The room was nice and clean. Very comfortable. Everything was pretty much what you would expect and we would stay here again. The pool was horrible had strong chlorine smell that it gave me a headache and the pool was extremely dirty/cloudy I did not get in like I intended.

We stayed 3 days at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. It was a convenient location to all of the fun we had planned. The breakfast was delicious and had many choices. The staff was very kind and helpful. We liked the gym and its options. I think the pool had been getting a lot of use and it would have been nice if it was a little cleaner, but overall this was a great place for us and we would definitely return!

Overall, the property was fine. Did not realize the hotel was pet friendly and my husband did notice some dog smell on the beds but I didn’t. We stayed 2 nights and on my last night, over 5 trucks were broken into and windows were busted.

We were very impressed with the room we got for the night. For the price we paid, we felt the kitchen area was such a bonus. The pool was cloudy and the smell was extremely strong, but the kids enjoyed swimming indoors. A huge shoutout to Ray (from breakfast) he was hospitable and so friendly. He did not hesitate to help my son make a waffle when I was helping my other son. That kind of service is remembered. Thank you.

This is a nice stay for a family. Breakfast, while busy (spring break week) was always well stocked. Staff was friendly. My two complaints are that the pool was pretty gross- murky water, clumps of hair on pool deck, and enough chlorine fumes to burn your eyes sitting there. Other complaint was loud neighbors whose behavior was addressed after hours, but not fully enforced and thus kept me and 2 of my children up until 2 am. I get that isn’t the hotels fault, just saying it wasn’t fully addressed.

We liked the property and the way we were welcomed. We were so disappointed at Bo housekeeping after our first nights stay. The kids were disappointed to find fun foosball tables but were told no balls we’re available to play.

Older gentlemen at the desk wasnt the most pleasant person. That's nothing compared to the vehicle breakins that occurred during the evening where several trucks had smashed windows. Unless you hire night security to patrol the lots during the evening hours, we will take business elsewhere.

The housekeeping service is horrible. In five nights they didn’t clean our room. We had to go to the front desk in several occasions to request them to take out the trash of our room. The shower was dirty.

Bathroom n room was very clean . Kitchen area was clean and had dishes, bowls n silverware. Cups n glasses too. Had a coffee maker n microwave. Great size TV with built in apps. Shower was walk in which was nice.Air conditioner worked great. Lots of drawers n storage. Curtain between beds n couch was a good idea. My used it because he stayed up later than me watching tv. We all decided this will be our go to hotel on our next SA visit. Breakfast was a nice surprise how much there was to choose from. Something for everyone.

Wedding party on the floor above us, woke my entire family up then continued to be pound even after called down to the front desk. Then awoken by same group in the morning. I understand not the hotels fault but after hours should be quiet and controlled

The hotel overall was okay, nothing too spectacular. The room had a stench to it that resembled a nursing home. The hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t get switched. Probably the turn around from the guest prior to us arriving must have been too short for them to thoroughly air the room out and freshen the air. The food in general was ok, however, they were short staffed and it was just one lady doing the cleaning and bringing out meals. By the time we and several other guests came down around 8:30, everything was gone because she was the only one so we had to wait till she stocked before getting food which wasn’t bad however the hotel management should have better prepared the staff for a full hotel that weekend by increasing staff on ground. However she served us with a smile and did not have the aura of irritation. Overall, the hotel is alright if you’re looking for a quick stop to relax before continuing on your journey.

I thought the staff and the room was perfect. I loved the suite with the kitchen and definitely loved the full breakfast that they served. The bathroom needs updating. The shower was horrible - no water pressure and the shower head was so old that I couldn\'t even get the soap out of my hair. However, my biggest issues are stating "pet friendly". First there was not an adequate area to walk the animals. here was only a very small strip to walk the dogs which caused issues getting the animal to do his business. Second, I got a complaint about barking the first day which caused me to miss the opening for my Grandson\'s graduation from Air Force Training as I had to sit in the hotel with the dogs to keep them quite. I was on the 2nd floor and there was a mix of pet owners, but mostly families with children running through the halls which caused the barking. I would like to make a suggestion. Why not make one floor that would be pet friendly so not to upset the pets with the unnecessary noise of children running up and down the halls and banging on walls. This way only pet owner who understand how the running and banging can cause the pets to get upset and bark wont have anything to complain about.

