What an absolutely beautiful place. Karen the owner as well as jo her friend that helps her were amazing. I loved talking to them. The rooms are amazing. Even though we had a full kitchen there was an amazing full Kitchen there for everyone to use with fresh coffee daily at 630. The breakfasts which are made to order and several things to choose daily were amazing. We loved sitting in the hottub at night and there is also a pool. Love the views of the lake. Thanks again can’t wait to come back

Beautiful lakeside location on Seneca Lake just outside of Geneva. Kayaks are available and kayak launch facilities are excellent. Spacious rooms with kitchen have everything you need.

I can’t say enough good things about this property! Beautiful, relaxing and everything we wanted for our stay! Jo was amazing and her breakfast was delicious!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for an amazing few days!!

Amazing location right on the lake. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Perfect spot to explore the finger Lake region.

We love this beautiful B&B. Karen was very sweet and a great host. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. We appreciated the serenity and beautiful view of the lake..Must come back again.😊
