Front desk associate were little rude. In the breakfast buffet in Bites food hall hostess and waitress had the worst service ever, the food was great do. I hated going to the bar only one server at all times, to get a beer it took over 15 minutes. The best experience was in the restaurant Cocoa grilled and seafood, we had dinner there every night Rodolfo was our waiter every night amassing service he deserves a raise. Food was excellent as well.

This is a great hotel but if you are traveling with wheel chair or walker the hotel really need to figure out how yo get an elevator to the pool area from the rooms .the ramps the offer are to incline that if your not strong enough you can lose grip and have an accident!!!! Food was great waiter awesome Leonardo and Francisco from the main buffet are spectacular. No AC in the pizza place thatsuvks

The Jurassic kids pool is not cared for and was an absolute mess... We went in for about two minutes and left absolutely disgusted.... Tree branches, broken climbing areas, a dead mouse, toilet paper, garbage... It was bad. The kids club rules are frustrating as well, I couldn't take my 2 and 4 year old in at the same time. My two year old could only go in a few days a week for certain hours in the morning andy 4 year old would have to go alone.... So we did not use the kids club. The food was really good. The beach was clean and rooms were fairly clean. The line ups were insane.... Huge line ups to the buffet every morning, huge check in line that took about an hour or more... Overall, we wouldn't return. It was decent but not worth the price.

Would not stay again - more than an hour to check in and room not ready. Have to come back and line up for key two hours later. Lift doesnt work so had to either wait20minutes for the line for the only lift working or climb seven stories to our room.

Very slow service at all the restaurants. Food was underwhelming. Majority of restaurants closed the majority of the time. Last bar closes at. 1 am, other things like arcade close much earlier. Adults only pool had no hot tubs, just Luke warm. No room service at all. Restaurants don't allow to go food. Elevators sooo slow, not enough for building.

Looks like it is an older property and need serious updating. There was a lot of mold around the roomsand broken furniture, especially around the pool and the beach. The kiddie pool had algae around the outside that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a very long time. It is unfortunate, but the pictures of this hotel are very misleading. Also, they do not have enough space to seat everyone for dinner at the buffet which makes a huge line to eat dinner. It was wild. You definitely do not want to be waiting on line with three hungry children. The rooms were very small and the beds were full size. The weird thing was that they were very close together. I was really disappointed in this resort and ended up leaving after I saw a huge Roach hanging out on the wall.

The lines for food was crazy. If you showed up for breakfast at breakfast time you would wait 3 hours to eat. What is posted online as features of this resort ARE NOT what is actually in the resort. It is like a completely different resort. The kids pool is cool but in desperate need of a reno, the cement is all cut up and rips up feet. There are no fridges in the room, even though it states that there are fridges on expedia. The staff were nice but the resort itself was not great. Nice beach though.

Es el peor hotel en el que he estado. Fueron las peores vacaciones de mi vida. Todos los empleados son groseros y amenazantes. Me tuvieron que cambiar 3 veces de habitaciónes, teniamos 2 habitaciones y el agua olia a caño, en las otras sin aire acondicionado y en todas moho por todos lados. Super sucio todo olia mal!

The restaurant particularly 'the hacienda' I think more should be done to keep the birds outside. No one wants to see a bird eating from a buffet tray meant for people. Not the best in terms of hygiene.

Outside the resort was wonderful but the inside of the hotel room had horrible smell. Smell like sewage or mold, especially the bathroom. The room was old and felt disgusted. We had little to no cold water for shower, we told them, the maintenance came he said it was normal. Even though we upgraded the room it still smells the same. Not going back to Oasis Palm.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The ramps for people with disabilities are a real safety hazard — they’re poorly built and quite dangerous. The safes in the rooms are extremely outdated; you have to carry around the key, which makes no sense if you’re going to the beach. There were cockroaches in the restaurant, which was absolutely unacceptable. The timeshare salespeople were the worst part — they ask you to tell all sorts of lies and even to show your credit cards. The bathrooms are old, small, and uncomfortable. The TVs don’t have Netflix or YouTube, which is surprising these days. And finally, the air conditioner is so noisy that it’s almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Very poor air conditioner is this hotel, in the room is a little bit better - just a little! mini bar working poor, the closing cabinet was broken and we got a really dirty room, there was a technical problem with the drainage system in the shower during the flow of water, a terrible smell of sewage came up, the same situation with the sink next to it.

This was a terrible experience. The property has aged badly, and they don’t seem to put much effort into keeping it clean. We had to try three different rooms because they all had mold—so much so that after checking the third room, the front desk employee admitted they were all in the same condition. Common areas were left dirty overnight. They also had live music every night that went on late into the night. The resort is advertised as family-friendly, but it’s hard to get any sleep with young kids when loud music is playing so late. The buffet area was dirty, and the employees used questionable procedures to restock and keep the food fresh. This is definitely a property that saw better days a few decades ago. If all you care about is price, this might work for you—but if you want a clean, quiet, relaxing, and safe place, don’t bother. We ended up checking out four days early because we tried to speak with management about our concerns, and they simply didn’t care.

