We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. We curtains kept out the light that allowed us to sleep in. The pool was a bonus. It was little cool but with the weather it felt great! The workout room had the essentials for a full body work out. The breakfast had a lot of options and see now why it had great reviews. All the amenities were super clean. There are so many walkable options and bars. We enjoyed a movie and bodega 8 that we walked to that offered a chill sophisticated ambiance. We will definitely be back again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Hotel and rooms were clean. The staff was very professional and welcoming. The included breakfast was amazing! Food was delicious, hot and there was a wide variety of selections, not like most continental breakfasts that have your usual cereal and oatmeal. The pool is gorgeous and amenities like the gym are very convenient. Area around is safe and many shops and restaurants to go to without having to drive out. The parking is great!!!! It’s underground and if you know Mexicali, thats saves you from burning yourself when getting back into your car. A great hotel.

everything was amazing, our room it was nice and clean, also the employees were so nice !! the morning breakfast buffet excellent. my only complain it’s about the pool, the water was extremely cold, i couldn’t enjoy it. i think it’s something that the company needs to fix!

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel. Our issue was the water to the hotel was shut off most of the day for emergency repairs. Dome were saying there were issues with the elevators working properly. Additional drinking water should have been provided to guests. If these issues weren't experienced, this would have been an excellent experience.

Pool does not have a heater which was a turn down my kid’s could not go inside the pool water was too cold. We usually always stay where pools have heaters!.

The property condition is good, but is starting to deteriorate. I have had the opportunity to stay at this hotel multiple times prior to this last one and stayed on couple different floors and I notice the carpet at the exit of the elevator is pealing, also the cleanliness are decreasing specially in the bathrooms, little details are been missed. This last stay there was no shampoo in the bathroom container, how can this be if they supposedly clean and check the bathrooms before assigning them to the clients? No shampoo, is a big missed!

Place is beautiful in lobby. Upstairs carpet looks worn. Room was great however floor of shower had mold, toiletries in shower were empty and worse of all the sheets in one of the beds was dirty. It had something stuck on it that scraped my foot. Called for new sheets and they just dropped them off, didn’t even offer to change them which left us with dirty sheets on our room floor.

The property looks great. Its clean and eye appealing but I had a hard time sleeping. The mattress was hard. You can hear the noise of a baby next door and the doors slamming. You can also hear the noise of music coming from the bar next door. You can also hear the traffic. Windows need to be thicker.

We left a bag with 5 hats at time of check out, housekeeping found it and wrote a note documenting there were 5 hats, then crossed out 5 and wrote 3 so she kept 2 hats (limited edition). It’s not the value of the hats it’s the principle.(she technically incriminated her self. Very disappointed what if there were important documents or personal information inside the bag. BE CAREFUL when you stay here.

Check in process was slow and disorganized, local management needs to focus as ISRAEL the ODManager lacks supervision skills one detail was that WIFI code was wrong as they reassigned my room number but never changed it in the system until I had to go to front desk to complain thus check in took 45almost 45 mins complcointwas

This is a beautiful and new hotel. The staff were super friendly, attentive and went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable. They gave me extra towels and pillows without hesitation. They had staff at breakfast making sure you had everything you needed and pointed you in the right direction.
