The property is absolutely breathtaking! Private beach, pier, sunset off the beach, courtyard with chairs and games, the pool is heated and beautiful, they bring towels to you and service available as well as private cabanas with tv. The restaurant is absolutely delicious. I did the private beach dining 6 course meal and it was divine. The resort is tucked off and private. The sister resort that you have access to is beautiful and just a short walk. The staff is friendly and very accommodating as our flight was delayed. We were offered later checkout and to use the facilities and store our luggage last minute. Definitely a great place to stay!

There was something wrong and every room. I went in the bathroom. The restaurant always something was broken. One of the elevators was broken down for the whole week. I did not like the valley parking. I parked behind the hotel for 3 days that I was there.I was charged forty eight dollars a day. I am a contractor and I think the place needs a real lot of work.

The Reach was a nice stay in Key West. It was one of the few resorts with beach access so it was nice being able to go to the beach without having to walk so far. The hotel only has one restaurant on site. The staff was nice. The only unfortunate thing was that the elevator was not working for a full day while we were staying there so we had to use the stairs all day. I did LOVE that you have access to the sister property, Casa Marina, which is absolutely beautiful. Its important to note that the hotel does not offer free parking (I do not know if that is the same case with all other hotels in the area), but it was $45 per night to have it in valet.

Just loved the walking distance to their beach and pool. Loved bar service at beach and pool and the towels. Room was clean and very nice. Just wish you got rid of old seaweed so water could be clearer.

We truly enjoyed the staff and their recommendations! Foster was amazing. Such a professional and genuine person, checking up on us to ensure our first time in Key West was memorable. We enjoyed the pool and excursions. We also enjoyed using the facilities at their sister property, Casa Marina, however our entry key did not work and it was not resolved during our stay. The pool area at The Reach was more tranquil than Casa Marina. The beach, however, had a particular odor and brown color, probably from the seaweed. We thought the restaurant at The Reach was too expensive for the quality of food offered. However, there are many nice eateries close by like Louise’s Backyard, Red Shoe Bistro, Moondog Cafe (best key lime pie), and Ana’s across the way for an affordable quick bite!

Great staff and service, we really enjoyed our stay here! Lillie at the pool was amazing, great food and drinks. Prices were pretty high on everything, some repairs to the facility needed, only one working elevator on site. Overall a very good experience and we will be back!

The room was clean, neat and spacious. Good location. The beach is small not great. The restaurant was good but few options. The pool was small and young kids were playing volleyball, there was not room for that it’s small. The main hotel is open air and the elevator has no ac and is super hot, only 1 was working. I wouldn’t stay again.

The private beach was the best part of this property! They could use more beach chairs and the storage of Sea Doos on the property took up too much beach space. Stephanie, the waitress on the beach, was so nice and the hardest working woman I ever saw! The staff who managed chairs and towels were also really nice. Good location fir other activities too.

Beach access was great! Rooms very clean and all staff was friendly and helpful. Be prepared for the $50/day valet charge and no self parking available. We were SO glad we stayed here versus the nearby Southernmost resort. Beach seaweed was cleaned up and maintained. The beach at Southernmost was a mess and not usable.

The facility was very shabby for the price. Dirty Q-tips lying in the hallway. Peeling paint. Large holes in the bottom of the pool. Poor quality towels. Many of the staff on their cell phones and not attentive to customers. Beach view overlooked a back alley with the dumpsters and then the shore beyond.

The furniture in the room was pretty dirty. Also, the room should not be considered ocean view as it sits behind the restaurant, behind massive palm trees, and back behind the courtyard. If the wind blew just right you could get a glimpse of the water between the trees. I was a little disappointed in that since that is the main reason we chose here is to have a view of the ocean. Aside from that, the staff was great and worked hard to keep the outside looking nice.

Rooms need a good, thorough cleaning (a lot of mold in the bathroom), the restaurant is WAY over-priced & has a lack-luster selection, and the door-based key card receivers all need new software or something since mine never worked & security would need to meet me at my room to let me. Most of the staff were nice, the beach location was terrific, and the convenience of a local convince store was fantastic.

