Everything was so well prepared for our arrival. The check in was so smooth and fast. Eventhough we came at different times. We booked 3 rooms. One of them for customer with reduced mobility. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, nice, excellent equipment to use in the kitchen area, including dishwasher tablets and liquid soap. Indoor swimming pool, 24/7 gym and more amenities for your pleasure. WE loved it

This has been my go-to hotel in Lancaster for years. The quality of service, the cleanliness of the rooms, it never disappoints. I particularly like the coinless laundry facilities. No other Residence Inn that I've been to has that. I expected another good experience, and I got one.

We love this property. Situated on a small hill top, it overlooks surrounding area. The rooms are big and spacious. The hotel has a swimming pool and a fire pit. Wegmans is nearby. Dutch Wonderland and Amish country are all closeby.

Great location, fantastic views. Spacious. The gentleman who greeted us at check in on Sunday was amazing. The ladies at the desk on tues and wed. were tethered to their phones and allowed the luggage carts. we fixed it after seeing no action for a few hours (they were on the cell phone the whole time) Only one elevator was working. great place to stay. most of the employees are friendly

A rare misfire for this property, one I at which I stay at least three times a year. Checked in and was placed in a room that had not been cleaned. Front desk staff resolved this promptly, so I’m only knocking off one star for the fact that it happened in the first place. Otherwise, this was a typically superb and trouble-free stay at Residence Inn Lancaster.

room could have been cleaner. dont think the bathroom floor gets mopped up very often. the sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain and could use a cleaning out. was a cool night. would have been nice to open the window more than 3" but i get that design. other than that, microwave and lighting worked.

I loved our room it had a kitchenette with a table for two, a living room area with sofa, a large tv and work desk, two queen beds and a modern bathroom Everything was great! For my personal use I would have preferred a shower with a handheld shower feature Otherwise everything was clean and new and beautiful Shout out to staff member, Cole, who helped us with a few things A really nice guy!

Great room. large kitchen. large beds. sofa. great workspace. bathroom clean and mold free. Only 4 stars because the air conditioning unit was so noisy I had to turn it off to sleep. but could still hear other mechanical running I am guessing for other rooms. It was frustrating.

Great location, right across from Wegmans and other dining options. The rooms were very spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakast was great. As a parent traveling with small kids my only disappointment was the shower, there's no handheld shower which makes it hard for families with kids. No shower door either so water splashes everywhere. The staff at the front desk also very unattentive.

Not friendly here at all. Front desk team was pretty emotionless when guests walked by. House keeping staff member James was pretty rude on multiple instances. Put your privacy tag on the door if you don’t want James harassing you on your checkout day.

They shut off our keys before the noon checkout time, which made it difficult when making several trips to the car from the 4th floor. It's such a cheap move, it kind of soured me on our one-night stay (although at least checkout was at noon). Bathroom smelled a bit of mildew. Otherwise, it was a fine stay. Good location on edge of city next to shopping.

We always stay here for comfort and convenience. This stay however was greeted with an unfriendly desk clerk which is unusual for this property. Most of the time all of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We will stay again but just hope we dont encounter this clerk upon our arrival.

During our 3 nights stay we did not get housekeeping services. In day 2 we requested it at the front desk and by early evening the room was still not serviced. The front desk staff were not helpful or responsive when the request was made and complaint reported at time of checkout.
