Ok so clean and comfy yes. However there is a club right behind the hotel and from 9-3am all you hear is bass and fighting. It wasn’t the best since we needed sleep after seeing Luke combs in concert. Parking is a mess! You have to find a parking garage that has sketchy stairs…the metal was moving and missing bolts in some spots.

Parking was out doors and a very small lot. Automatic gate was a struggle. Room was very nice with so many amenities! Great for preparing your own food and has a full-size refrigerator. Wish I was staying longer to take advantage.

It is nice and convient. Love that's it right access the street from the salt Palace. Clean and staff was very nice. However wish I would have know that first there is no guaranteed parking. First day couldn't even park there or near the hotel. Was given a pass on the second day to find out it was full. They axxomadated me in the garage. Our room wasn't cleaned and Friday night their two night clubs that are playing music all night long so all I could hear was music so not enough sleep. I get it. It's down town probably should have read some reviews first. Please please make note to tell people this. Overall it wasn't a bad experience just not the best.

This property in general was nice. Bedding was great. Breakfast was average. Parking and loading/unloading for this location is limited and there is a music venue next door that also suffers from this same issue. Watched the hotel staff argue with a band unloading their equipment because they were unloading on the street in “the hotel’s spot”. This property uses refillable soap/shampoo/conditioner which they have mounted between the controls for the tub and the shower head. This is great if you are taking a shower, but unusable if you want/need to use the tub.

Be aware you pay $12 a day to park in a parking garage separate from the hotel. Our car was vandalized and our bags were stolen while we paid to park in their garage! Nothing was done because they aren’t responsible for any crimes. If you are there during a weekend there is a nightclub next door that will keep you awake. It was clean and nice but those two issues are big and cost us a couple grand so beware! If you care about your property and your sleep don’t stay here.

The room was great, the staff was very helpful and nice. The music from the night club is annoying when you’re trying to sleep so is the walkway with drunk people. The overflow parking was sketchy. I parked and people were drinking in the car next to us, we went up another level and they followed us. Nothing happened but it was just a weird experience.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. There were a few things I wasn't a fan of like the hotel is right be a club that BLASTS music on Friday and Saturday nights. Also, the staff seemed to have differing information regarding the parking passes, so I'd definitely recommend some training so everyone is on the same page when it comes to parking passes. The shower curtains are also very short, so I would recommend longer shower curtains to prevent water from getting all over the bathroom. The beds are also not the most comfortable. The positives: very friendly staff, good breakfast (like, this is a hotel that actually makes good scrambled eggs!), our room was very clean, and it's in a very convenient location so getting around is easy.

Great stay for the convention we were going to at the Salt Palace, so the walk was amazing and quick! Room was great and staff was friendly, only downside was just the parking situation. Definitely do NOT leave any valuable items or things in cars since there is a third party lot they use for overflow which unfortunately is known for break ins. Luckily, our vehicle was safe but when we left we did see a car that got vandalized. Just be weary, other than that it was a wonderful stay!

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen area cabinets had drips of who knows what. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned. It was a handicapped bathroom with a shower and the water practically filled up the whole floor of the bathroom which made it wet for hours after. Seems like a breeding ground for germs. The front desk staff was fabulous… the breakfast was decent. Proximity to the delta center was on point and the reason we stayed here.

The suite was perfect! Nice view of the mountains, spacious, clean, quiet, warm and airy. The room amenities were great! We were at conference and the location was right across the road from the south entrance to the conference. Gerri was so helpful and friendly with us every morning - and all the guests enjoyed chatting now and again over breakfast. The rest of the staff were all super helpful and friendly too.

Wish I had known that before booking. Parking garage was a little sketch. Overall the hotel is great but the area is under construction so getting there was a little tricky as well. The gentleman at check in was apologetic and kind. Woman in the evening who took his place at the front desk was rude. And unprofessional. Lacked curtesy when speaking to the guests in the lobby. I made the reservation on hotels.com for a room with 2 queens and when I arrived they told me they only had rooms with King beds and refused to cancel the reservation. I was forced to find another hotel and pay an additional Uber to get to the next hotel. Took me days and many calls to get the refund issued.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. There were a few things I wasn't a fan of like the hotel is right be a club that BLASTS music on Friday and Saturday nights. Also, the staff seemed to have differing information regarding the parking passes, so I'd definitely recommend some training so everyone is on the same page when it comes to parking passes. The shower curtains are also very short, so I would recommend longer shower curtains to prevent water from getting all over the bathroom. The beds are also not the most comfortable. The positives: very friendly staff, good breakfast (like, this is a hotel that actually makes good scrambled eggs!), our room was very clean, and it's in a very convenient location so getting around is easy.

The hotel itself is fine, but the low rating is due the staff, who were rude and arrogant. If you choose to stay here, I strongly recommend booking directly with the hotel. As Expedia customers, we were made to feel unwelcome. The staff repeatedly told us that we were not their customers and that they don't business with us, insisting that any issue should be taken up with Expedia. They event went as far as saying that if they wanted to, they could kick us out of the hotel, and that they had nothing to discuss with us. again, emphasizing that we were Expedia's clients, not theirs. Expedia, on other hand, resolved our issue immediately and provided excellent service. Expedia should reconsider who they partner with, as this hotel completely washes its hands of any responsibility when it comes to customer service.

The hotel and room were nice, location was great and breakfast was good for the typical buffet. But during our 3 day stay our room was never serviced even once, in spite of multiple calls to the front desk. When re asked for clean towels they were left in a plastic bag outside our door, so we didn’t even knowthey were there the next morning. Won’t stay there again.

This easily would have been a five. Excellent property, clean, super friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. The major issue: Noise from nightclub next door. It was awful. Every night. You definitely need ear plugs and they should have disclosed.

Great stay for the convention we were going to at the Salt Palace, so the walk was amazing and quick! Room was great and staff was friendly, only downside was just the parking situation. Definitely do NOT leave any valuable items or things in cars since there is a third party lot they use for overflow which unfortunately is known for break ins. Luckily, our vehicle was safe but when we left we did see a car that got vandalized. Just be weary, other than that it was a wonderful stay!
