Great hotel and location very safe - however be warned if you drive there you will be changed a massive £25.00 for parking overnight! This was never explained or made clear at the time of booking! Also be aware that there is a breakfast rate of £16.50 it very expensive for what it is!

This was a trip to meet family and friends and our hotel needed to be a a convenient location, it was! We only needed the room and parking, both of which did all we wanted. Only minor criticism was that my SatNav struggled to locate the Hotel within the postcode!

Perfect for short stay. Room was slightly small, but comfortable. Clean and modern. Hairdryer, kettle, tea, coffee etc provided in the room. Clean shower room, altough small as well. Lovely reception and lobby connected to a third party restaurant. Breakfast is offered for £15.50 however plenty of cafes nearby with breakfast options. We went to the Green Cafe just round the corner and food was lovely. The only slight let down, there is no tube station nearby, but bus and train is available witin a few minutes walk. We would stay again.

No air conditioning. Hotel is being refurbed and we were put in a room in the middle of all the work being done so was both noisy and dirty. The rooms are also very poorly lit. Very little natural or electric lighting, particularly in the bathroom.

Great location. Simple clean and comfortable. Booked as it had an electric car charger advertised (long journey) but when i got there it was a shrug of the shoulders- Doesn't work... Massively inconvenienced but no offer of any kind - a free drink or free parking may have softened the blow!!

The location was convenient for my stay, but other than that, it wasn’t a good stay. The heating in the room didn’t work… the thermostat operated the HVAC unit, but no matter how you change the temperature, it would just loudly blow out lukewarm air, whilst outside was 2 degrees. There was a charge point at the hotel in the car park, which is labelled with the direction ‘to use, please visit the reception’ … when I asked reception, the staff on duty didn’t know what to do to operate it, and then resorted to saying ‘others have asked to use it, but we just have to say no.’ It wasn’t broken, he just didn’t know if and where the swipe card was to operate it. Parking was overpriced (flat rate of £23/day) for what was effectively on-street parking at the front of the hotel, about metres away from the road. I wouldn’t mind if it was in a locked car park, or even hidden around the back… but where the space I used was, is the equivalent to a small Tesco Express car park in front of the store. Bathroom taps had limescale around them… watermarks and smug des are understandable with wear and tear, but when they start to get that bad, change the taps and give to me room a refresh, that’s fair to say. It was a necessary stay, due to work the next day, but it definitely could have been better

Lovely English breakfast, fresh croissants, cold meats, cereal and toast....lovely staff, very kind and helpful.....we didn't have time to eat at the Banana Tree restaurant other than breakfast would the food looked amazing and would want to stay here again to try it

The room was dark, shabby and depressing. It looked like there was mould or fungus sprouting on the carpet. The bathroom was even darker. There was a hairball in the tiny gap between our single beds. We ended up booking somewhere else and leaving. We have stayed in the shepherds bush, shoreditch, and earls court Ibis before but this was grim.

Our room had very few plug sockets, kettle was worked by an extension lead which didnt even reach the kettle. Lighting very dim and hardly visible in the bathrom. There was lots if mould on the shower room ceiling

Lack of air conditioning during a heat wave was… noticeable, but otherwise the experience was very nice. Great staff, Greenwich is a great location if you’re a history or naval nerd, and it’s not too far to central London and its attractions.

I liked that it was close to the uber boat transportation which made it easy to get around London; there were good pubs/restaurants around; the bathroom lighting was awful and the air cooling unit broke after the first day making for some very warm days in the room even with fans.

Having to log into Internet multiple times a day by submitting an email address is not a good solution in a hotel. Charging to hold luggage if you arrive a couple hours before the room is ready is another way of making your guest feel like money pinching is what the hotel is about and not hospitality.

Very noisy. It was very hot during our trip and the air conditioning was non existent. We both sweated a lot during our week stay at night. The bathroom was extremely small. And the shower was dangerously unbalanced. I had a difficult time getting in and out truthfully, it was scary. No hand rails to get inside the shower either. Other than those things the staff was wonderful, it was very clean and charming. Great location as well.