For the price I suppose the hotel is adequate. The staff was very friendly. The room was generally clean, there was a slight musky smell when we first checked in but luckily we had some some Febreeze that helped mask that. The bed mattress was on the hard side. There was a roll out table you could use for eating meals but it was way too wobbly and unsafe to use. The water pressure in the shower was really low and the water pooled at one end of the shower floor because it was uneven and wouldn't run towards the drain. The snacks in the lobby commissary were very expensive which was a real bummer. The hotel itself is clean and has a lot of conveniences, but all the little things kinda add up.

1st it took almost 3 hours to check us in, i know the guy was having touble with the system, but he refused to answer the phone for expedia so they couldve put us in a different hotel. I needed to get to bed to be up for my sons boot camp graduation. The room smelled funny, tv didnt work, remote was also broken, shampoo and soap were empty, shower doors were all messed up, wifi was down, and we got 2 double beds instead of queens like we paid for. I was exhausted the following day and could barely keep my eyes open at the graduation. I picked this hotel because we stayed in 1 in SC and liked it, this was disappointing and very frustrating.

While the common area and rooms were nice enough, the amenities are deceiving. I booked 2 rooms and then there was a third booked by someone else in the party. None of the TVs worked the whole time we were there in 2 rooms and the third room was finally made operational the last night.. In 1 room the shower door wouldn't stay closedand in another the toilet seat was off the hinges. The location is fine but be prepared to have to do a Uturn whenever you leave since the entrance isin between weird intersections.

I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this location! Firstly, the staff here are super friendly! Especially Ray who helped check us in and asked how we were doing everyday when we passed him in the lobby. We were in town for my son’s graduation and the hotel is only about 15 minutes from the base. The hotel has several shops and restaurants nearby.

Before I check in I called so to check if I could check in early, the lady I spoke with said yes I could check in at 2. When I arrived at the location I arrived at 2:45 and try to check in the desk staff said I couldn’t check in and had to wait up to 30 minutes, I mentioned to her that I had called and requested for an early check in and they said yes. She rudely responded and said no, so I said I wanted to speak with the manager, she made me wait 10 minutes to just let me know she had my room ready.

Negatives: We had trouble with our key Cards not working here and there. They advertise they have beer and wine, but they didn’t have any the four days we were there. It’s not really close enough to anything to walk to a restaurant. Positives: quiet, clean, rooms were great! We came down for a BMT graduation for my nephew. We were up early out of the hotel by 5:30 and gone most of the day, but it was quiet at night when we had to go to sleep and get up early again in the morning. Staff was pleasant. The last day we were able to enjoy breakfast because we were flying out and had nowhere to go early. Breakfast was nice. The coffee was always good

My concern is that although breakfast was advertised until 10:00 a.m., by 9:30 there was no bread, cream cheese, cheese, coffee, pancakes, or other items left. The staff had already stopped refilling and seemed more focused on cleaning than attending to guests. I understand they need time to prepare the area, but if the published schedule says breakfast is available until 10:00, at the very least the basics should remain available until that time.

We loved our stay here! Great breakfast, clean large room, and heated swimming pool. My only dislike was the fact that they don’t tell you breakfast is served in both sides of the lobby. The side you can see from the door isn’t the cereal and waffles and they don’t tell you that. I was telling people right and left. I even heard a woman behind the desk ask the man behind the desk if he thought the line on one side would be that long if they knew about the other side and he laughed and said no. So, if you stay here breakfast is served both both sides of the lobby and it’s really good!

The facility was good, clean, perfect location for Sea World. The only downfall is that breakfast is ALWAYS finishing and “apparently “ the food isn’t restocked. They only serve a certain amount of food and if it finishes before breakfast hours then they WONT restock it. Poor customer service for breakfast. Everything else was great!

Breakfast horrible. Frozen eggs, raw sausage, no butter for 2 days, pancake machine making raw items however they were quick to repair. Coffee ran out quite a few times or was cold. Room was great. Main kitchen lady was great. Pool area needs non slip added. Both grand kids slipped and fell. Noise reduction between floors. You could hear every walking step above you. This was our first visit here. Unsure if we would return of not. But most likely would give a second chance.
