The ambiance of the hotel and the room was impeccable. The hot spot was the breakfast buffet in the morning and the rooftop hookah bar both on the 2nd floor at night. The staff assisted me with ease and I will go back and stay at this spot. It is not faer from the bullet speed train station that will take you to Tanger and the airport! I was by myself. This was an awesome find!

Hôtel très bien situé: on peut tout faire à pieds autour (notamment pour les restos) Parking sous terrain gratuit: énorme point fort dans une ville où il est devenu très difficile de se garer Ma chambre avait vue sur la terrasse de l’hôtel mais était très étrangement très chaude : peut être en raison du frigo dans les placards qui surchauffait Les serveurs du resto et terrasse très pro et disponble je recommande fortement

this is my 5th time to stay in this hotel , but last time was terrible , the maintenance is very bad so hotel is getting old , the room was very poor and not in good condition the gym is also in a very bad condition , the breakfast buffet is very poor and doesn't have lot of options specially for food allergy i got an infection allergy while i was their so i doubted the hygiene of the room and bed

This hotel was splendid! We spent an excellent 2 night stay here! It is right in the center of casablanca’s business district, and there are so many stores and restaurants around! This place is also so clean and the bathrooms are so modern! The bed was so soft and the pillows were like clouds! Would absolutely recommend!

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The hotel was extremely noisy well past 12am every night. After calling reception multiple times, the only response was to “wait until the party wraps up.” On one occasion, we were told the party had been moved inside instead of the terrace, yet the noise level remained just as loud. This is not a hotel — it feels like staying in a nightclub, making it impossible to sleep.

The hotel was amazing and the outdoor area was great, however, that friday night when I stayed they played the music very loud until 11:20. Then the hotel workers had to move all the outdoor furniture back in place and that also took a while.

This hotel I liked. Good location, good breakfast, nice rooms! Yard side rooms are nice, but if you want to sleep before 11pm ask for street side. Loud music is going on at the yard.

Chambres trés mal insonorisée au niveau du bruit. Chambre juste au dessus du boulevard , 3éme étage, et en face de l'écran du magasin adidas qui scintille toute la nuit.. bref pas génial pour dormir. Sinon le personnel est agréable et serviable. Seuls les portiers à l'entrée ne sourit jamais.

The breakfast was fabulous. One downfall is I didn't get any response for airport pickup for my many messages sent via Expedia or directly to the hotel. So, I had no confirmation. I almost hired another pickup. I only got a call from the driver when I landed.

Good location near every thing receptionist fatmazahra and saiida were very helpful .the room is ok for the price the room service not answering the phone and close early hous keeping all of them nice By checking out the porters are not helping to assist carying bags

Hotel cosmetically is very nice. When we got to our room the bathroom smelt like someone had just been in it. We were put in a room directly adjacent to the courtyard which wasn’t an issue until there was some sort of party/gathering till midnight. Loud music and lots of noise right outside our window. When I called the front desk to ask about the noise/music and to see if it could be turned down as we had a 4am ride to the airport, I was told there was nothing they could do and the phone was hung up.

Everything was great!!! Pillows should be softer (& mattress too). Didn't love panhandlers outside the area, they're harmless tho. A shout out to 'Saidi' at the front desk along with everyone throughout the hotel including breakfast guys!! Conditioner & hand lotion would be nice if they gave since it's a better hotel.

Service for food was awful. Took forever and no one cared to be attentive. When I arrived on my first night I was sent to a different hotel because they over booked my stay. When I got to the new hotel they were never told from the old hotel I was staying there. When I got back to the original hotel after two nights away I received no refund or any type of service to accommodate the inconvenience. They charged me twice for the shuttle. The bed is very hard. Very poor stay wouldn’t recommend