The location of the property was great! It was close to local shopping. The private beach access was fantastic; very well kept with wonderful beachside guest services. The only downside to our stay was the cleanliness of the exterior hallways (water/trash stands in puddles after rain) and no air conditioned, very slow elevators. We did find a pair of underwear left by the last guest in the closet upon arrival. However, the front desk clerk sent someone to clean the room again and compensated us monetarily for on-site purchases. The staff was courteous and friendly.

I found the location to be extremely convenient. This hotel is one of the few with a natural beach and plenty of beach chairs. However, the pool area is somewhat small but I think that is common in Key West. We spent four nights there and the cleaning people only came once to clean the room :(

Out of the three elevators we were told to use, one was permanently not working and the other two were hit or miss sometimes one worked, sometimes neither worked. Since our room was on the 4th floor, we had to walk up and down several times. The swimming pool water was disgusting. The pins colada drinks at the bar were of poor quality, the ice machines looked like they had not been cleaned ever, the rust was everywhere. They charge an extra @$50 for parking per day. When checking out, the person checking us out never asked us if we enjoyed our stay, if there was anything we needed, thank you for staying with us, wish us well on our trip ….nothing. For the almost $400 room per night it was lacking in cleanliness. Don’t stay here.

Overall, we had a nice stay here although the room we were in was close to the elevator and noises echoed into our room at night. The AC also wasn't cooling down our room effectively. Aside from those issues, we enjoyed the property and had a good experience with the staff. It was very convenient to everything in Key West and had bikes we could rent, which was a fun way to get around.

Pretty grounds and beach. Great service expect for housekeeping which came very late each day, never emptied our ice bucket. Hire more housekeepers! I was told they clean until 9pm’. Ridiculous! Also our AC was programmed to rise to 73 when they was no motion. Well, there’s no motion while you sleep. I kept waking up hot all night and constantly had to turn the AC on. And I couldn’t set it below 68. The customer should have complete control over the room temperatures. Not sure I’d stay again for that issue.

Property was nice. Rooms were clean. Just had issues with our room. Shower drain was clogged but was fixed after addressed. No water in room for a short period due to plumbing issue. Water was leaking from ceiling light in shower. Shower and bathroom sink had dripping after they were turned off. Those were never fixed after mentioned at desk. So I never said anything about toilet, had to occasionally take lid off to tap float to have water fill tank after flush

Bathroom is super small, not big enough for 2 people at once. The view, beach, and pool were great. Within walking distance to bars and restaurants. This place was recommended to us but honestly the money we paid was not worth the room. You are paying for things outside of the hotel. The restaurant was a different story. We arrived at 2pm and wanted to eat. Waited over 10 minutes to see a waitress who was rude and not happy to be there. Multiples tables were sat after us and received their food before us. When asked, again the waitress was mad and then finally we were served. Avocado toast and hamburger. Both absolutely horrible, we spent $80 on that and it was the worst meal we had. No flavor, waitress never even came back until giving us the bill. We only ate there once. That was enough. We stayed 6 nights. Best thing is about a block down and there is a little store that served awesome food for breakfast and lunch. Hands down 100% better quality than at the hotel. I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5. For a Hilton, we expected a lot more for the price. This was our first time in Key West.

When we arrived at our room the toilet overflowed for no apparent reason. It took hours to have someone to fix it and clean after two requests. It was difficult to get housekeeping to clean our room, we had to request service multiple times while towels and trash were stacking up. Housekeeping, when they did arrive (2 times in 6 days), never replenished the coffee maker, water or soap. We ran out of the complimentary soap and shampoo (they have it locked to the shower wall). After we requested housekeeping to clean and replenish the soap for a couple days (we stayed 6 nights), we found a bottle of the body wash outside our door. The morning, we checked out, housekeeping was knocking on our door at 10:59 am, literally. The safe was broken, I think the batteries were dead. After requesting 2x they finally replaced the batteries. We went the first two days without a safe which caused us to carry our cash with us - very inconvenient and unsafe. The door to the balcony came off the tracks on the 4th day causing a HOT draft into our bedroom. The AC was on 65 the entire time however, it only cooled the front room of our suite. The bedroom was HOT each night. The elevator was broken. We met one couple who were staying on the 5th floor, and they were not happy. Thankfully, we stayed on the 2nd floor, but it was inconvenient for us as well. On a positive note: Lillie our server on the beach and pool was fantastic!! Willow at the front desk was helpful as well.

