Everything about this property was great. The highlight was the indoor pool and breakfast! First, the staff at breakfast were awesome, they were on top of making sure things were stocked and the area was clean. The breakfast offerings were by far the best I've seen at any hotel breakfast offering. I love that they had non-dairy options. It's really hard traveling with a kiddo who has a dairy allergy. But the fact that they had 3 different non-dairy milk options, including oat milk, was 5 stars. The only negative if I had to point one out was that I wish there were more non-pork meat options available at breakfast. But I know that's really minor in the scheme of things, we don't eat pork and it would have been nice to see a turkey sausage option. They did have the impossible breakfast sausage, which is vegetarian. My kids were excited that the pool was indoor so they could swim, because it was cool and foggy at night. The pool did not seem heated, although I swear I read something about the pool being heated. The hot tub was out of order, but that was not a big deal at all for us. They had a great outdoor patio with a fire pit. I did take advantage of the laundry room there, and it was easy to use and fairly inexpensive. You can do a load of laundry, wash & dry, for $4. Just download an app and add some funds or you can use quarters. This hotel was quick and easy drive over to the Monterey Bay aquarium, which is why we came to the area. I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, I found the hotel to be clean and the staff friendly. However, I encountered a few issues. Specifically, Elevator 1 was out of order, and the other elevator was only partially functional. This often required us to use the stairs. Additionally, my room was not ready until 3:40 PM, despite the advertised 3:00 PM check-in time. Given that checkout is at 11:00 AM, the delay significantly shortened the duration of our stay.

Clean, new. Rooms large & very comfortable. Totally disappointed hot tub was closed since that’s the reason I chose this hotel. Breakfast outstanding.

The hotel staff at the front desk were decent—not overly friendly or going above and beyond, but polite and professional. The breakfast staff, on the other hand, were excellent, always restocking and making sure nothing ran out. The pool was very clean and enjoyable, and the lobby felt welcoming with family movies playing, which gave it a cozy, homey vibe. I appreciated that the hot chocolate, coffee, and water stations were always full, and the fireplaces were lit in the evenings, adding to the atmosphere. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. The location is great, close to plenty of food options, and the room had a nice full-size fridge and kitchen. I had read complaints about the water pressure, which made me nervous, but while it was a little lighter than usual, it didn’t bother me at all. The TV worked perfectly, the AC was strong, and overall, I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return!

Lovely time at this hotel. Breakfast was good (make your own waffles, premade breakfast sandwiches, omelette, oatmeal, cereal etc.) I used the Hilton honors app to select my room and was able to use a digital key for the hotel entrance and room. Very decent hotel gym(dumbbells up to 75lbs, cable machine, treadmill, & peloton) and pool/ hot tub. This will be my new go-to hotel in the Marina/Monterey area.

Very nice, relaxed hotel. Enjoyed the tea and coffee in reception. Kids liked the pool. Nice breakfast.

This hotel was great, the breakfast was amazing. The only issue we had while there is one elevator being out of order but that’s out of their control. Great location, clean and very friendly staff.

The hotel was clean and looked newer. They have a snack area where you can buy a lot of different snacks and drinks. Their sister hotel right next door has a bar you can use. They have several fire pits and an indoor pool. We didn’t use the fire pits but we used the pool. It was a little chilly but nice. The room was clean and spacious. They have breakfast but was a little frustrating to use because everything is all on one wall so you are waiting in like a line for things, for example, the waffle maker. I would recommend and I would stay again. I think it was about a 20 minute drive to cannery row from the hotel.

I booked 2 rooms. We were not happy with the showers. Water pressure is poor making it hard to rinse both hair and body. I hope management should fix it.

The water barely gets warm and their is literally no water pressure. Terrible.

Location was on point and breakfast buffet was good. The only thing I’ve noticed was the shower head had hard water so the pressure wasn’t great. Other than that my family and I really loved it. The little kitchenette was also a huge plus!!

Room was very clean

The parking lot filled up fast making it hard to find parking space, after the first night stay we woke up to ants in the bed, recorded a video and showed the front desk we got ready for the day to leave so the property could spray the room and while trying to get ready, the shower took forever to get hot and it was only luke warm. We left for the day and when we returned to our room the beds were stripped with no blankets so we had to call the front desk to make the beds with new sheets/blankets. Wont stay here again, not recommended.

Very clean

The room is very spacious and very clean. Everything is so wonderfully organized and stocked. Staff are friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. I brought a small dog with me and everything went very well :)! Highly recommend

There was food and hair from the previous people in our room upon checkin. It was like housekeeping forgot the regions under the counter and desk.

Fabulous hotel, looks brand new, great gym and swimming pool. We were the only ones in it! Amazing kitchen facilities in room, perfect for a family.

Great hotel, but we chose it based on location near the water. Instead we had a view of Target.

The room above us was stomping all morning and night. Told the staff and while it did stop for a few hours, started again at 11pm. We only stayed here 2 nights but barely got any sleep/were able to relax when we were here. Seems this is a family hotel, would not recommend if you’re trying to have a restful stay.

