We liked the property. Very clean. Light breakfast was good. Free laundry was a real plus. The pool was closed, however and due to flight delays, we would have liked to spend time by the pool to pass the time.

the pool was filthy. It hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. There was a plastic bag of trash floating in the pool from Walmart, dirt, sand, tree materials, etc in the pool Front staff was nice and helped accommodate a room change. The pool was one of the reasons we picked this hotel tho.

Only stayed for a night before heading out for a cruise. Great option on buffet. I need to print luggage tags, the business center has a computer available with free printing. My kids used the gym and enjoyed it. Overall good time.

We had an excellent stay here while waiting for airlines to catch up after a snowstorm. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the gym was well equipped, the pool was great and the room was clean and spacious.

Outside property is not clean, no landscape but on the front of property. Made us and many other guest wait for hours because they did not have clean rooms available. Room had a dirty toilet, dirty/old shower curtain and trash in drawers. I would NEVER give this property a four star. Based on our experience, I would say property is a strong two, low three star property.

The check in process was super easy and quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early with no problem as well. The room smelled so good when I open the door and it was very clean. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice property No parking fees and complimentary breakfast even though there wasn’t much options for vegetarians but overall it’s a good property. Only issue is the rooms are and we’re not being cleaned properly and we’re not cleaned properly upon entering please improve on the cleanliness of room

The hotel in general has a good potential to be a 5 stars review place. But the housekeeping staff needs to be replaced. Our room has not been cleaned at all. Literally!!! I was actually surprised that the sheets were changed. Mold and mildew on the shower walls and glass and the hair on the bottom. So GROSS !!! I had to take a shower with my slides on. Dirt and trash on the carpet. I was afraid to touch anything so I had to wipe everything with a wash cloth. We were staying for two nights so I had to do it to feel a bit more comfortable especially with kids. What a shame. Someone should inspect the rooms before letting new quests in. We also had not enough bath towels for the booked people of our party. The front desk service was good though and pretty comfy beds.

The hotel is in the heart of Doral. Walking distance to Doral City Place. The room is comfortable and updated. I requested for a late checkout and the front desk clerk was able to accommodate. Will definitely stay here again.

Property was good for a couple of nights, the glass is not sound proof, you will hear those planes flying overhead. Overall the place was clean except some fibers on the carpet and The free breakfast was not that great but it’s free.

Service upon check in was very nice. But it is very inconvenient to have a shuttle riding on the hour. I arrived at 6pm and had to wait 1 hour for transportation even if i have called after 30 min that i was waiting on transportation at the airport, they said i had to wait. Going back to the airport the next day was the same story. It should be considered a priority if a hotel is offering shuttle service to avoid any delay or chance to miss a flight.

First of all the positives: Great big clean room with lots of amenities, a good selection for breakfast and friendly staff. Now the bad: Terrible shuttle service. After calling the hotel, I waited for 1 hour and 25 minutes for the shuttle. I was standing in the hotel lobby 2 hours after my initial call. That is not a service, that is a dis-service to the customers! Stop providing this dis-service or change the service to more frequent and specifique timed pick ups. Or simply let the customers know that a taxi is the smoother and faster option. Terrible first impression of the hotel.

Our rooms on the first floor were very loud. Floor with many dead bugs and crumbs. Shower wall covered with loose hairs. Airport shuttle is only 1x an hour and ends at 10:30 pm.

As you know, we have hundreds of options for where to stay in the Miami airport area. We selected this hotel, as it stated in description if property that a shuttle was available to the airport or the cruise terminal. However, this was not the case. I called the hotel from the cruise terminal and was told they did not have a shuttle. That taxi ride cost over $50. Upon arrival at the hotel, the front desk worker stated that we would have a shuttle in the morning and I watched her write down that we needed a 4 AM shuttle to the airport. She did not mention that there was not a shuttle available until 7 am, as we were told when we checked out. The front desk worker said we'd need to get a taxi. I asked if he could call one. They did not offer any shuttles or assistance. We had to pay for the 2 taxis, which was over $100 on top of our stay. I would have sadly chosen differently.

The staff was so nice to us at checkin. We had gotten off our cruise ship early and stayed here since our flight was the next day. They worked to accommodate us and get us in a room as soon as possible. We really appreciated this since we had a very tired 5 year old. We would stay here again next time in Miami.

Stayed a few times at the Doral location while son attended University of Miami. The first stay was around 2021 and the pandemic protocols were prevalent. Many hotels were tested for their cleanliness regiment and Fairfield Inn always gave that extra layer of reassurance. The staff has always been personable and engaging. In the midst of carry out their task, they always would stop to greet guest. The location is great as it is not far from restaurants, airport, pharmacy and malls. Publix Doral is 3 min Drive away with indoor parking and super clean. The breakfast is great and offers sufficient variety to please the health conscious and the not so selective guests. Free and sufficient parking is a plus. When you are heading in from a hard day the last thing you want is to circle the lot looking for a park. The various key access entrances facilitates easy access to vehicles to load / unload luggage. The rooms have always been impeccably clean, does not feel damp, poorly lit and congested as other hotels. I would highly recommend Fairfield Inn. It gives you the feel of being home.

Picked this hotel because of its high review ratings and because they offered a complimentary shuttle from the airport. Had to call the hotel 4 times asking when would the shuttle bus be arriving, kept stating it would arrive 5/10 minutes…… an hour and 10 minutes later still no bus, waiting in the exhausting heat, bone tired after a long flight. Every other hotel shuttle bus passed us, some of them 2 or 3 times!! Terrible experience, finally had to take a taxi, we could have taken a cab as soon as we arrived if we had been told they were having issues. I was intending on staying in this hotel next week as well but after the experience with the bus and the how the hotel handled the situation, I will be canceling that booking.

The Doral location doesn’t have much walkable places to eat but it is close drive wise to the airport and downtown/Beach (about 15-25 mins). The facility is clean and everything looks new. I really enjoyed having a shuttle transport from and to the airport as well as complimentary breakfast. I would recommend.

We needed a place to stay while visiting family in Miami and this property did not disappoint! It is located right off 826/Palmetto Expressway, making it super convenient. Since the building is fairly new (3-5 years old) it is in great condition, very clean and well kept. Breakfast was fine but enough to keep my toddler and get some coffee before visiting family.

The hotel is newly renovated and welcoming. For the price it delivers good value. The breakfast is limited in terms of healthy or vegan options. They also shut down breakfast at 9 which is too early. The shuttle service runs only until 10pm so if your flight is delayed, expected to have to take an Uber or a taxi which can be expensive even though the hotel is only about 15 minutes from the airport.

Staff at the morning breakfast is very unfriendly. They started cleaning up and shutting off the appliance and closing up even 10 min before the scheduled time. Only pork available, no beaf or turkey or chicken. No complimentary bottled and tooth paste at front desk. These are available if you stay with Holiday Inn.
