard to our room where the blinds did not work and the shower door needed repaired. This did not stop us having a shower. One other problem was that there was no water in the room at night due to an issue with the water board. All these issues were reported to the staff. The bar was well stocked however there was constant music playing and most of the time too loudly. This hotel was clearly very popular for its Indian food but the British food offering was limited. The continental breakfast was fine. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you Three Falcons Hotel.

Everything was nice and quiet. The room was really new and clean.

This hotel is extremely beautiful but on my first day there was hair hanging from the towels and the water wasn't working at night. Then once the water started working it was extremely low pressure. In addition, since the hotel is an older build the water system is outdated and not reliable. A few of the staff members were kind but some of them were standoffish and dismissive when I shared these concerns.

Probably the best place I have stayed in, in London. The staff were really good, the room was spotlessly clean, shower was very good and very clean and the bed was really comfy.

This is the second time I have stayed there, the first time was very lovely. This time was disappointing. The Deluxe room was quite small compared to last time. There was damage in the room, and one of the lights was not working. On top of that, the bathroom had only one towel for two people and no bathmat. And to add insult to injury there was no hot water in the morning - and no communication about it. When I was checking out, as I was rushing to work, I informed the staff of these instances & they apologised and said about the hot water would be back on in 40minutes - which would be too late. There was no offer of any thing - not even a free breakfast. I have to say very disappointing.

NO HOT WATER!!! Paid +£200 to stay in a hotel without hot water, this is a basic requirement!! Hotel staff werent very apologetic. I will say that the pub itself is nice and they have tried hard to create good looking rooms and bathrooms but maybe to much in a small space. Cupboards under the wardrobe with hairdryer and iron in cant even open as too close to the bed so whats the point?

Place was fine until bed bugs were spotted.

The problems here started when I tried to get access to the hotel at night and phones remained unanswered. But the real issue was there was no hot water for the duration of my stay and I could not wash. The hotel refused to give any form of refund and management refused to speak to me and were unavailable when I asked to speak to a manager. Hell would have to freeze over before I stayed in this hotel again.

Reasonable stay. Earlier than normal check in was good. Room was compact but of a good standard. There were stains on the curtains and what looked like cigarette burns on the carpets. Breakfast could have been earlier or the option to have a grab bag would have been nice. I had to leave before 8 so I missed the breakfast I paid for. The immediate area - dependent on how you reached the hotel - is a bit iffy.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The rooms were clean and looked after well.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay! The room was spotless and a good size with an en suite shower room, just what we needed. The hotel is located near the tube station and bus routes which was great for exploring London. The staff were very helpful and polite. We queried about breakfast being included and were reassured it was. The breakfast was a lovely Continental with lovely choices. On our final evening we had dinner in the restaurant and it was absolutely beautiful food! Would definitely recomment the hotel and restaurant!

I was really excited about staying here but ultimately the property didn't live up to the hype. Communication is a real challenge for this staff. I attempted to get in touch about potentially changing my reservation well before arriving, and the staff wasn't responsive. When I checked in I was given a room smaller than the one I paid for. While I was able to get a refund for that evening and get switched to a double room, one of the biggest problems was that the wifi was extremely spotty.

The only downside was the basically non functioning Wifi (which seemed to be a known problem). It kept disconnecting. Unfortunately they didn’t really have a solution for us.

Room quite small, but well appointed, clean, quality staff, great breakfasts...and cuisine in evenings is terrific as is the local sports pub vibe (who knew we would enjoy that)!

Room was recently renovated and comfortable but a proper chair would have been appreciated. The fact that there was no space for a small desk and chair will give you a sense of the small size of the room.

The rooms are much smaller than they look in the pictures, like 10' x 12' . The bathroom is tiny with like a 8" x 5" sink and small corner shower. You need to think before you move too quickly in the shower. Other than that, the property was clean and the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well. The staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast was good. It is above an Indian restaurant, so you better like the smell of curry.

Rooms are very tiny. The door hits the bed as you come in and lighting is really poor. But it was all we needed and very little time spent im room. The restaurant was delicious. Staff was friendly.

Was a bit surprised at receiving a text a few hours ahead of our visit that the hotel was cancelling due to “unexpected maintenance issues”, I had no success calling the +91 number listed on Hotels when wanting an explanation, but Hotels online chat were very helpful, contacted the hotel to sort and gave me a UK number that I rang and confirmed.

Started off a wonderful experience...ended very abruptly with the staff yelling at my guests and I, and the local constabulary being called. A shame...but a learning experience. Just walk up to Edgeware Road to get a proper black cab.

In addition to the excellent in-house Indian cuisine, there are numerous Lebanese and Turkish restaurants along Edgeware Road. For public transportation, 3 bus routes are within a block and several tube lines are also a few blocks away. The hotel staff, especially the morning team is excellent. Rashi in particular, with her attentive service and upbeat disposition was a JOY @ breakfast. Give this woman a RAI$E!

Staff were uniformly excellent and the rooms well appointed. The surrounding area grew on me as time went on, and is pretty close to transit hubs

The staff was very attentive and kind. They helped my wife and I celebrate our anniversary with a kindness of customized dessert on the evening of our day.

It was a great stay. Staff and management were very helpful and accommodating. The only downside was the slow WiFi connection but overall i highly recommend!

Very cold check in. Asked for a late check out and…no discussion: just not possible. Just handed the key: find out how to get to your room yourself. Not anymore sorry

OUTSTANDING! Great rooms, great breakfast, great staff. The breakfast was a typical breakfast for a hotel, and completely correct. Toast, coffee, jams, meats, cereal. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. They had all amenities except a fridge, including a hair dryer and iron setup. The rooms are modern and come equipped with AC. The staff is incredibly friendly, the restaurant attached has Indian cuisine and it actually was my favorite meal while we were visiting (also had an English food selection on the same menu). Held our bags for us before and after check in while we waited for our flight. The location has several bus lines within a block and walking distance to 3 tube stations. Couldn’t have asked for a better 3 day stay. I will be back for sure.

Fine Hotel, everythings clean and nice. The walk from the next metro station is about 10 mins. Unfortunately, the streets you have to cross are a little bit shady. But as soon as you arrive to the hotel, you feel save again.

It’s a bit out of the way - 10 mins walk up the Edgware Road from the tube station and inconspicuous from the outside - looks like a pub. But the welcome was great and the food smelt amazing. My room was on the 4th (top floor) - it was beautifully decorated and totally silent like a cocoon. I slept like a log. Breakfast was low key but friendly service and great coffee. Will stay again.

Would not recommend, uncozy/dodgy area also

The room was comfortable and a good size. There is no hotel staff available to interact with on site and the elevator doesn’t run between 11pm and 7 am. With a room on the fifth floor that can be an issue. Although the neighborhood is quiet it is also remote from most tourists attractions. The restaurant below the hotel was outstanding.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Three Falcons. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. All the staff was very nice, and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. The area was perfect, a short walk to the tube, shops, restaurants and church street market very close by. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Hotel was really great- looked exactly like the pictures. You can Walk to Paddington Station or take the Underground. We had a wonderful time at Three Falcons and would come back anytime.

We had a fabulous stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient for bus. Breakfast was an added bonus. Definitely recommend!

Lovely stay, clean and comfortable room and close enough to a tube station with easy links into central. Had dinner at the restaurant on my last night and was really impressed - absolutely delicious! Would recommend to anyone.

Stayed here for 6 nights, the room is small but space is very useful. It is located very close to bus stop 2m walking and 10m away from the london underground. There also a supermarket adti there. The breakfast downstairs was very good. The Indian food at night was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
