No facilities open in the evening. The restaurant and bars all closed at 9pm. Came back for a night cap and nothing! This isn’t the high end hotel it makes out to be and they try and charge you a service charge for online checkout!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lattes were great( love those little cookies that come with them). A very walkable area to all key sights. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic room.amd hotel amenities. Shame that the cocktail bar was closed at the weekend and the main bar didnt offer any alternative cocktails. Eould be an odea if it is shut to still offer a range of cocktails in the main bar.

Smaller room than expected. A little bit disappointing overall considering it is listed as five star. No hotel bar open at 10pm on a Sunday night which was surprising. Staff suggested to go to Tesco next door instead. A shame considering the lobby bar seemed a nice place to spend time but was not open. Great location but that might be as good as it gets. Would have to think hard about choosing to stay here again.

We arrived on a red eye and were not able to get early check-in but they did text us as soon as our room was ready. Shantel was excellent in providing us with maps and ideas of what to do in the area while we bided our time. We did pay extra for the club room, which was good for the afternoon snacks and drink with the children. But the breakfast was bare compared to the restaurant across the way. Not sure we would do that again. we did love the proximity to Blackfriar station which connected us easily to most lines on the Tube and to the airport with just one transfer.

It was a very good hotel. The property is newly refurbished, and the room was spacious. Both the rooms and the rest of the hotel were very clean, and we really enjoyed our stay as a family. The reception team—and especially Mara—were very helpful and welcoming. The only drawback was that our room was not cleaned until we specifically requested it. The location is excellent, literally right next to Blackfriars Underground Station. Overall, it was a great hotel for a long stay (7 days) with our family of three.

We had a 4 nights stay from 28th Dec to 1th Jan 2024. The room was specious and nice, bad badly sound isolated. We had to ask a few times to clean the room, since it was still not cleaned at 4 pm. We were also missing the equipment for 3 ppl, such towels, bathrobe, glas and similar. We got some on request, but not all. When we checked inn we were told that our total bill will be 3000 pounds, which was about 700 pounds more then the correct price. The lady at the front desk asked some colleauge for help, and we got the correct price at the end. The breakfast was pretty poore for 5 stars hotel. It was always a queue for the breakfast, and the stuff were stressed because the breakfast restaurant was a way too small for all the guest. All the stuff were very helpfull and polite, but anyway, this is not worth the money, and it is not a five star standard as it says on Hotels.com.

It was a very good hotel. The property is newly refurbished, and the room was spacious. Both the rooms and the rest of the hotel were very clean, and we really enjoyed our stay as a family. The reception team—and especially Mara—were very helpful and welcoming. The only drawback was that our room was not cleaned until we specifically requested it. The location is excellent, literally right next to Blackfriars Underground Station. Overall, it was a great hotel for a long stay (7 days) with our family of three.

Incredible location close to transportation and St Paul’s. I desperately want to give this property 5 stars as the staff was professional and very accommodating but the automatic heating system does not allow you to regulate the temperature which reached 25 degrees C during nighttime hours making it difficult to sleep. The night manager was so apologetic and arranged a temporary fix through engineering. But the system reset the following night! Definitely will try this property again in hopes the heating issue can be fixed!

We had a great weekend in London and the Hyatt Blackfriars was a good choice. However we reserved a family room for one adult and two teenagers (17, 13) so we were expecting a king size bed and one more bed. On arrival, the additional bed wasn’t made up but the staff attended to it promptly. Sadly, and as my daughter put it, it was like “sleeping on a pavement” as it was so hard. Therefore all three of us had a poor night’s sleep as we all ended up in the king size bed (not super king). Not ideal when you’re walking 25km around London!
