Check in very friendly. Clean hotel. Nice to have a restaurant in hotel, food was good. Pool was freezing cold at 7pm. After hundreds of miles of travel we were looking forward to a swim. We alerted the front desk and he said he would have someone look at it. Moot point really at that point. Bummer after having paid more for a nicer place to stay. Overall a good experience.

This was perfect for our family! The suite is huge with amble room for us! Very clean and close to anytbing you would need in the area. If i had to give a Con, the pool was very cold. We came for a New Years get away but couldn’t swim as much as we wanted, but our stay was great and the hotel is perfect!

After reading many other hotel reviews for Toledo with indications of bed-bugs, we chose this hotel. We found the hotel to be clean and fresh, with obvious attention to detail. It's a newer hotel with good management. I think that the pool needed some maintenance (it was frigid, murky and full of sand on the bottom) but otherwise the experience was great. We'll stay at this location in the future.

This is one of the nicest Holiday Inn & Suites we’ve stayed in. Very modern, clean, pretty new and love the decor. Guest laundry was great and the in-site Ground Round restaurant was very handy and really good! This was our second stay here and we’d definitely stay again.

Easy freeway access and a new property that was clean and comfortable. This was the first full service Holiday Inn I have stayed in that was a modern build. The fresh look and updated amenities such as multiple electrical outlets and USB ports was a plus.

This hotel needs an update. The customer service was great, but the room is dated and we had some issues with the bathroom faucet and toilet. The bathroom didn’t have a tub, which I didn’t realize when I booked, so that’s on me. But the furniture around the room was weirdly placed. A portable table for the “desk” a chest of drawers that also moves around and the closet area was a piece of furniture, too. This was awkward and felt very dated. Probably able to be overlooked, but the poor bathroom fixtures was really annoying. Again, the woman at the service desk was apologetic and very courteous when we mentioned it at check-out. I’ve stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns lately, unfortunately this one is subpar.

We stayed here for the solar eclipse. The hotel is easy on/off the highway. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and included several hot items. The wifi worked well and was speedy. The conference center was a great place to work while we waited for the total eclipse to occur. The hotel even provided special eclipse gift bags with glasses, snacks, coupons, and information on area events. Very glad we stayed here.

Very clean. Comfy pillows. The only thing I did not like was being on the first floor next to the lobby. It was noisy early in the morning. I guess people on their way out. Overall, it was a nice place. I would stay again if I was in the area.

Two employees at check in desk were extremely rude. I was very pleasant when I arrived, and was treated terribly. Also, two or three large buses of children & parents had checked in. After waiting for over a 1/2 hour for the elevator (children & parents filled the lobby and surrounding area), a dad finally offered to let me go ahead and not wait for their entire group to clear out. All the nasty front desk person told me was to carry my heavy bags up to the third floor via the stairs. Room was okay but smelled bad. Morning desk agent was very pleasant. Breakfast was good. Overall, would not stay here again for what the room cost.

Checked in early, which was nice, but I didn’t actually go to my room until later in the night. When I got to my room it was unmade. I went down to the front desk and they wouldn’t get me a new room until someone went and checked my room. Totally unacceptable.

From the moment I entered this hotel, I noticed it was a top-notch! Upon entering, the front desk clerk greeted and welcomed me. I loved the decor and cleanliness of the lobby and hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and there was a refrigerator and microwave! I worked out in the fitness center as well--it was typical, but I did the elliptical machine and it worked well. This hotel was also in a safe neighborhood; I did an hour walk and felt quite safe. There is a grocery store across the street in a small mall that has a Starbucks in it. This was a safe and quiet hotel to stay on the road while traveling! I recommend it over the other ones that are nearby as it is newer and nicer.

The bed was comfortable. The toilet paper is behind you, so be prepared to try to turn around on the toilet. Breakfast at the “restaurant” is not worth paying for. Save your money and go somewhere else to eat. It was further from I-90 than we realize and we would have been happier closer. It wasn’t a bad stay but there are other options that are closer so we won’t return.

Rooms were decent and our check in was easy! The website and front desk are both misleading. They both say that kids under 12 eat free. It wasn't until we placed a carry out order to bring back to our room that it was disclosed that it is for dine in only, and we didn't get everything that was mentioned under the kids meals to begin with. Other than that stay was good.

Super friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room with an excellent layout. We loved the “mudroom” at the entrance! And the huge standup shower! The breakfast was also great and we enjoyed chatting with our server. Will definitely stay here again.

The room lists two breakfasts included in your stay, but be advised that that is only for children and with a purchase of an adult buffet. Kids meals are free at the restaurant on site with the purchase of an adult meal. That was a nice surprise. Overall, it is a great hotel. Super clean, quiet, and well-maintained.
