Rooftop restaurant is nice but pool is not heated

Todo era bueno, hasta que me quedé atrapada en el elevador y sonaba la alarma y nadie respondió. Después de varios minutos iba a llamar a emergencias cuando encendió el elevador y al comentar eso en recepción el joven me dijo que nunca escucharon ninguna alarma; ósea que aparte de mantenimiento al elevador también deben revisar sus alarmas.

They renovated the rooftop without informing guests. Construction was noisy and the pool, restaurant, and rooftop were closed osed. Fortunately, the gym was open but they still have not repaired the touchscreen on their bike which I requested in December.

The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable! Loved the rooftop restaurant and billiards table!

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung | Die Dusche hatte kaum Wasserdruck es spritzte in alle Richtungen, so dass das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand, Wasserhahn bei kaltem Wasser kaum Druck | Balkon klein und leider sehr dreckig | Bei 3 von 3 Anläufen war die Rooftopbar geschlossen. Entweder Privates Event, oder schlichtweg nicht an die Öffnungszeiten gehalten. Ein Bier an der Bar in der Lobby wäre nur mit einem Gericht möglich gewesen.| Im Fitnessstudio gab es keine Handtücher kein Wasser und auch kein Desinfektionsmittel. Die Geräte waren in Ordnung.

Good sized gym there. Property is convenient and walking distance to everything. Overall good price for central areas. Bathroom shower wasn’t great but not bad otherwise.

Boa estadia, boa localização porém muito barulho . Preço justo dentro do que oferecem. Porém.precisa de manutenção,.exemplo só tinha um elevador o outro.ficou quebrado mais de uma semana.

Todos son agradables y tienen una respuesta rápida a las solicitudes la alberca es pequeña pero muy agradable y con una hermosa vista, el hotel tiene buena ubicación aunque con los edificios de los lados se tapa la vista de las habitaciones, el piso de los pasillos necesita mantenimiento pero las habitaciones son muy amplias y agradables

The staff on the rooftop are second to none. Great gym. Nice cool pool. I will definitely be staying there again.

Me había quedado otras veces aquí porque está cerca del ADO. Esta vez me han arruinado las vacaciones. Solo me quedé una noche y me picaron chinches , tengo el cuerpo absolutamente destrozado. No solo no podré tomar el sol, si no que me pica y lo tengo muy o flameado. Me he gastado 1000 pesos en medicinas y cremas para el picor. No pueden justificarlo diciendo : nadie nos había dicho nada. Eviten este hotel, merece la pena pagar un poco más para no pasar por lo que estoy pasando yo

El único inconveniente que tuve fue que me entregaron una habitación que no estaba lista, sin embargo ya estaban trabajando en ella 3 personas, lo cual hizo que mi espera fuera mínima. Es un hotel que mantiene sus instalaciones limpias, cuidadas y con lo necesario para descansar. Además que está a 5min del ADO caminando. Lo recomiendo mucho para viajes de negocios o de esos días que estarás fuera pero quieres regresar a un lugar cómodo y de calidad para descansar.

The water was cold, the bed had bugs and when I called the front desk to get a new room they said they would send someone to change the sheets BUT when he arrived he handed me ONLY a sheet . . . I asked if he would change them he said he didn’t speak any english and left. The fridge had a half drunken soda in it and the towel’s and sheets had small holes. If you’re a relatively clean person it’ll give you the heebie jeebies.

Está muy limpio y el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y lo mejor es que está a unos pasos del ADO y del parque las palapas, el precio es muy accesible

Experiencia excelente amabilidad y es limpio buena atención del personal en general desde recepción hasta el personal de cocina y cafetería sobre todo personal del área de Starbucks que se ubica dentro del hotel, me pareció excelente todo.

We stayed for 2 nights in Mex hotel centro and as soon we entered the room the bathroom was with pee on the toilet and splash of water on the sink. Bedroom sheets dirty and with hols . The next morning we wanted to take a shower and the and the water pressure was very low, so we had to call the lobby to send a maintenance guy. Breakfast buffet was ok and friendly staff. Also , every confusing to get in the hotel because they have no signs on the streets .

Top Lage direkt am ADO, allerdings war mein Zimmer nicht richtig sauber (Flecken auf der Toilette, Dreck im Waschbecken, Staub auf den Möbeln, Dreckspritzer an der Wand) und die Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das sieht auf den Bildern anders aus - eine Hängematte gab es leider auch nicht. Das Rooftop mit Pool ist allerdings wirklich toll!

