Great stay for the night. Was sad that the spa/jacuzzi was down. Great room, super comfortable bed and great customer service. Will definitely stay again.

Only negative was hot tub was not working.

Hot breakfast was very good. Airport shuttle was convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good place to stay and relax.

We had issues with loud noise (banging, thumping, etc) from room above us late at night. Called front desk and within 5 minutes all was quiet. Desk had also offered to move us to another room if noise did not abate. Very good and prompt service. Rooms and beds clean. Breakfast well presented and had good variety of options. Hotel has guest laundry service (self serve). Pool was closed for our visit - looked like it was undergoing maintenance.

Yes the hot tub was hot enough.

Airport shuttle was convenient to avoid the general airport parking conditions.

I stayed at this hotel due to a canceled flight. They offered a free shuttle and hot breakfast. The front desk guy when I checked in was so friendly and generous. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The Airport Shuttle was right on time for picking me up and taking me back to the airport the following morning.

Staff were super helpful when checking in and using the shuttle.

First let me say that the only staff I interacted with was a lovely front desk agent who checked me in. She was wonderful and attentive even when we had to retrieve her from the front desk to open the pool since the key system was offline. The rest of the stay was a disappointment. I booked specifically for the pool and hot tub. The pool was murky and the hot tub was not open for whatever reason. Our room despite having newer furnishings looked completely run down with patches of drywall worn off and large dirty scratches all over the walls and doors. This makes the property look much older than it is. Also there is mold in the AC system to the point that I was congested within 15 minutes of having it on. Finally, the shower doors won't stay closed leading to water on the floor.

We like to eat in our room and the kitchen worked well for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shuttle transportation to the airport 24/7 allowed our late arrival to still get picked up and taken back to the hotel.

I'm honestly confused about the great reviews. It was easy to check in, and the front desk clerk was nice, then it went downhill. Our room was so gross. The furniture was dirty and had nasty white stains, I had to stop looking before I totally grossed myself out. The walls were disgusting with smears of who knows what and dirt, there was a dirty paw print on one of the bedspreads, no liner in the garbage cans, no soap in bathroom, and I seriously question if anything had been wiped down before our stay. The only plus was the lobby was that nice and the location is convenient. We didn't try the breakfast because after the icky condition our room was in, I had a loss of appetite and would rather eat somewhere else.

Wonderful stay. Everything was clean. Service was pleasurable and the bed was super comfortable.

Staff was friendly but the rooms were dirty and beds were hard and uncomfortable. The walls were covered in dirt and who knows what else. A fresh coat of paint is about 10 years overdue.

When I checked into my room I found blood on the bathroom door. I went to the front desk and the staff member on duty was apologetic and moved me two rooms down from the one I just moved from. When I checked in there was blood on one of the walls. At point I was too tired to care and just avoided that wall. Everything else was great but that one complaint.

We stayed here the night before an early a.m. flight and it was perfect. Clean!!!! Smelled great! Quiet. Very comfortable!

Check in was at 4pm - we arrived at 4:10pm and the room was still being cleaned. This seems odd to me since checkout is at 11:00am - 5 hours to clean the room. We had to wait 30 minutes for cleaning and found dirty coffee pot and a few other things that had been skipped over in the rush to turn the room over. The room itself was a suite. Spacious with separate living area and sleeping rooms. Oddly, there was no door to the bathroom sink area. Toilet/shower area had a door but when 3 people are staying in the room, some privacy at the sink area would have been nice. There was also a huge wet spot on the floor between the two beds - gross. Hotel near the SLC airport and the property abutted the interstate, so we could hear the traffic.

Accommodations were fine but the hotel is adjacent to a noisy highway. I slept poorly. Request a room opposite the highway!

It feels like a brand new hotel. I got a spacious kitchenette. Highly recommended.

