Located a bit out of town but taxis cheap and they will happily call one for you when needed. Rooms quite small but ok for one. Very comfortable bed. Shower pressure a bit weak. Staff lovely and very helpful. Good WiFi. Also lovely pool. Could do with more basics like glasses and fridge in room as nothing available to buy on site. Also could do with soundproofing rooms as can hear everything. Overall a good stay so comments meant to be constructive.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas. La piscina tiene un ambiente muy tranquilo y romántico. Lo mejor de todo fue la atención brindada por Dona y Gaspar para recomendaciones sobre dónde ir o qué hacer en Bacalar y sus alrededores. Ampliamente recomendado.

Las habitaciones falta un poco de mantenimiento al igual que la entrada hacia el hotel mucho pasto y para el que no conoce es algo difícil. En cuanto al personal la chica de recepción muy amable con las indicaciones, la alberca muy agradable para pasar la tarde

Vacation Review Budget First off, we do like to take vacations that are “luxurious” but we also take a lot of low budget trips to go away more often and see new places. This review is a budget review 2 things matter most to us 1 cleanliness and 2 a pool We are content with a basic room as long as we have beds and a bathroom and they are clean (a TV is nice but we have devices to watch content on) Cleanliness rating 9 Room rating 5, the room with the sofa bed is too uncomfortable to sleep on and had weak water pressure and the AC leaked into the room, the rooms are small but that was expected. Room amenities, AC, TV Hotel/condo/VRBO rating 7 Amenities, pool Pool rating 10, good sun and shade as sun sets with warm water Staff rating 10 Restaurant rating/options, n/a Location to things, a lot close but has to be driven/taxi If you’re looking for budget, I would and wouldn’t recommend, if you need the sofa bed it’s impossible to sleep on If you can share a double or are single I’d go back This review does not take restaurant food in the consideration There are plenty of (excellent) options nearby in driving distance

lo que no me gusto es que ponen fotos irreales de como realmente es la propiedad, la atención en el comedor muy serviciales y hacen muy rico de comer, nada que ver la realidad con la fotografía del lugar. descuido en la funcionalidad del lugar, la alberca demasiado pequeña. me gustaría que ofrecieran al menos una botella de agua de bienvenida o que la venda ahì. ya que los lugares para comprar quedan retirados de la civilización.la propuesta ecologica es buena.

Me fue fatal en ese hotel los empleados estaban bañando en la alberca yo no pude hacer uso de la alberca el inodoro se estaba despegando, de igual manera yo hice mi pago el establecimiento luego resulta que se traspapelo Me querían cobrar doble , no me dieron el desayuno prometido fue horrible de verdad !

Es un hotel bonito por fuera y con una alberca bonita y nada más. Las habitaciones son super pequeñas, no estaba listo el sofá cama y está en pésimas condiciones por qué es súper incómodo además el piso del baño estaba sucio. Solo lo recomiendo si buscas algo económico.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was included and very tasty. Our room was bare bones, the toilet didn't seem to work properly and we were kind of concerned the sheets hadn't been properly cleaned. Other than that, we'd recomdend this hostel still to anyone simply because of the friendliness of the staff.

Beautiful property, sheets were always dirty getting clean towels seemed to always be an issue as well Jas having hot water in the room or water overall. Far from downtown, you have to get a cab leading to an over priced price.

Terrible experiencia, concepto con potencial pero muy descuidado, habitación bastante sucia, baño olía, horrible y el piso de la regadera sucio se notaba que no se habia lavado en bastante tiempo, el lavamanos estaba oxidado de la parte de arriba por donde se va el agua y llaves sucias, almohadas sucias sabanas sucias, areas comunes sucias tambien y para rematar se le comento a la persona de recepción (trnia la musica de regueton a todo volumen) de la situación de suciedad de la habitación y no le importo y mostro mala actitud. Entregue la llave y nos retiramos despues del check-in sin quedarnos en el mismo en el hotel y nos fuimos a buscar otro hotel. ¡Nada recomendable!

Sin limpieza en uno de los cuartos (el día que hicimos check out nos avisaron que debimos haber dejado las llaves, pero nunca nos los dijeron en el check in) Colchón hundido Dispensador de shampoo roto Hormigas en la cama Baño sucio desde la entrega en ambos cuartos Dejaron la puerta abierta en el que si hicieron la limpieza Uno de los cuartos olía mucho a cigarro La coladera de la regadera de uno de los cuartos estaba tapada y el agua no se iba Detalles descuidados en ambos como la regadera oxidada, puertas despintadas, coladeras viejas, pintura salpicada, en las áreas comunes camas de playa en malas condiciones

No renten aquí. El lugar es un asco en todos los sentidos, muy descuidado, no tenían agua caliente, sin puertas en la regadera se moja todo el pasillo, la habitación tenía sabanas y fundas amarillas, debajo de las camas más suciedad que en una casa abandonada, si no ibamos a pedir toallas y limpieza no la hacen, la habitación llena de hormingas.