Hotel management gave me a room that someone else already checked into and I got walked in on. The toilet in the new room room wasn’t working, though maintenance did come to take a look at it asap. The room floor was a bit dirty. The hot water never got hot.

rooms are pretty nice and clean, you can not turn on dry mode on the a/c, there is centrai air even with ac turned off which is good because no mosquito screen on the windows. Nothing will dry in the room which kind of sucks because you will pack a wet swimsuit unless you dry them at the roof terrace in the morning, this also means everything is moist always, also they have a habit of completely turning off air in the rooms when they are vacant, i had to have mine turned on by the staff. Also need more attention to detail, they made the bed but did not take room service dishes out. Breakfast is nice and gym is also sufficient with a little bit of imagination, rooftop has a nice view.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms totally worth it

Habitaciones muy cómodas, pero se escucha mucho ruido de las habitaciones de alado, estuve 3 noches y había un grupo de adolescentes en el hotel hospedados y paraban con su ruido hasta las 1 am, luego por la mañana las del aseo a las 8 ya estan haciendo ruido

Location is central a few minutes walk to everything one would need especially the bus to and from airport ! Room large modern with a balcony, bed and bedding clean very comfortable huge washroom with rain shower. Breakfast the highlight of the day!

Descanso 10/10, opciones de entretenimiento excelente, el internet funcional en cada aréa, la pantalla con acceso a apps, servicio a cuarto de comida de los restaurant en primer piso, tiene un starbucks y 2 bares, uno en el lobby y otro en la alberca en el rooftop, agregé una noche extra por lo cómodo de llegar a cualquier destino a pie, se puede ir y volver a la zona hotelera muy fácil por cuenta propia en camión urbano desde la avenida, lo único extraño era llegar al hotel, son unos callejones algo solitarios, aunque lo único que nos encontramos en el camino era una iguana cuidando el paso, pero es accesible desde la terminal de ADO caminando.

Camas confortáveis, atendimento excelente. Wifi funcionava muito bem. Há mercados, farmacia, diversos restaurantes, a parada de ônibus, tudo próximo. Muito bom

Hotel bom, perto do terminal ADO, tem MC donalds, Subway, 7 eleven, mercado próximo. O hotel supre as necessidades para quem busca um hotel confortável apenas para dormir, com chuveiro bom, cama boa e segurança.

Room was hot A/C not working right bed a little hard other than that good.

I’ve stayed here 3 times. It’s safe for solo travelers, families & group trips. The rooms are huge & spacious with a fridge & microwave. Some of the rooms come with a balcony. I definitely enjoyed my fruits & breakfast poolside in the rooftop. The customer service is wonderful. The area is perfect to anywhere the mall is 5 mins away, hotel zone is 10-15mins & food options everywhere. You can’t wrong here. You can even boom yours directly too ask for Natalie/Natty at the front desk. Starbucks in the lobby.

No me dieron mi factura. Viajo mucho y reservo hoteles por todo el país siempre pago en expedía y el hotel en el check out me da mi factura. Todos pueden hacerlo y Mexhotel simplemente se cerraron. Porfavor investiguen cómo le hacen todos los demás porque todos pueden. En Monterrey este mes estuve en Antaris Cintermex y me dieron mi factura. En Mayo estuve en cita express Insurgentes de Tijuana y me dieron mi factura. Y puedo mencionar todos los hoteles que e visitado en más lugares y me han dado mi factura.

Awful customer service, tired rooms and had to change rooms a couple of times due to poor cleanliness. Even for price would not recommend this hotel.

This was our honeymoon trip, we were 2 couples. As we had planned everything, we had requested Standard King bed, even after requesting ad per booking, they gave us 2 double bed stating its only available as when we came to know when we got the keys. I visited and requested that we wanted 1 King bed, on insisting they said let me accommodate. The room given, few lights were not working, there was no fridge like any other room, as well as the room shower was too slow, including no Hot water was not working. At night 2 AM we had to call room service for lights not working, AC issue, is when the service man came and still couldn't fix anything. It was same issue with my friend who had the other room, next morning when we were about to leave for our trip we requested to change room, they strictly said no they wont do it, they will fix it ( they already has tried last night till 3.30 AM ) but dint fix. With less sleep we continued with our trip. When we returned that evening, AC issue and lights issue dint fix, again late night at 12 ish we visited reception area and requested again, is when the person changed for us for that night, again we all ended up sleeping at 2AM where we had next planned trip so had to wake up at 6AM and leave, again less sleep, affect our trip wasnt a good experience through the whole journey of 14-17th when we stayed here. Also 1 of the room was on 5th floor where they have their roof top hotel, they used to play DJ/songs till late 12-1230 AM.

