At this location there are three differently-branded hotels owned by the same corporation, stacked in a row, next to the freeway. This one is slightly cheaper and has a full kitchen, which the others don't. The others have a free breakfast, but I'd rather save the money and buy something from a local shop. There is a little marketplace off the lobby if you really don't want to leave the property. Outdoor grill area is a nice touch that guests were using. The room had everything you could want at a reasonable price. Tip: bring an HDMI cable and you can connect your computer to the large TV for streaming. Staff was lovely. I'd like to see them add EV charging as an amenity. There's not much happening at this location, but if you need a hotel at this spot, it's a good value and pleasant experience.

The location was convenient. No maintenance person was on staff on Saturday. Pool water was freezing cold. Staff members were nice. There was not a cleaning service provided. Beds were comfortable. All in all, it was a good experience. It seems like there could be better communication with guests.

The staff was genuinely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. We also loved the pantry area with food available for purchase, and the fresh-ground coffee offered each morning was a real highlight. Having a full-size refrigerator with actual glassware in the room was another great touch and made our stay more comfortable. Unfortunately, a few issues affected our experience. Our tub didn’t drain properly, and the stopper wouldn’t stay open unless I wedged a washcloth under it. We also never had hot water; it only ever reached a lukewarm temperature for our entire stay. This was especially disappointing because we did a lot of hiking and were really hoping to relax with hot showers. Although the staff kept reassuring us that we just needed to let the water run, and later mentioned that the water heaters had been replaced and should be working, it never improved. Additionally, the blackout curtains in our room didn’t close at all—as if they weren’t designed to—and since our room faced a parking lot with bright streetlights, it made the nights less restful. Overall, the staff and amenities had some real bright spots, but the maintenance issues made the stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

Cons: no entry canopy ( it was raining when we arrived and I got soaked taking out luggage). Unpredictable water temp ( too often the water was barely warm). We liked the place but there were a bunch of low class, loud, foul-mouthed, rowdy people in the pool that splashed and jumped into my 7 year old daughter and neither the kids nor the parents cared or apologized. The hotel is nice, but if people like that can afford it, I need to spend a little more next time…

The room was great. I enjoyed having a mini kitchen that was stocked with everything I needed to cook with. It was like having my own little apartment to myself. It was quiet. The staff was friendly. They had games and additional kitchen items you could check out to use.

very noisy. was awakened 3X late that night and agin in the morning. I felt like the upstairs ro was gonna come thru the ceiling. worse was getting up to shower and there was no hot water - had a very important meeting that morning. Informed the front desk employee and she basically brushed it off as nothing. Some sort of offer for compensation would have been nice. Paid $134/for the night and it was definitely not worth the money. Very disappointed 😞 and angry 😠

Air conditioner did not work for two days! Room stayed 77 degrees the entire stay. Told the front desk but she said it was because the thermostat didnt have batteries. No offer to compensate me for the horrible inconvenience. I absolutely did not sleep the second night due to the heat

I showed up and had no room available for me. The girl at the front desk had an attitude with me and on her cellphone the whole time like it was my fault. Threw the paper at me to sign when they finally gave me a different room that I didn’t book. Never again.

Our stay was so relaxing and restful. First, Kayla at the front desk was so personable. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was 5 stars, and we loved the fact that there was no dog scents or dogs on the premises. And, DeWayne at the front desk was very obliguing!

The people there was fabulous so sweet very upbeat and nice folks. My only issues were: Sidewalks (like I hope you guys got your money back) were terrible beat up the wheels on my suitcase No breakfast!?! At a IHG hotel. I mainly stay at those for the breakfast Hot water didn’t get hot really. Dishes in the dishwasher… But pretty clean so good job there for sure and great employees.

The staff was genuinely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. We also loved the pantry area with food available for purchase, and the fresh-ground coffee offered each morning was a real highlight. Having a full-size refrigerator with actual glassware in the room was another great touch and made our stay more comfortable. Unfortunately, a few issues affected our experience. Our tub didn’t drain properly, and the stopper wouldn’t stay open unless I wedged a washcloth under it. We also never had hot water; it only ever reached a lukewarm temperature for our entire stay. This was especially disappointing because we did a lot of hiking and were really hoping to relax with hot showers. Although the staff kept reassuring us that we just needed to let the water run, and later mentioned that the water heaters had been replaced and should be working, it never improved. Additionally, the blackout curtains in our room didn’t close at all—as if they weren’t designed to—and since our room faced a parking lot with bright streetlights, it made the nights less restful. Overall, the staff and amenities had some real bright spots, but the maintenance issues made the stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

Cons: no entry canopy ( it was raining when we arrived and I got soaked taking out luggage). Unpredictable water temp ( too often the water was barely warm). We would stay here again but it would be great if there was a canopy and reliable hot water

I knew they didn’t provide breakfast because of the “kitchen” in each suite. However, I failed to read that they only provide service to the room once per week. Therefore, we had to go to the desk for towels every day. The drain in our shower was super slow, so we were standing in water at the end of our showers. And we had one centipede type critter crawling across our floor. If you enjoy fixing your own food and fetching your own clean towels while on vacation, this might be a great place for you.

This is a suites hotel which caters more to extended stays. Hence, no complimentary breakfast. There wasn’t much hot water for the shower… too lukewarm for me. But the bed was comfortable and I slept well. If I stayed longer and bought groceries I would have liked it better. Nice place, just bring uour own breakfast at least!