Didn’t get a single night of decent sleep because the people directly above us were extremely loud until early morning. It sounded like buffalos running back and forth. We didn’t say anything the first night but complained the second night when it was 2 am but the noise continued on the third night.. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to families who are looking for some peace and quiet at night. When we checked out, we mentioned it to the lady who was at the front desk. All she said was that it can get loud during the holidays and didn’t seem to care much. Apparently, people stomping around at 2 am is perfectly acceptable at this hotel during the holidays.

Enjoyed large room, kitchen area and breakfast

Family of 5 with toddlers. Room was very spacious and clean. Kitchen made it very convenient with kids. We also had a great time in the pool! Will come back for sure.

At check out we were told there was a $75 charge but she did not know what was the reason. Room was not quiet and could hear traffic at night. Hotel should invest in better windows. Check in was good

The service was incredible, the person who assisted us at the check in was very kind and always willing to help .... Very good facilities, family trip. We would definitely come back.

Property was a convenient location to reach from Hwy 1. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, my experience at this location was disappointing due to Expedia not making the proper reservations for my room upon arrival. Upon checking in I was told that Expedia had not communicated my reservation to Hilton. Though I booked a room for a family vacation that could house 6 guests, there was no room available. I was fortunate to be able to obtain single bed handicapped rooms separating my family on different floors.

I had reserved a room with two Queen beds and I was told that Expedia oversold the rooms. I was left with a King bed and a pull out couch which is not what I reserved. Pull out couches are really not that comfortable. I am very unhappy how the hotel handled it and how they all blamed it on Expedia.

Property itself was beautiful. My reasons for poor ratings is the service and management. First, I paid for a specific room “ King bed with balcony”, my wife and I drove 3 hrs and upon our arrival we were downgraded to standard room, queen bed and no balcony, without notifying us because of overbooking. Currently no refund nor deduction in the amount I paid was given. Hotel basically said it was my problem and offered no remedy or discount. Hotel does not seem to care about whether or not their clients are happy or not. Just a warning” Buyer beware”. This place needs a little work on the hospitality issues.

The staff was awesome. Helpful, and we were a large group and were asking for towels, blankets, etc

We called for towels after 1 1/2 hours I kept calling desk no answer, walked downstairs and asked for towels. She handed them to me and said I had no one to deliver? Yes she couldn’t tell us that nor answer the phone?

Perfect location with wonderful views and shopping

Nice new property, spacious room and kids liked the pool, breakfast, gym, and bonfire area. It is not next to the beach and no view but for our family it was very enjoyable.

Convenient place to stay. In a new and quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to the aquarium. Clean, and comfortable

Excellent stay- our family would absolutely return here for a future Carmel/monterey trip !. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Staff was friendly and responsive to our questions and requests. Pool and hot tub fun. Breakfast had great options. Grills and fire table and pet relief area a plus! Directly across the street from convenient, stores like target and Ross and a yummy Greek place!. Just a mile from Fort Ord dunes, a lesser known but gorgeous beach! An easy 20 min driveto Monterey or Carmel-by-the-Sea!

This was a great overnight stay on a road trip of California. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning had a good amount of items to choose from. The 24 hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate were a nice touch. The location was convenient to town. We would stay here again.

Central location to all Monterey has to offer

Had a nice stay for two nights while attending a family wedding nearby. Located in a new planned development, so mostly new homes and chain stores surrounding the two newish hotels. Convenient drive to Monterey, Carmel and elsewhere.

Stayed a few days. Property is very nice and the staff was friendly. The only criticism is with breakfast. Both mornings there weren't any clean forks and the serving stations were awkward to use. I burned my hand crying to get food out and off a plate that was too hot .t to touch

Hotel is really new and clean. Staff are all friendly especially Robert in the Registration. Breakfast came surprisingly with lots of choices. Will be booking here again for sure!

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety and very tasty. We especially appreciated the use of real plates, cups and silverware instead of disposable.

Loved our stay for two nights for 5 people. Beds were comfortable and location as quiet. The included breakfast was good but does get very crowded. Breakfast area could have been kept a little cleaner.

Fantastic new hotel in a great area close to Monterey. Got 2 studio rooms - both spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. Appreciated the sofabed, the kitchen with cups & plates, etc., and the plentiful power outlets. Hot breakfast buffet was excellent. Small store area in lobby had useful items. Hotel is across the street from a large shopping center with places like Target, Ross, Starbucks, and various chain dining options. Very convenient to Hwy 1 down to Monterey; also right by CSU - Monterey Bay campus. Would definitely stay here again. (Definitely beats staying in Salinas.) Some minor negatives: * No fan in bathrooms; * The parking lot is sort of shared with a hotel next door; * The smart TV (without channel #s for stations) was hard for my elderly relatives to figure out. Overall, terrific place to stay near Monterey.
