Great place to stay for families, nice pool and jacuzzi but the pool was a little small. The hotel was very clean and well kept, seems new. Pretty good hotel gym they even have peloton bikes with free subscriptions. Breakfast was good but it gets busy so go early. I could hear people above us, not the quietest hotel but not bad. I didn’t know people pace their hotel rooms at 11, that’s what it sounded like above us. I would recommend staying on the top floor if you are a light sleeper. Hit tub out of service and pool wasn't heated as advertised. Breakfast good just ran out of food every day by midway through. Staff is super friendly and professional.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was very close to the venue, less than a 5 minute drive to the Santa Clara Convention Center. The hotel was close tot he freeway, stores and restaurants. The hotel was very comfy and quiet. Plenty of room for a party of 4. Had an amazing back yard, pool, hot tub, basketball court, and mini golf. Had access to a trail. Best of breakfast was served hot and plenty to chose from.

Loved this hotel! Everything was really nice and clean. Nice quiet area, plenty of parking. Breakfast was delicious and they had quite a variety. All outdoor areas were really nice. The fireplace outside was a chill place to hang out in the evening and pool/jacuzzi were nice and clean as well. Our room had a full kitchen, sofa bed, king size bed and full bathroom. Will definitely add this hotel to my come again list!

The hot tub was broken. Also it is right next to train tracks so if the sound of trains bothers you or keeps you awake, be aware of that.

The hotel has comfortable beds, spacious rooms it has a refrigerator in your room. A stove in the room, microwave in the room dishwasher in the room. Free breakfast which is good. Free parking. A basketball court, a putting green and a swimming pool

It was a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the pool which is heated! The amenities were definitely a plus.

Stay was great. All of the amenities were awesome. The only thing was we did notice the hot tub being quite stained/dirty but other than that, our getaway weekend was perfect. Definitely would come here again.

The toilet had a leak Everytime we used it. It wasn’t just water either. We had to put down a towel on the floor so the water wouldn’t spread all over

I informed them that there were ants in the bathroom and living room windows, but they did not say sorry and treated them opaquely. The hotel was new, so it was clean, but the cleaning wasn't done properly and it didn't feel good.

I shared that we were celebrating a special event and there was no acknowledgment of this at check in or during our stay despite me sharing this information in our booking. The hotel is located right next to a railroad so the train noise is bothersome and is also near an airport so the sound of planes is frequent and bothersome as well. The bed was uncomfortable. There was no bar soap in our room or lotion for us to wash hands or moisturize. There was mold in our shower, the room was dimly lit, we had to shut all the drapes as our room was in direct view of others near the fire pit on one side and the pool on the other so there was no real privacy or access to sunlight. The hallway smelled like sewage. I requested a late check out at booking as well as again at check in and was informed it had been granted yet housekeeping came and knocked at our door at 12 pm asking why we weren’t leaving despite the do not disturb signage being displayed on our door. The experience overall was not what I’ve experienced at Mariott’s before and not really to the level of service I would expect for paying 408$ for just a one night stay.

I liked the excellent customer service, and the room was very clean. My room had a nice view. We will come back again.

Used towels outside when i entered the room first time. This room supports person with disabilities, however shower was pathetic and floods the entire rest room. During one of the housekeeping they remained the room opened through the day in my absence. Others things are fine.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly, feces or throw up was observed near the toilet. Usually when we stay here it is very clean and nice.

Hotel is nice. But room 123 was warm and stuffy. The AC was not cooling. Not a good experience.

The hotel staff were great. It was clean. The breakfast in the morning was great. The only downfall was the showerhead was terrible, barely felt like I was able to take a shower. And the train in the morning was a terrible wake up call! Lol

Our room was SO hot. We paid so much for the room and could not get the air conditioning to work. We tried to ask the front desk to remedy it. They said they would fix it "remotely" but nothing changed. Such a waste of money

New, clean, spacious lobby, free parking. However, the bathroom ventilator was loud. It could not be turned off, and it was not working.