We had a great time, the food was good, most of the staff was friendly and helpful and the highlight is definitively the calm and kid friendly beach. We went with our kids, and it was a wonderful beach for them to explore, swim and have fun. The only thing I did not like was the fact that the bedroom did not have a balcony.

Overall, this is one of the cheapest resorts, and it has almost everything. If you set your expectation according to the price, this is good resort. The service was good. Cleanliness was okay. I had issue with WiFi connection, they did not help me 1st and second try, they asked me to call customer service, and the customer service told me to go to desh, no one were trying to help, as I insisted that this needs to be address, finally one person from the desh helped me and reconnect my wifi. This is should not be that difficult.
Overall, this is one of the cheapest resorts, and it has almost everything. If you set your expectation according to the price, this is good resort. The service was good. Cleanliness was okay. The hotel was nothing special, rooms were outdated, TV with no internet and only spanish channels. Fixed shower no option to shower the kids, shower had had to be 20 years old, bathroom was ok otherwise, the rest of the hotel was so so, food was as well so so, they try to sell you Timeshare on the 2nd day you are there... just refuse the presentation from the start they offer you free massage or something else, just say no... 17K for a time share plus montly payment for $350 to get two vacations.. no thank you deal got sweeter and sweeter the more time you say no.. just walk out if you start over all average the whole experience definitely would not go back to this place

The staff at the hotel were very nice and always willing to help. Didn’t like that they didn’t have a reservation under my name so I have to wait until a room is as available. The coffee maker in the room was broken and the personal care supplies was minimal. We were 3 people in the room and only want could use the shampoo, soap, etc… Also temperature in the room is locked. You can’t adjust it. Many option of restaurants but not all of them are open. It is really difficult to book one, we ended eating dinner outside the hotel in local restaurants. The hotel in general was good with a lot of activities to do.

This was a terrible hotel from customer service to property. You had to make a line for everything for breakfast buffet and for dinner as well which we’ve never experienced at another resort. Not to mention the terrible customer service at check in super rude and took 4 hours to check us in there was a big line. Look it up on TikTok other guests made videos. Also when we got to the ro they were painting the walls!!!! Crazy, so please don’t waste your money

The photos on Expedia are misleading — many are from the neighboring Sens property, which is also owned by Oasis. When you arrive, you’re faced with limited dining options, long lines (sometimes over an hour just to eat), and some restaurants require reservations. Access to certain pools and restaurants is also restricted unless you pay for an upgrade. They blame Expedia for the confusion but still pressure you to upgrade. They also push timeshares aggressively, which is frustrating. The poolside bar on the Oasis side was filthy — definitely not a place you’d want to eat or drink from. I don’t recommend this resort or any Oasis property. They constantly try to charge extra for everything. I upgraded just to get decent food, but my room stayed the same. If you want a relaxing vacation, book somewhere else.

Took our family of 10 to this resort and was very disappointed. My wife and I have travelled to Cancun for 8 years staying at all inclusive resorts each time. This was by far the worst one we have stayed at. The staff was not friendly whatsoever, with the one exception being our waiter at the buffet one lunch. Hardly any smiles and often giving off the impression we were bothering them wanting to get a drink. The food was also the worst we have had. The worst part was that we figured the kids could survive on the french fries and chicken nuggets at the very least, but each lunch they were cold and not very good. We don't have high expectations with food at all inclusives. The OP had the least choices and the smallest buffet from all the resorts we have been to. We picked OP because it seemed to be kid friendly. This wasn't really the case though. The kids zone was okay, but nothing great. The worst part was we had our 6 year old get sick and throw up one night. Most of the throw up was caught in a waste basket, but some did get on the bed spread. They charged us $50 because they had to now clean it! Kids get sick and my expectation for a family resort is that a simple cleaning of linens wouldn't be an up charge. We have had a few times through the years where kids get sick, and I have never had another hotel/resort charge us. Don't stay here. Didn't ruin our trip but better choices out there.

The food was decent , if you book the oasis palm you only have a few A la carte restaurants to choose from, the rest you have to pay for just fyi.They had shows and activities most of the days. The check in process was very frustrating, had a super early flight + a long wait at the airport, then arrived at the resort around 2pm (check in was 3pm). They gave us our wristbands and were told to return to the check in lobby at 3:30 pm to receive our rooms and activate our wristbands but so did about 30-40 other guests. We were exhausted from the early flight didn’t get our rooms until 4:30-5pm. We had to return a few times to the lobby by stairs because wristbands were not activated correctly. Other than that issue everything was okay. There is staff that is by the elevator offering pirate ship boat rides for free but they are trying to sell timeshares. Overall the resort is okay. I give it a 3/5 Stars.

There are different tiers of all inclusive that are not explained on the booking website. Depending on your tier you are treated as an VIP or as a someone unimportant. This is extremely frustrated as a guest. I dislike this kind of treatment for guests. Everyone should be treated the same. Will not recommend this hotel only for that specific reason.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and always willing to help. Didn’t like that they didn’t have a reservation under my name so I have to wait until a room is as available. The coffee maker in the room was broken and the personal care supplies was minimal. We were 3 people in the room and only want could use the shampoo, soap, etc… Also temperature in the room is locked. You can’t adjust it. Many option of restaurants but not all of them are open. It is really difficult to book one, we ended eating dinner outside the hotel in local restaurants. The hotel in general was good with a lot of activities to do.

