Casa Royal Inn

It had vacancy for a last minute change of plans and I needed a place to just shower and sleep. Someone was immediately available when checking in at 11pm. The road noise was loud and could be heard throughout the early morning. Bed sheets are clean but stained. Shower is at least hot and decent with clean white towels.

It was a very dirty and neglected room, and the following are issues I had: • There was urine and hair on the bathroom floor • There was used toilet paper in the bathroom trash • There was hair on the bed, in between the sheets, on the pillows, and under the pillows. • There was almost no place to park When I first went to use the bathroom, I noticed there was hair and urine on the floor in front of the toilet and shower, and there was used toilet paper still in the bathroom trash. In addition, the toilet paper dispenser/holder was halfway torn out of the wall. Because of this, I went to the store so I could cool my jets because I was NOT happy that they gave me a room in that condition, and when I came back, all the parking spots were taken up, except for the handicap space. I was finally able to park in a different spot, but only after speaking with the manager there, and they did come in to clean the bathroom, but it was well after 11pm when that happened. Finally, after they were done cleaning and left, I found out that there was someone's hair all over the bed, in the bed, etc.. Basically, they did not clean the room or bathroom, and they did not put clean bedding on the bed. They just made the bed with the dirty sheets and stuff that the previous guests used. Let's just say, I didn't really sleep much, and i was too grossed out to take a shower in their shower.

The accommodations were excellent, meticulously maintained, and impeccably clean.

The equipment is very minimum, but at least they have everything I needed(clean room, stable wi-fi, hot water in shower).