The room had a clogged sink and the fire system above the bed flashed a light every 30 minutes

The reason for staying at this hotel was the location. The airport is about 5 minutes away and perfect for early flight departures. The dishes & utensils were not a complete set. Large serving spoon was missing for example. An earlier breakfast time would be better for individuals with early flights. The television channels were limited. The room was clean.

So I actually thought the hotel staff, condition of the room and noise level were all really great. My biggest and only complaint wasn't discovered until I tried to go to sleep. I had a ground level room, which normally isn’t an issue for me. However, this was definitely a design flaw that can probably be remedied, but there's a giant spotlight that shines directly into the bedroom window. And it is bright. The curtains can't keep the light out all the way so it was like trying to sleep during the day. That light needs to be switched to shine either into the living room, which is separated by a door or shined on a wall thats nowhere near a bedroom. I had to wake up early to catch an early flight, so I didnt get great sleep. Aside from that light, my stay was great

Had a suite to use the pull out and the mattress on the pull out was horrible. You could full all springs. Would not recommend. Would have went somewhere else if knew this.

The only problem was the shower door was slanted and didn't close properly and the bathroom door didn't shut tight. Great breakfast and easy to get downtown from.

Great option hotel looks new , room was clean and with plenty of space

I tried to call the front desk multiple times before arrival to get information about the airport shuttle. Over the course of 2 hours, no one ever answered the phone nor was there a voicemail option. Fortunately for me, I didn't end up needing the room.

Property was great - rooms have great amenities, clean and well appointed. Hotel was also clean, and safe. Parking was ample and convenient. Great fragrance piped to unit (asked housekeeper and she said it from HVAC system or something) - smelled GREAT every time we came back to our room. Breakfast was good and had several different options. The only issue we had and why I didn't rate 5 star for a few areas: we would go to the front desk each night to get additional coffee for our room - which was not an issue our first 3 days. On Saturday night, we got back to the hotel around 7:45pm, my husband went to the front desk to get coffee, she told him they were out of regular coffee and gave him decaf, when he came and told me (I was at the breakfast nook getting cups, creamer, sugar), I was surprised. We went back to the front desk - and I asked Angie (front desk clerk) to check to see if they had an regular coffee - she was very clearly agitated by the request, rolled her eyes at my and scoffed as she went back in the room behind the front desk. She emerged with 3 regular coffee pods and I again questioned, there really isn't any regular coffee, she said that they were out. I asked if we could get some from housekeeping, she said they were gone for the day - and here is what I was shocked at - she told us we could just wait until the morning and come down to the breakfast area to get coffee. I would rather not have a coffee maker in my room if I can't get coffee!

The worst thing that any hotel can do is tell you that they are oversold and cannot honor your reservation. Nothing like getting off a plane late with your family and having no place to stay. They sent us to an inferior sister property but was going to charge us the same price, which made a bad situation worse. I would avoid any hotel that cannot honor its own reservation.

Check-in process was frustrating—key card didn’t work, and we had to wait over 30 minutes and move rooms late at night after a long drive. The second room was noisy with a loud A/C and fridge, and the A/C couldn’t be turned off. Room was clean, and free parking and breakfast were a plus. Overall, not a stay I’d repeat.

My car broke down while traveling across the country. The staff really helped me out and made things easier! Very appreciative!

We were able to check in by 230pm instead of 3pm which is good! We then got in a room that was not cleaned (bed in made, towels on the floor) the room was not cleaned after the previous guest… back to front desk we went! The receptionist gave us an upgrade for the inconvenience. After stepping out for dinner the room key didn’t work… back to the front desk, we went! We hear then from the gentleman that our room was given to other guests who entered our room and saw our belongings and then came back to the front desk to get another room. Great hotel if you want to reach your steps intake going back and forth from the room to the front desk and if you’re not worried to find strangers in room or if sleeping in a room that wasn’t dreamed up from previous guests! Reception attendants were pleasant during this process but it’s not enough to get a better rating!

