The hotel is opposite the Natural History Museum and under 10 mins walk from the Royal Albert Hall. We were warmly welcomed at the door, and our room was ready. The hall and stairs were beautifully decorated. The room was clean and nicely decorated with a lovely shower room. The shower was good, and nice toiletries. All the staff we met were very friendly and polite. The room had a coffee maker as well as a kettle. Our room was at the back of the hotel and was quiet. We didn't have breakfast as we needed to leave early. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Super hotel in best London area. Kensington/Chelsea is where the embassies are. Close to Hyde Park and tube station. Room very quiet. We booked upgraded deluxe room and it was perfect. Very large and spacious. This hotel is unpretentious and maybe lacks some of the bling of others but it’s more quiet and roomy. More like having your own private flat. We would be happy to stay again!

The staff were friendly and helpful while always remaining professional. Among my "must-haves" are good pillows and high-end linens. Both were provided. Our stay was perfect and we will definitely book here for our next trip to London!
