Terrible customer service. The entire property is infested with ants. The pool was green. The rooms weren’t properly clean. I was very unhappy with my experience at the La Quinta.

I’ve enjoyed my week stay here, it is very clean, the rooms are very large and separated to make it seem as a small apartment. The folks that work here are great, the breakfast and coffee are great, the common are inside and eating area are very clean and large, and my very big thing is, my Maltipoo puppy was welcomed. Also, last it is nice to have laundry on site to use. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend.

Multiple areas in breakfast area dirty. Coffee had black specks (not coffee grounds) floating in it. Elevators dirty. Arrival reception was rude. Talkative about other employees. “Not my job”etc. Rooms were nice. We had two rooms, both TP holders broken. Pool was nice

Upon arrival the place looking clean and nice. The room were huge. We settled in for the night and while laying in bed a bug crawled across the sheet. We turned on the light and to our surprise it was a bed bug. So we pulled back the mattress and there was and infestation of bedbugs. Some crawling around and some dead. So n the middle of the night we packed our things went across the hall and woke and packed up our kids so we could get out of there. We went to the front desk and requested a full refund of both rooms. We were told that since we booked through Expedia we would have to get our money back through our Expedia account. After talking with the front desk attendant we left the the walking at 12:30 midnight across the street to another hotel. This was and awful experience.

My bedsheets had a yellow stain on it and I found some dark hair in the bathroom, counters, and on my pillow cases. I don’t think they thoroughly cleaned the room. Other than that, I was happy with the stay. I will come back in the future.

The only downside to the stay was the fact that xifinity on the TV in the front did not work and there was no sound on the TV in the bedroom. Informed the front desk and was told someone would look at it. Nothing was done and was not given any info before checkout

it was a wonderful stay very clean. The only things i would complain about it, are how the drawer in the family suite bedroom wouldn’t stay closed and we kept walking into when we walked into the room. They also had no light in the family room, it just needed a lamp & the tv and the family suite bedroom didn’t have a remote to use after we asked for a new remote that didn’t work either and the tv wouldn’t connect to wifi. Other than that, we would stay again.

staff sleeping in the lobby , asked for someone to fix the TV , was told someone will be on the way , they never came... House keeping would just walk in after one knock in the morning , one full size towel , took the ac 3 days to get under 72 degrees , juice machine didn't work for breakfast,took me 30 min to check in because no one was at the front desk. Employee manning front desk was mostly outside with her significant other , while ppl stood waiting for assistance.

The Desk Person was very nice and considerate. The breakfast was better than what I could have gotten at a fast food place. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean and nice. I could tell that it was just standard construction when the place was built regarding walls and insulation between rooms. But it was a quiet stay. I would stay there again.

Very nice new hotel very modern. Nice rooms very comfortable beds great linens. Disappointing side is room was not stocked with tissues soaps toilet paper and towels. Also there was leftovers from the guest before us. Breakfast caught no coffee no forks no staff.

Let me start by saying that check in was easy. The front entrance is nice and clean. The room was nice and quiet spacious. No pr9blem with the mattress, i thought the pillows were a little two too soft. NOW for those who says available breakfast is a must be ware it is first come, first serve. They said Saturday breakfast was from 7-10am. We got down at 8:50, no more of the hot food. The clerk said the person who cook is gone and thats it :(. With that being said, if you get there at the start of breakfast you would be good.

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the breakfast was always delicious with fresh fruits. Also had 2 Tvs in the room, one in bedroom and one in living room
