I like the food it was very good and tasty also like the pool and beach service was nice the only think I didn’t like is the service at the coffee shop the employees are not nice and they always were kind of rude. Everything else love it.

There was construction happening during our stay right under our room that was so loud. We had to move rooms the 2nd day due to the noise. The pool bars were under staffed and you had to wait in long lines just to get a drink. The staff was nice when interacted with them but no one was over the top or went out of their way to assist with anything. It is a middle of the barrel resort that was confusing to know where you could and could not go due to the 3 resorts connected. There was hardly any AC in main buildings, the arcade area what a sweat shop with broken pool ques and tables. We probably won't return as there was just too much that wasn't good.

This is my 3rd time going there. They relly need to do some updating and upgrading on everything. There was construction from 10am to 5pm in the building there was no notifications about construction and that was really annoying if you just wanted to relax in your room. There are no beach chairs from 8am, the beach was a bit dirty. They workers are over worked there. Its a beautiful hotel, but please do some major upgrade in every thing. They really need to update there chef in cooking especially the buffet.

O hotel, nas áreas comuns, não tem estrutura para comportar a quantidade de hóspedes que a estrutura dos quartos comporta. Em nenhum dos dias conseguimos usar as espreguiçadeiras da praia, porque não tem móveis o suficiente para todos. Só conseguimos utilizar a praia quando reservamos o beach club, que é um valor a parte (e bem salgado). Ainda, você só tem uma boa experiência se faz o upgrade do grand oasis para o sens. Ficamos uma parte do dia apenas com a experiência do grand oasis e não conseguíamos reservar restaurantes, apenas comer nos buffets (que são fracos, por sinal). Depois que fizemos o upgrade conseguimos reservas e restaurantes melhores. Mas somando o quanto você paga a parte, compensa ficar em um hotel melhor que esse.

The rooms are dirty. The showers are awful and the leak at the fossilt. The buffet har too cold food so I did not eat it. I did not want to get sick. The sound proof rooms is a joke. Mould under the bed and the bed is broken .

Nos hospedaron en el Sens y no en el Grand Oasis Palm. Nos dijeron que la habitación tenía tina por un beneficio pero no fue así. La comida en los buffets es muy rica y en los restaurantes con reservación también, muy buena. Los meseros son sumamente amables. El servicio de snacks y bebidas en la piscina es deplorable así como los de los restaurantes sin reservación. Solamente tienen a UNA persona atendiendo, son filas ENORMES para obtener una bebida y lo hacen de mala gana (sea servir algo de tomar o de comer). El sistema de intercambio de toallas no es enfocado en el cliente, se debe devolver las toallas en el mismo kiosko donde se retiran y el sistema es en papel y en lápiz, pero las reservaciones para los restarurante se hacen a través de una app de la cual hay que estar pendiente sino te cancelan la reserva. Los horarios de los restaurantes no están claros ya que no todos están abiertos y no indican en la app si solo son para adultos o no. Mi cama apestaba a orines, pasé dos malas noches gracias a ello mientras identificada el problema. La almohada y las sábanas y cubrecolchón estaban apestosas a orines del huesped anterior. Si no fuera por la comida, las instalaciones bonitas y los meseros amables, no lo recomendaría en lo absoluto.

Great selection of restaurants but they use their own personal app to book into á la carte suppers. When submitting your requests it may take hours to get either a confirmation or refusal of request. The application has no push notifications so you do not see when you have received a message back unless you have the app constantly open. I suggest opening a chat and speaking directly to an associate that can see what reservations are still available for the day Our room was overlooking the lagoon and road which could be noisy at times thru the closed patio door due to traffic passing at all times of the day. We could also often hear our next door neighbor's conversations while in our room, which although we didn’t mind, made for less privacy.

The hotel was nothing special, rooms were outdated, TV with no internet and only spanish channels. Fixed shower no option to shower the kids, shower had had to be 20 years old, bathroom was ok otherwise, the rest of the hotel was so so, food was as well so so, they try to sell you Timeshare on the 2nd day you are there... just refuse the presentation from the start they offer you free massage or something else, just say no... 17K for a time share plus montly payment for $350 to get two vacations.. no thank you deal got sweeter and sweeter the more time you say no.. just walk out if you start over all average the whole experience definitely would not go back to this place

While we have visited this resort many times and appreciate the upgrades, it was an inconvenience. Also customer service was lacking a bit this time, new faces not as pleasant as the old ones. When stating no thank you to excursions, was met with attitude. Im on vacation , let me be.

I liked that the Staff payed attention to needs. I had one repair on my shower. Front Desk agent got request. Was fixed in less than 15min. I like the Service. Overall staff was good. I will return to this property.

The staff was great very helpful, however I felt at times particularly after check in they where not very accommodating to our needs after traveling all night and our kids were very tired and falling asleep while they where trying to make a sale and trying to get us to join some sort of time share crap. The staff after that was great. I would definitely recommend and go back any time.

This property seems to really cater to Spanish speaking people. The check in was ridiculously slow. We had to line up for everything. We were told we would get a room with 2 double beds and got a room with a King bed. It was nice, but they did get a twin cot to put in our room, but that was for an adult so that was silly. They offered no other way to compensate, except to check out and wait another 4 hours to see if a room with. Double beds become available. We declined. The food was okay, but it was near impossible to get into any of the “special” restaurants. No reservations just lines upon lines. Pack your patience! A lot of families so the noise level was high and the walls were thin.

