Although i spoke to the Hotel prior to our visit regarding arriving early prior to check in, and leaving my car there, at no time did anybody or info, inform me that it would cost an extra £10 ontop of the existing £20 charge for car parking. Yo me this is blatent profiteering and shouls nor happen.

The Hampton by Hilton in Park Royal has very good interior decorations, bar area, lounge area, and the rooms themselves are very modern and luxurious. My only issue with the hotel was the parking situation, I don't mind the fee of £20 per night to park, however I don't agree with the 'First Come, First Served' mentality that is in place for the parking. I would rather you could pre-book a parking space. This criticism isn't about me being upset about the fact I didn't get a space, however there was quick way for me to confirm whether I could park in the hotel or if I had to park elsewhere before setting off to come to the hotel. If you could pre-book the parking online, and then subsequently have a notice online that states 'Are parking is currently full, you will have to look elsewhere' would've saved me a lot of time and allowed me to stay in the hotel longer as I had to leave early to move my car.

The staff were friendly and welcoming! We asked if we could store our luggage for the day as we were not leaving until 8 and wanted to spend the day in Harrods, the reception said absolutely! It was 5 minutes walk to the tube station and we had a great day! We will definitely be coming back!

This hotel felt like home (USA). The complimentary breakfast was amazing, a lot of options. This hotel has a lot of amenities, including gym, restaurant, bar. I enjoyed the size of the lobby downstairs and how there was ample space for people to sit and hang out. The showed the FA cup final here. Staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel rooms were nice, two metros stations within 10 min walk. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Reasonable price. Very clean and tidy room. All USB plugs work (I’ve never found this works at other hotels). Simple but good enough breakfast. Very close to the tube station. Hotel parking available as well. Highly recommended.

The rooms are very small, when we got there the sofa bed was already laid out. When we put it back to a sofa for more space in the room the mess underneath was disgusting. There was so much dirt and dust. Doubt it’s been cleaned under there recently. The rooms were okay, very small if you’re having 3 to a room. Tube station across the road and a few options for food around the hotel. When we checked in the receptionist barely spoke to us only to ask for payment, nothing mentioned about the free breakfast included in the price. We had to ask to make sure it was included. The breakfast was okay, good selection of food. However, the hashbrowns were either too hard or like cardboard. Not sure how much this hotel usually costs as we went for Taylor Swift but I would definitely not pay the price it cost again to stay here.

Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and peeling paint. Graffiti on the image in the bathroom. Gouge in the wall in the bedroom. Restaurant was very slow for a microwaved meal that was served cold with no apology when asked where my order was up to after 30 minutes (food arrived after 40)

Bright and modern, clean and comfortable rooms with all modern furniture, comfortable beds and pillows. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. There area w shops close by and a retail park 10mins walk with a cinema and food outlets. Stayed for two nights for concert at Wembley and found the tube fast and convenient , direct train into central London and only one change to Wembley and the tube station is only a minute walk from hotel.Will not hesitate to book again when visitors London.

I have stayed at this hotel before and it's been good. However on this occasion we were given a room with a locked connecting door to the adjacent room. A connecting door has very poor noise insulation. And unfortunately there was a screaming baby throughout the night. Obviously not the baby's fault bit it was like being in the same room due to the connecting door. Around half past midnight we did go to reception to see whether we could change rooms but there was no one on reception. We decided to tough it out but with broken sleep due to the noise. I wouldn't accept a room with a connecting door ever again. Not sure why they gave a person with a baby a room with a connecting door anyway due to the potential of a baby wkimg during the night and crying.

We can't say enough about the staff. We went straight there from the airport, before guests from the night before had even finished breakfast, hoping to just drop off our bags, and instead we were able to check in immediately! That extra shower before hitting the town was a life-saver. When we got back that afternoon, we discovered that the AC wasn't functioning, and another manager relocated us to a room with functioning AC. The rooms are small but sufficient, and the proximity to an Underground station is so convenient.