There is no noise suppression in the rooms, we could hear EVERYTHING from the room next to us, even people touching plastic bags. Took as a while got sleep because people next door were talking and we also woke up because of them.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially the guy that checked us in. He gave us clear local bus information to get to the O2 and back. Parking was great too, we managed to get a space in the hotel car park. The hotel is modern and clean and pretty much gives you everything you need, including a night cap after we got back from the concert. The area was quiet and we slept well. We would absolutely stay here again 👍😊

Check in staff and evening staff were helpful and obliging. The morning staff was dissintetested, rude and unhelpful. Full English breakfast was cold. Bacon not cooked properly, mushrooms cooked beyong recognition, hashbrows partially frozen, grilled tomato cold toast was cold, warm beans and a hot sausage. A terrible breakfast. I did mention this to hotel staff, who again were not interested. He said i should have said something to restaurant staff, but it comes with our hotel.its not seperate.

Checked in and paid for car park , no problem. Went outside the building to look around local area . When returned we sat in lobby on sofa, member of staff came over and basically asked us what are you doing there , are you staying here. Dreadful service

Staff at reception on check out were not helpful and caused a real delay in getting to my next destination due to ordering the wrong type of taxi. Staff at breakfast cleared it all away before 11am so I had no breakfast. Luckily I am slim because it was almost impossible to get around the back of the bathroom door to the toilet. Aircon did not work.

We arrived three hours before the check-in time. To leave our luggage in the lobby while we waited, they charged a fee. I chose to pay £15 to access the room earlier instead of £9 just to store the bags. When I asked for the Wi-Fi password, they said I needed to register and accept the terms and conditions. While signing up, I realized that I was actually enrolling in ALL, the company that manages the hotel chain, whereas the regular Wi-Fi only required connecting with an email. At no point did the receptionist inform me that I was signing up for a membership program. The room is small, and the cleaning was poorly done. The faucet was dirty, among other things. Because of my flight departure time, I needed to leave my bags at the reception while I had lunch on the same street, and they charged £9 to store them in the lobby. Again. I do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for a few nights while we were exploring London during the day. Even though Greenwich is a bit fuel from the actual city, we found it was the perfect place to stay. Away from the crowds of the city and within walking distance of both a park and loads of restaurants and shops was exactly what we were looking for.

Very good location, room clean and comfortable. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Didn't eat at the hotel as it was fully booked on the night that we tried to go there so may be book in advance. Short walk to several attractions in Greenwich. Also caught the bus to the O2 which was easy.

The hotel is in a great location, Greenwich is lovely with plenty of shops, pubs and nice walks,the views across the river are lovely, especially at night. Some people might find the rooms basic, which i suppose they are but they were very clean and tidy and the check in staff where very helpfull and freindly. We caught the uber boat over to the o2 arena and the pick up is walkable from the hotel and we would stay in this hotel again.

Hotel well located if going to O2. Staff very competent and friendly. Hotel located in shabby area with much litter / garbage in street, and witnessed petty theft from e.g. local Greggs. "Normal / accepted round here". A shame as local shopkeepers generally very engaging. Recommend the Pie n Mash shop for value for money.

You don’t get much hotel for your money round here. The room was small and basic but clean and comfortable-ish. Very small bathroom - had to sit almost sidesaddle in the toilet. Good hot shower and basic toiletries. Opted not to pay £31 extra for 2 breakfasts but they looked pretty good and were served in the adjoining Cafe Rouge

The room was comfy with a nice bathroom. I don't sleep too well in strange beds and pillows but I was pleasantly surprised and managed to sleep well. The breakfast was ok but I was disappointed that there was no gluten free cereal or toast on offer. I would stay again but maybe give the breakfast a miss.

Often visited in the past but since the revamp it has become one of my favorite places to stay. Great location, a quick walk to local transport. A wonderful royal park on your doorstep. Very impressed with my spacious room. Did i not mention the scrumpcious breakfast, an extra cost but the most wholesome you'll find in Greenwich. Absolute recommend.