I can say thay most staff are very good in the food service and rom service. However, our main issue is the resraurant availability. A lot of times during the day, many of the restaurants while we were there were not open. While they boast of 8 resraurants in ther website, only 2 is usually open during the day, and at dinner time the additional 2 or 3 restaurants require reservation. I can say thay most staff are very good in the food service and rom service. However, our main issue is the resraurant availability. A lot of times during the day, many of the restaurants while we were there were not open. While they boast of 8 resraurants in ther website, only 2 is usually open during the day, and at dinner time the additional 2 or 3 restaurants require reservation. We loved the pools, the clean beach and the friendly staff. It's a great place to stay with children, there is a nice playground and the pools are fun. It felt very safe and even though it's a big hotel our kids quickly figured out where to get ice cream and hot dogs by themselves. The food is ok. There are plenty of options and we found something we liked for every meal. Line ups can be very long at peak times but we figured out quickly when to go for meals so there was no waiting.

me encanto el hotel, la comida es buena y con muchas opciones , el trató es atentó y cordial, excelente ubicación y playa ideal para familias con niños pequeños. el único inconveniente que tuve es que reserve en grand palm oasis y en recepción me redirigieron al hotel senses que esta al lado, por lo que tuve que caminar con maletas y familiares de tercera edad al otro lobby.

Staff were friendly. The resort location was very nice. The beach was quiet, calm and very nice. We liked the hammocks in the water. We also enjoyed the lounge chairs in the pool. The pool was as also very nice. We enjoyed the restaurants. You have to reserve on the hotel app same day or before and it was well worth it. We also liked the free pirate boat road. This is a nice play to stay with family with small children.

I liked how they have lots of kid activities it’s great for family fun especially the beach calm ,beautiful just great for kids of all ages. Disliked all restaurants it’s a big lie you can reserve and eat in them the only two restaurants you can eat from are the buffet ones which are Hacienda which food was horrible and Palms which i would rate 5 out of 10 all others will have a surcharge which is ridiculous price for an all-inclusive Hotel

Food was not good. I am not a picky eater. I understand that it is not a 5 star hotel. But!! Usually you can find at least some safe choices like pasta or chicken and salad But even pasta and bread were not great. Overcooked. Big variety, but nothing tasted great by some reason. Special dining restaurants were better, but also nothing outstanding. Not easy to make reservation. But we did try 3. Los Agaves was our favorite (service was great here) Makitaco was also pretty good. Room was ok. They cleaned every day. But toilet kept on breaking The biggest issue for me was that in a huge 2 meter deep pool there was only one lifeguard. He was also not always paying attention. Although he did save someone at some point. I liked that they had a coffee shop. And there was no issue finding a seat at the beach. Seaweed at the beach was cleaned only once during our stay.

Unfortunately, our experience at Grand Oasis Palm Cancun was disappointing. The elevators rarely worked properly, often requiring long waits or using the stairs. The hotel interior, the levators and room corridors were uncomfortably warm, with poor ventilation and no air circulation. At the beach, there were long lines for both food and drinks, making it hard to enjoy the experience. The room was very outdated and poorly maintained, and the bathroom was in even worse condition, showing signs of wear and lack of upkeep. The beach in front of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, with warm and Cristal water, but the hotel infrastructure and service need significant improvement.

I feel the food was over promised as the top 3 restaurants are for SENS VIP only. The a la carte restaurants all resemble typical north american buffet type food. The elevator is like a 3 person max so mpst of the time using the stairs. The overall idea this is a 4 star is way over inflated. At best 2.5 3 star property in comparison to the grand oasis at the other locatipn in town. The grand oasis palm and sens definitely is not worth the cost. I would recommend looking at other properties.

Very limited on dining. Need to make a reservation every morning by 8am in order to get some type of reservation. Being on vacation you should not have to wake up so early for this. Foods is not even worth waking up to make a reservation. Staying at an all inclusive resort you should not have to make a reservation for something that is included. To then get charged per person if you don’t make your reservation. Need more bars and entertainment.

There was nothing I liked about this resort. Personal and staff were rude, food such as fruits were not fresh and fried food looked and tasted nasty. My family and I were not able to reserve any restaurants to eat in the evening because everything was booked 48 hours prior, so we never had a chance to try them. When I ask about this to the reception they told me nothing could be done. Lines for the buffet around 10pm were extremely long and we waited for over an hour. This was the WORST resort I had stay in my lifetime of traveling. I would NOT RECOMMEND this resort to anyone. Please stay away from booking here is you wish to enjoy your stay in Cancun

For the restaurants you do have to book to most to be able to eat and they close early, wish I knew the first day because we starved since we couldn’t get to any lol. But they are really good loved the food, the drinks was REALLY limited wish there was more options but over all we enjoyed our stay!

The app to book the reservations wasn’t working properly or the restaurant was booked for the night. So we had to settle for having dinner at the buffet. The food was not good or at times stale. Or they would run out of food. The staff was helpful rooms were clean. But overall I would not stay there again. Very disappointed.