Well, pickup went well, I had to go back to the airport to pick up a rental car the next morning, and I missed the shuttle but no big deal. The real issue I ran into was when I went to check out, I usually throw out whatever I don't need in the hallway garbage, and I went to go back into my room and I don't know how but the security lock engaged. I went to the front desk, and she just looked lost, had to take her to the room to show her. This was about 6am, and I needed to be in Morgan by 9. She said maintenance doesn't come in until 9. NO sense of urgency, luckily I didnt have a flight to catch and had my keys and wallet. I pushed my appt, left my number and she said she would call me. No call, about 915 I came back and she didnt even recognize me. Anyway, maint was there and got the door open and I was able to get my laptop, and baggage. NO offer of any slight compensation for my troubles, or having to delay my buissiness trip. It's a AIRPORT hotel, it should have 24 hr Maint, and the person on the front desk should have more of a sense of urgency other than, "nothing I can do for a couple hours" Pretty dissapointed, what if I would have had a flight? Well, I would have kicked the door in i guess??? Bummer, I usually have no problems at Hiltons

Booked this hotel 2 hours before staying, when i got to it they told me that they don't have a room available for me, they told me to go check their sister hotel down the street. I went to the other hotel, paid for a room there, than had to spend over an hour on the phone next day to refund this hotel. Very inconvenient for me and my 9 month pregnant wife.

Extremely Satisfied. Best check in experience I have ever had: extremely kind, professional and helpful. Very nice building, up to date. Excellent offering of food for breakfast. Great location: 3 blocks away from SIXT car rental return and very close to the airport.

The Google directions for this place is confusing. The location was perfect for the airport and for local attractions. Otherwise, the check-in staff was really nice and welcoming, the hotel room was clean and smelled fresh. I would definitely visit again in the future!

Great property and friendly staff. Breakfast was really good. It’s in an area close the the airport but nothing that you can walk to. So if you just need a place close to the airport with free shuttle service it is very nice. But if you want something with places within walking distance this is not the place. It’s about a $12 Uber to be downtown.

The bed was cheap and terrible. Everything else was clean and new. The hotel was a little awkward to find and the parking was generally nowhere near the front door. The breakfast was just okay, and a little disappointing in terms of proteins.

We love the breakfast buffet at Homewood Suites. No on-site restaurant, so we went over to the Hilton Garden Inn nearby for dinner since we didn't want to drive to downtown. Literally, 2-minute drive, so very convenient. My husband had a hamburger and fries which looked really good. I had the spicy chicken quesadilla with siracha sauce. Probably would not order that again as something about the sauce didn't sit well with me even though I love spicy. I would opt for the hamburger.

The hotel was very nice and staff at the front desk were very accommodating. Close to everything we needed while in Salt Lake City. Shuttle from the airport was convenient. They were running out of breakfast by 8:20AM. It’s listed from 6-9 AM so we fully expected to be able to eat at 8:20AM but they were not refilling food items and when I asked for mini muffins that were seen on other plates for my toddlers the kitchen staff seemed put out that I was bothering them.

The stay was wonderful until you got to breakfast. Ran out of eggs, ran out of coffee.....etc...

This hotel is very nice if you are trying to stay close to the airport. The common areas and my room were very clean. The room was huge. The breakfast was OK. Waffles great, eggs had no flavor and a strange texture. I think they were artificial. The hotel could use more parking near the entrance. All in all, a very good value if you need to be near the airport. If you do not need to be near the airport I cannot guess why you'd stay in the area

Theresa, the receptionist, was very kind, accommodating, and friendly! All the staff so nice! The rooms were beyond my expectations in every way!!! Modern, clean, roomy, the layout great, they were thinking about our every need and comfort! Lovely and modern kitchenette, dinnerware, and appliances. Good hot breakfast, scrambled eggs with cheese, hard boiled eggs, French toast sticks, mini waffles, oatmeal, etc… I would stay there again and again!!!