Everything was fine. The mattress needs to be changed as the intentions where people slept were pretty deep. Unfortunately we were near several groups that were very loud late into the night and smoked so much pot that it enveloped our room as well. It was a long night.

The worst hotel service I’ve ever had ! Late front desk staff upset over asking for towels …. The excuse as to why they’re upset is they’re overwhelmed by the people which has nothing to do with me.

I lost my wallet and they refused to allow me to check in even though I stayed there before and could have paid the security deposit using Apple Pay they didn’t offer that service. The worst hotel service

I originally booked the wrong dates and they waived their No-cancellation/refund policy. I could have rebooked elsewhere, but chose this property again. A wonderful stay with great accommodations in a quiet location.

Front desk personnel were welcoming and went above and beyond with their great service. We were going to purchase a set of toothbrushes when she informed us they had complimentary ones. Our AC wasn’t cooling down quickly enough, they sent us a fan while resolving the issue. Love the shower, strong pressure. Room is clean and bed very comfortable. This will be our go to place to stay when we are in town next.

Fantastic hotel check-in could’ve been better. We stood in line for 10 minutes until somebody finally acknowledged us and checked us in.

The staffs at front desk are not friendly and helpful on HVAC problems in the room. Lack of hospitality and communication to resolve the HVAC problems in the room that I stayed. The hotel sign is invisible and hard to find the facility.

The facilities are clean and in great condition. The area is safe and generally quite (sometimes there are trains running in the morning)

Room was clean, plenty of space, would definitely stay here again! My only real non serious issue was the breakfast, not my cup of tea everything kinda tasted like it didn’t have any flavor. Everything else was amazing tho, the staff, the time of checkout, would definitely stay her again. Very convenient if you’re traveling to Levi’s Stadium and would recommend

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family. Hotel was modern and newer looking. The One bedroom suite we had was good size even though we didn’t use any of the kitchen. Bed was comfy. Breakfast buffet was great! Negatives: Propery is tucked way back into a parking lot near a lot of corporate offices near a power line that kind of takes away from ambience and near the end of what looks like a wetland or a slough in back (not the greatest scenery) The pool, spa, bbq area, and single court basketball court were flooded with young kids and their parents from what I heard was for a baseball tournament in town. No offense to these people as I’m sure they are nice, but they kind of took over the place. There was 9 people in the spa at one time, 6 or 7 10-12yr old looking boys that were getting rowdy in the pool where my daughter was trying to swim, etc. it just made it feel a little less like a getaway and more like we had to be part of the baseball tournament too since this group was everywhere. We were there to go to Great America which is conveniently down the street (about 5-8 minutes). Overall the hotel and staff were great, just not that excited about the overall location of the hotel (where it sits, not that you can’t get to Levi Stadium or Great America quickly) and the guests that made it a little less pleasant. Maybe if there wasn’t the baseball tournament in town near by it wouldn’t have been so bad. But think I’ll stay at another nearby hotel I was looking at next time.

This property was really nice, it was clean and very safe. I went for 49ers v Cowboys game and the stadium was super close. I took an uber up there and one of those bike taxis back. It was great. This is a great spot for what I did and I love the quiet room. I went to eat not far away the uber was about 12.00

Seems brand new or recently renovated (in April 2024). Very clean, great room. The area is somewhat remote but not bad.

It was clean, quite and very agreeable. We had great view of the SF Bay from our room. Could not have been a better place for us this trip. Probably be there on our next trip.

The staff were nice, the bed was comfortable. We also loved the breakfast options and the kitchen staff. Great that they had some vegan options with oat milk and cereals, fruit and toast. There is not much to do around the hotel as there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance. It serves the purpose to be close to Levy Stadium.

This was an amazing hotel property, checking in was very smooth and the staff was super friendly. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable and had a beautiful view. The food and drinks at the restaurant/bar were delicious as well as the breakfast. I truly enjoyed the decor all around the hotel specially in the lobby it felt welcoming and relaxed. This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for the price paid. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast is complimentary but very basic and I would avoid it. Pool can get crowded and would be nice to have running filters. Other than that, great stay!
