Oasis Palm - All Inclusive

The hotel has two sections and the section we had didn’t had good rooms for sta y or nicer coffee shop or restaurants. Neither hotel shuttle. But rest of the amenities were okay.

Room is very old food is nasty truly wish i stayed someone else

Pros: Great staff, Clean rooms, Clean pools, Great food, and beautiful beach! Cons: No safe or mini fridge in rooms, only hamburgers , hotdogs, and fries for late eats, bottled water given at room temperature. Otherwise a wonderful vacation! Frank. C Oswego, IL

Did an upgrade to find out no tub only shower. small bathroom one sink shower with toilet in it. charged me for late check out even after letting them know.

Definitely never again. The pictures online are very deceiving. It makes you feel that you are in a big resort but it’s super tiny with a huge building full of rooms but the entertainment part is very small. The beach side is very small. Food is horrible in every restaurant. There is nothing to eat. It looks like leftover food. The room was very bad. Very dirty. I requested to change the room more than three times with no help every time they say come tomorrow I paid about 2600 for a four-day vacation and it’s definitely not worth a dollar employees are very rude. You have to pay and tip every single one you pretty much deal with at the bar in the restaurant the guy with the beach towels and a lot more overall very stressful than relaxing. If it’s your first time you’re gonna be in a shock like me