I like it in general great property plenty amenities and activities. Staff is very limited on information. I think smile’s cost more. If someone is smiling at you or being nice or helping is because they want to sell something at you. Too many sells force people very little service staff.

Todo estuvo muy bien, el staff fue amable en todo momento y siempre se mostraron deseosos de ayudar. Lo único es que desde un principio tenían equivocado el número de días en nuestra reservación, al principio no la encontraban y a los 2 días dejó de funcionar nuestra llave, en recepción corrigieron el error y fue el único inconveniente que tuvimos. El hotel está excelente para familias, hay variedad de restaurantes y aunque haya mucha gente la atención es rápida. Me gustó también mucho la ubicación ya que está justo al lado del ferry de xcaret y de ahí puedes salir a Islas mujeres y otros lugares si lo deseas. Yo le daría un 4.9

We had a great time, the food was good, most of the staff was friendly and helpful and the highlight is definitively the calm and kid friendly beach. We went with our kids, and it was a wonderful beach for them to explore, swim and have fun. The only thing I did not like was the fact that the bedroom did not have a balcony.

El hotel superó nuestras expectativas, súper bonito, muy limpio, el personal muy muy amable y accesible, y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones! Tiene varias albercas muy amplias, la playa está muy limpia, tiene área de niños, la comida de los restaurantes está muy fresca y rica, mucha variedad de platillos, ademas te dan la opción de disfrutar de comidas rápidas, todo tipo de cafés, bebidas y nieve para los niños durante todo el día. Además de estar muy céntrico, tiene al lado el barco pirata, el Ferri y la torre en donde puedes ver todo Cancún, de noche se ve hermoso! Mi familia y yo definitivamente volveremos! Overall a good experience but the food is limited option as early booking required for the wanted restaurant and not many choices, I only had a chance to pick between two buffets, since I was on excursion most of the time. If you stay at Sens/Grand Oasis, the resort room is nicer and with more food option. Alcohol is offered all day long till 1am. Late night slack is without fruit option. Right outside is the $1 bus shuttle that will take to downtown and etc., pretty convenient.

The day to day personel is great, beach is nice and the cleaness is good. They have personel from 2 different company for activities, so the possibility are almost endless. There are free shows in the evening that my kids loved, same thing for activities in the day, arcade center when you need a break of the beach an pools. But the food is not steady, one day it's great, the next it's disgusting. Also, many levels of client, so you get lost in where you are allowed and not, what you can use and not, where you can eat and where not... And most of all, the commercial pressure... You almost can't just arrive and go on with your vacation, meeting with a representative that will try to sell you stuff, first morning, meeting of over 2 hours trying to get you to join the oasis VIP club, or whatever other levels of club. They don't let you go, you say no and... The hotel itself was great. Just the app to do reservations for dinner never worked. Asked staff regarding this no other solution for dinner reservations so we had to eat Dinner buffet all week without getting to try anything more. Drinks and bars and pool where amazing.

I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were outdated and dirty and small! The restaurants and food available were not good! We paid to upgrade to the hotel next-door in order to be able to use their restaurants and pool. That was a little better, but not by much. At the upgraded hotel, there were no chairs around the pool to sit on. The only chairs available were at the beach. So while my kids were swimming in the pool, I had nowhere to sit. There was only one bartender at each bar, so you would stand in line for a good 15 minutes to get a drink. The drinks had a chemical taste to them. Most of the restaurants were the same way. At the sushi restaurant, there was only one person working. So I stood in line one day for 45 minutes to get sushi by the pool. The little kitchen areas around the pool with food, were terrible! The hamburgers were definitely not hamburgers! No outdoor bar to sit at. The pool is also closed every night at 8 PM, which is pretty early when your kids want to stay swimming. Entertainment didn’t start until after 10 PM. So as your kids are trying to sleep, the very loud music goes until midnight. I definitely would not recommend going here. But you get what you pay for. I learned my lesson. I will definitely pay more money to stay at a nicer resort.

Front desk associate were little rude. In the breakfast buffet in Bites food hall hostess and waitress had the worst service ever, the food was great do. I hated going to the bar only one server at all times, to get a beer it took over 15 minutes. The best experience was in the restaurant Cocoa grilled and seafood, we had dinner there every night Rodolfo was our waiter every night amassing service he deserves a raise. Food was excellent as well.

Não gostei do hotel, os quartos são muito antigos e são sujos, o hotel é muito velho, os restaurantes Buffet servem as mesma coisas e tem muitas filas todos os restaurantes, os restaurante a la carte uns falam que precisa de reserva e nunca consegue sempre tem uma fila enorme, pior hotel All inclusive que já fiquei. Não recomendo!

This is an all inclusive but really not so only a few restaurants are open and later for dinner you have to pay to get in a restaurant you get a few waters when you get there than you have to pay for bottled water. The bathroom design makes it uncomfortable if you have kids with you shower uses glass tile which you can see the body not completely but still and no shower door so water everywhere.