Not worthy of the Hilton Franchise. The attitude of the staff was generally very poor. Had it not have been for the intervention of Michelle Belton we'd have checked out at day 1. There are far better hotels in Key West & this one is resting on its laurels from a by gone era. We had some complaints & were assured the General Manager would visit us personally, he didn't make contact & wasn't available! Instead he sent a bell boy with a couple of bottles of water & some biscuits! How arrogant! Don't expect your room to be cleaned until around 7:00pm & if you dare to say you booked & paid for a room with a sea view the response could. be (as it was with us) "well if you can see the sea from your room you should think yourself lucky"! As a result of the attitude here we cancelled the bookings we had with Hilton for the remainder of our stay as a point of principle. The grounds were wonderful, the food was not the best. Not bad, but not good. However, the service was outstanding. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay better than we expected. Sophia, Annie, and Foster at the front desk made our entire stay an amazing experience. Those 3 people are why we will book Hilton from now on. Thank you to them.

The customer service was above and beyond! Prompt and courteous, from the reception staff to the housekeeping and maintenance staff. Had an issue with my hot water, which turned out to be user error on my part, but within 15 minutes of replying to a text from management, someone was at my door to make sure everything was working properly. I would definitely stay here again. Again. It's a beautiful property with great amenities.

The staff was friendly. Other guests complained about the elevator being too slow but we didn't notice. They reached out to me everyday to ensure I was taken care of. I might suggest which I did to them that they let those checking in know of all activites at the resort that could be made available to the guest.

We truly enjoyed the staff and their recommendations! Foster was amazing. Such a professional and genuine person, checking up on us to ensure our first time in Key West was memorable. We enjoyed the pool and excursions. We also enjoyed using the facilities at their sister property, Casa Marina, however our entry key did not work and it was not resolved during our stay. The pool area at The Reach was more tranquil than Casa Marina. The beach, however, had a particular odor and brown color, probably from the seaweed. We thought the restaurant at The Reach was too expensive for the quality of food offered. However, there are many nice eateries close by like Louise’s Backyard, Red Shoe Bistro, Moondog Cafe (best key lime pie), and Ana’s across the way for an affordable quick bite!

The hotel service was totally AWESOME and made up for any type of issues we encountered. We have a couple of issues with the room but the service were on top of everything. That made a major difference in the overall experience of the hotel. It's an older hotel it seems and could use some upgrades especially for the price, the one restaurant and gift shop are extremely overpriced. However, I will admit that the drinks are good and the hotel has the BEST Key Lime pie on the island! Overall, I enjoyed my stay, the service, the beach and pool! The service members makes the hotel, from the valet to the front desk, concierge, hotel, and pool and beach service members!! 💯‼️

The Four Marlins dining was excellent. Honestly best food we’ve had on the island. Service was great - every employee we interacted with was polite and helpful (special shout out to Philip). Hotel is a little outdated but very clean. Everything was a walkable distance.

Great staff and service, we really enjoyed our stay here! Lillie at the pool was amazing, great food and drinks. Prices were pretty high on everything, some repairs to the facility needed, only one working elevator on site. Overall a very good experience and we will be back!

This resort is great. The pool the beach and the staff just amazing. But do not eat at the four Marlins. $150. 00 for Lobster mac and cheese and Chicken Milanese was uneditable and i mean uneditable. When i mentioned it to one of the servers they said that the chef was off . They apologize for the bad experience and the Chef did write an apology note to us along with a cheese plate and Keylime pie which was very good. But for the prices they are changing for the food there is no real excuse for uneditable food. Chef on site or not. But other than that a really great place.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It had a nice restaurant on property as well as a beach area which is hard to come by in the keys. It also had a little gift shop that serves pastries, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches in the morning. We got bfast and coffee from there before a boat charter and it was really expensive for some subpar bagels and poor tasting coffee. Just to forewarn. Our room didn’t have any pull down blinds only shutters, so it got really bright once the sun came up, so just pack an eye mask! Regardless, the hotel was beautiful as were the rooms and would definitely stay here again.