La ubicación que marca la aplicación está mal, queda del otro lado de la carreta por lo que no de chiste quedas cerca de la laguna, además de ese lado no hay restaurantes y ellos no tienen el servicio como lo marca la aplicación, no hay nada que comer a ninguna hora y la calle no está pavimentado, la habitación está bien pero el baño olía a usado, en general el trato del personal muy bueno.

Las habitaciones muy reducidas, el agua fria, no ponen botellas de agua en las habitaciones, no hay desayunos, abre tardisimo, falta mantenimiento, las puertas se atoran, el sofá cama en muy malas condiciones. Ojala pudieran mejorar, ya que si hay bastante competencia por la zona.

El espacio está muy bien, son pequeños los cuartos pero bien, solo deben de reubicar los aires acondicionados que generan humedad dentro de cuarto y no está padre oler todo el tiempo a humedad. La ubicación lejos pero en medio de la naturaleza, muy rico! Área de oportunidad el arreglar la humedad. Yo quitaría los cojines alrededor de las camas, tendría más espacio la habitación

No se los recomiendo para nada, el baño no funcionaba, nos cambiaron de habitación a una con charcos de agua, el sofá cama viejísimo, nada cómodo.. está lejos del centro y muy apartado, calidad/precio para nada recomendable

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas. La piscina tiene un ambiente muy tranquilo y romántico. Lo mejor de todo fue la atención brindada por Dona y Gaspar para recomendaciones sobre dónde ir o qué hacer en Bacalar y sus alrededores. Ampliamente recomendado.

Terrible experiencia, concepto con potencial pero muy descuidado, habitación bastante sucia, baño olía, horrible y el piso de la regadera sucio se notaba que no se habia lavado en bastante tiempo, el lavamanos estaba oxidado de la parte de arriba por donde se va el agua y llaves sucias, almohadas sucias sabanas sucias, areas comunes sucias tambien y para rematar se le comento a la persona de recepción (trnia la musica de regueton a todo volumen) de la situación de suciedad de la habitación y no le importo y mostro mala actitud. Entregue la llave y nos retiramos despues del check-in sin quedarnos en el mismo en el hotel y nos fuimos a buscar otro hotel. ¡Nada recomendable!

La ubicación que marca la aplicación está mal, queda del otro lado de la carreta por lo que no de chiste quedas cerca de la laguna, además de ese lado no hay restaurantes y ellos no tienen el servicio como lo marca la aplicación, no hay nada que comer a ninguna hora y la calle no está pavimentado, la habitación está bien pero el baño olía a usado, en general el trato del personal muy bueno.

Located a bit out of town but taxis cheap and they will happily call one for you when needed. Rooms quite small but ok for one. Very comfortable bed. Shower pressure a bit weak. Staff lovely and very helpful. Good WiFi. Also lovely pool. Could do with more basics like glasses and fridge in room as nothing available to buy on site. Also could do with soundproofing rooms as can hear everything. Overall a good stay so comments meant to be constructive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was included and very tasty. Our room was bare bones, the toilet didn't seem to work properly and we were kind of concerned the sheets hadn't been properly cleaned. Other than that, we'd recomdend this hostel still to anyone simply because of the friendliness of the staff.

Las habitaciones muy reducidas, el agua fria, no ponen botellas de agua en las habitaciones, no hay desayunos, abre tardisimo, falta mantenimiento, las puertas se atoran, el sofá cama en muy malas condiciones. Ojala pudieran mejorar, ya que si hay bastante competencia por la zona.

El hotel es muy bonito como si fueran contenedores. Hay que considerar que los hoteles que no están en el centro o en la Laguna están lejos de todo. El personal muy atento. El desayuno incluido me pareció muy bueno. No es para familias es hotel para parejas porque la habitación es muy pequeña y hay poco espacio. Considerar eso si vas con hijos.

The room was small, and we Could hear the TV next door, so it’s not soundproof. The staff were great, very helpful. In the morning they have coffee and a pastry if you want it. Lovely to have a swimming pool. I think they must have issues with the plumbing because they are doing a lot of work with the pipes behind the rooms.