Really handy for tube, less than 100m from the station. On arrival was a little worried about the traffic noise but once inside the hotel the glazing was excellent and you couldn't hear the traffic. Lovely reception area with friendly staff and modern dining area. Breakfast choice was great in the morning. Room was very spacious and the bed was the largest hotel bed we've slept in for many years. As with all modern chain hotels furniture was minimalistic and functional. Room was immaculately clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone overnighting to attend events etc..

Great location, less than 5 minute walk from the tube. The room was clean, modern and to a very good standard, reception/restaurant/bar area also modern and nicely decorated. Our room was quite noisy though, we were right at the end of a corridor and there was a cupboard opposite our room which I assume had a boiler or similar inside that was on constantly through the night, there was also quite a bit of noise from the busy road next to the hotel. Breakfast was ok, bacon and sausages were overcooked all 3 mornings, but waffle machine was a winner.

Sadly we paid for 3 peopl So 1 double 1 pull out bed! which sadly ment you didn't have much space to walk around and get ready for our evening out. No table with mirror to do your makeup and hair! Pull out bed very uncomfortable ended up putting it back to a side seating area and tried to sleep on that. Sadly won't be going their again!

Was a little worried from the outside but on stepping in to the hotel our worries were gone. A lovely welcome and good services when we asked about taxis etc. Totally let down during the night when our sleep was completely disturbed by very noisey and rude room next door. We phoned down to reception for a period of 2hrs and not once was the phone answered. A huge worry for someone who was in serious danger! Despite a completely naff sleep we can not fault the rooms, hotel and breakfast was great too.

We arrived at 4:20 room wasnt ready and should have been from 3pm. Had to wait until 5pm. We went to the room card worked and the room was full of other peoples belongings. Were given another room which was ok but the beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom did not have a working lock on it and there was what looked like blood on the bathroom shelf. Staff were quite rude and abrupt and brushed off our complaints.

Was really looking forward to my stay based on the reviews however it did not match my expectations. Room 316 smelt like faeces upon entering, room appeared very clean however smell was a no. The reception staff were very accommodating and room 311 was much better, clean, spacious and smelt fresh. Breakfast had a wide variety, pain au chocolat were tasty. Shame about the scrambled egg, wet and bland. The most disappointing experience was whilst I was filling up my water bottle... I watched a member of staff (tall man) drop a customers food twice on the floor and put back on the floor before walking out the kitchen to serve. I was in utter shock and now wished I had said something to him at that moment. I did let the lady at reception know who looked absolutely mortified. For the price I paid and my experience overall I wouldn't stay again

The location was great that it’s near the train station but bad next to highway. The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. The one thing I didn’t like was no insulation - we could hear everything in the hallway, including I think sounded like someone bouncing a ball for half an hour the first night we were there. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel for ease of commute to other places. It took us 40 mins to Big Ben, got out of the tube right by it.

This was my second stay so definitely a positive. I love the contemporary decor in the common areas and the friendly staff at the reception. My room was neat with prompt daily housekeeping. I didn’t like the location which was right beside a motorway and the difficult access to the entrance. car Parking is a chore, but then this is London.

This is a good alternative to the more expensive hotels closer to the main attractions, but you will be 40 minutes away by tube, which is a 1min walk from the lobby, quite convenient. Not a deal breaker, but plan ahead. The 24/7 menu available at the lobby is surprisingly good. It is a modern hotel with all the relevant functional amenities of modern life and the included breakfast also does the job as usual with the Hampton chain.

I liked that breakfast was included, but the company needs to change up the menu a little instead of serving the same thing everyday. The facility is very clean, tidy and organized. The floor in the shower gets very slippery causing me to fall one evening. The dinner was not that great. They served salmon and did not include a slice of lemon to squeeze on it.

A good experience all round, let down by a poor standard evening meal (sirloin steak dinner) - what you would expect in a cafe really! Room was excellent, staff friendly. Car parking is good and reasonable at £20 per night. Don’t ask about the beers - Flattest pint ever at £7.15 per pint, you could do with some gas in it.