Honestly if I could do a negative number I would. I had a very bad experience after my first night. On sunday January 22nd, 2023 when I got back to my room I had a weird feeling, like something wasn’t right, I went to my suitcase where I had left my important belongings such passport, credit cards I wasn’t currently using, cash (which was in a kinds hidden compartment on the passport holder ), I found out that $500 USD were missing. The person who cleans my room took her time to go through my stuff and belongings and she ended up stealing cash I had kept there because I was going to have a procedure done on Wednesday and I had to pay in cash. When going to the lobby and talking to the person in charge that night, he basically told me I shouldn’t be accusing the cleaning person, then told me it was my fault for leaving valuable stuff in THE ROOM I PAID FOR and also called me a liar when telling him the lady left more cash and didn’t take everything which he couldn’t believe, because why wouldn’t she take everything?, like for real???, he said if I left money there even the most honest person would take it…SPEECHLESS!!!, nothing happened, the lady kept working as usual, when the cameras were checked she was the only one getting in the room and of course she denied it when asked. So disappointing that they know this happens and do nothing to protect the client, this makes me think that probably they share the money stolen. DON’T STAY HERE!

This place was very clean, the staff was excellent! I will book with them again in the future!

Staff was friendly, kind, supportive and welcoming.

On arrival I was told that the property was going to renovate the rooftop. I asked for compensation and they said they would get back to me and they never did.

Uncomfortable bed, toilet didn’t work, old shower and safe didn’t work. Asked to get it fixed but all broke immediately after they fixed it. The roof terrace is great but the music is so loud you can’t read and the food is horrific. I couldn’t eat it… disgusting. Service staff was all impolite

Excelente ubicación si necesitas hospedarte cerca de la terminal de autobuses que se encuentra a 5 minutos caminando. Además q la vuelta del hotel está la parada de autobuses hacia la zona hotelera que cobran solo $12 y llevan aire acondicionado.

Fint og nytt hotell. Rent og pent. Veldig sentral beliggenhet, like ved ADO busstasjonen. Positivt med døgnåpen resepsjon og innsjekk når du vil. De har dessverre ikke skyss til/fra flyplassen, men taxi var ikke dyrt.

Las fotos en la página no concuerdan con el estado del hotel, el acceso es por un callejón, se siente inseguro, el estado general no es bueno.

Nice hotel and across from bus station

It’s really hard to find the hotel. We had to stop at 3 other places to ask for directions though we used gps. The street is super busy and the entrance is hard to see from the street. The hotel is clean but rather stark and the room lacks the charm.

Great location in downtown Cancun and across from the DO station

El hotel está bien ubicado muy cerca de la terminal de ADO y de restaurantes. Fácil acceso y la zona es relativamente segura. El personal también es muy amable.

When I got to the hotel my room had no running water and the AC was not working. The shower water only had hot water. The water smelled like sewage and made my hair really hard and coarse. Finally at the end, water was dripping from the roof. I want to say the staff was great and very friendly, but the experience in the hotel as a whole was not great. For the price you cab argue that you are getting what you pay for, but so much was left to improvement.

Ya me he hospedado varias veces en este hotel por su relación calidad precio, es un buen hotel y el servicio es muy bueno, el desayuno buffet es amplio y los camareros son bastante amables, definitivamente seguiré volviendo

Nice restaurant

Tout était parfait: la chambre, le gymnase, la piscine. Par contre le déjeuner inclus était très limité.

Hotel is very close to the ADO station and my room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful. Hotel is a good value for the price. The buffet breakfast was very good.

The hotel is pretty, is in a very good location, but for some reason we wouldn’t have water in our room or the water was so little I could barely take a shower. The staff was ok, the people that work in the restaurant were rude to us, the last day of our stay the woman and guy that were there early that morning were like don’t leave a mess … like I needed to clean up for them ? Apparently we used to many sugars and napkins or who knows.. Or maybe it’s because we didn’t leave a tip the day before but our breakfast was included and the previous days we did leave a tip.. they looked mad every time we ask for something. The other staff members were nice though, the food was good also. We stayed here for 4 nights.

Was really nice. Free breakfast. Great AC. excellent roof bar and pool and very walkable
