The overall stay was ok. None of the ice machines were working. The hand towel in the bathroom had tiny hairs on it when we got there. (I am hoping they were facial hairs). Pool is tiny and not heated. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:00. Microwave and fridge were wired to turn off when you turned the light off, we thought that was very strange. One of our friends rooms lost power too. Overall ok. Would I stay again? No, I would look for other options. At $239 a night, I expected better!

W didn’t like that the elevator did not work one was broken, and I saw a review that this was broken for the last couple of months. There was only one elevated to use housekeeping use that elevator as well as the gas so I had to wait on the elevator to get up and down when housekeeping was cleaning and they loaded up their carts on that one elevator that was in use. I was going to stay an additional night but they wanted $240 for one additional night with the use of only one elevator. Also, I didn’t like the idea that the pool close at 8 PM you had no time to really get in the pool it open at 10 am and close at 8 PM. The time should be switch open at 8 AM and close at 10 PM. That’s better hours for a pool.

Wonderful stay. Hotel is less than 5 years old. Clean and like new. Staff was helpful and friendly. Suite was beautiful, clean and spacious for a family of 4. AC was just right and beds were comfy. Pool and gym were also great. Breakfast had many options. Would have stayed longer if I could have!

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Only down side was the water pressure...very weak both in the sink and especially the shower, and I think only one elevator was operable...staff very nice and friendly, breakfast was good as well.

You need to get the second elevator fixed. You need better pillows. They are to thin. I sleep on better at home. Why are the pool hours only from 10:30 to 8? Why do you not have a 24 hour water and coffee bar available? I had stayed in 2 other Fairfield properties and received these perks as well as cookies never seen this there. That is the reason I picked Fairfield for this. The shower needs to be checked. The water came out of the faucet as well as the shower head. Staff was pleasant at check in.

Well upon check in I was greeted by a great staff member. The building hallways and stairwells reeked of marijuana. A fellow customer was in the process of attempting to move floors again while I was checking in. The front desk swore no one had complained. One elevator was down and out of service so we opted for the stairs and that is when the marijuana smell hit us like a brick wall. I will say the smell generally stayed in the hallways and the stairwells and did not thankfully come into our room. The HVAC unit was extremely noisy and was rattling through the night and the paper. Thin walls had us listening to our neighboring room TVs until midnight.

Overall it's not the worst property you can stay at but it wasn't really great either. We understand that we stayed on a holiday weekend but during our 4-night stay we didn't once get cleaning service and had to ask the front desk for towels and toiletries etc. The room was also littered with beetle lady bugs, they didn't bother us but it's not really something you want to see in your hotel room. The pillows were flat and they didn't have extra to spare (we understand this being a holiday weekend). Again, it wasn't the worst, it just also wasn't the best and we won't be going back.

The hotel appears to have been recently updated with new carpet and updated furniture. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned and prepared. Fingerprints and spills on the furniture, the bathroom floor was dirty and had urine behind the toilet, the stream of water from the bathroom faucet was just above a trickle, and the deadbolt on the room door malfunctioned, making it difficult to close the door. Very disappointing for a Marriott property. The good news is that the staff was courteous and the breakfast was as expected.

I travel year round as Expedia knows very well based on thousands of dollars of stays this was by far the worst experience after 12 hrs driving I got to the hotel got keys went to room 416 and found door 🚪 open and beds completely undone blankets on the floor had to sleep in top of the bed with my cloths on

Compared to other Marriott Hotels, this place was sub-par. The weather stripping was coming off the door, the water barely came out of the sink faucet, not even enough to wet a toothbrush. The soap bottle attached to the wall in the shower came off and fell on my foot-painful! The conditioner bottle had already fallen off the wall and was sitting on a shelf in the shower! When I reported this to the front desk, she said all the rooms are like that-totally a problem that should be able to be fixed, it's unexceptable!! The bed reading lights didn't work. We reported it to the front desk and they offered us another room but when we went there, those didn't work either so they said there was nothing else they could do about it. The elevators were super slow. The booth tables in the breakfast eating area were unable to get your legs under because the legs of the table were slanted towards the booth seats and couldn't be moved.

Needed extra towels and bedding because no bedding was provided for pull out sofa which was all springs and very uncomfortable and the mattress was extremely stained. Upon requesting extra towels and bedding and pillows I was told I had to go to the front desk to get myself. No pillows were available anyway so had nothing for the sofa bed. Requested toiletries that were either unavailable or not provided. No water coffee tea available in lobby other than breakfast time. No vending machines only extremely overpriced provisions in lobby. Service was friendly but that was the only positive. Otherwise paid an expensive price that I could have probably had a much better experience for somewhere else. We had friendly greetings as soon as we arrived. The staff was attentive and always helpful with any requests we had. The room was spacious. The beds could have been more comfortable and someone left coffee in one of the desk drawers.

Clean but beds were not queen but double. Pillows flattened quickly. Bathroom toiletries in big family size bottles without being locked in wall to prevent tampering so no use. Brought my own. Very small bath mat. Very low tub so if you are person wanting a bath it would take a lift to get you out. Husband didn’t sleep at all which kept me up with his tossing and turning.

Rather dissatisfied with the bed, it was like sleeping in a bowl. Also the tv and remote were very difficult to use, very slow to find any channel. For $270 a night, it was NOT worth the price. We've stayed nicer properties for half the price. We will not be booking at any Fairfeild Inn in the future

We stayed here one night on our way down south. The room was really spacious! Much bigger than I expected. Everything was clean. Family of 5 with 2 adults and kids ages 10-17. I slept on the pull out couch with my 10 year old. It was ok for her but not very comfortable for me. Although, after staying at multiple hotels with pull out couches it seems in general they are not very comfortable. Overall, good hotel! We would definitely stay here again as a mid way point in our travels.

This was a very terrible experience. We were in Room 328. First, the bathroom door wouldn't close, but that isn't the reason for this review. The HVAC was loud. It wasn't so noticeable until we went to bed and then the fan woke us up roaring like a jet engine. I tried to change settings and it seemed better for a while, but woke us up again at 1AM. I asked if my wife and I could leave my our belongings until the next morning, but she was insistent that we gather everything and move it to the new room. Finally, we got settled in our new room, but it wasn't easy to fall asleep after the exchange and having to gather and move everything. Due to that, we woke up late and the breakfast was being removed. I will never stay at this place again. I was hoping for some compensation, but since I went through a third party, all I got was an "I'm sorry" by the morning desk attendant.

Desk staff, especially the young man that checked us in was fantastic, helpful and provided an excellent dinner recommendation when asked. Breakfast ENDS at 9:00am which is way to early for a hotel which caters to travelers.

From 3 days prior to,the very arrival, and departure from Fairfield Inn and Suites was exceptional! Mrs. Vanessa was so helpful and full of smiles! I don’t recall the other 2 front desk personnel, but the same courteous smile and greetings were superb! The room was spacious and comfortable. I will be coming back to Fairfield Inn and Suites all the time!!!!!

We were not happy about the service from the front desk. Internet never worked. The pullout sofa did not have sheets so the front desk lady who was nowhere to be seen for a while not answering the phone had to change us to another room only to find that the other room did not have sheets either. She had to go find the sheets herself which did not do in the first place when i told her and she replied that housekeeping was not there. Elevator was not working. Breakfast was good. The property needs very little maintenance but the hotel was not ready for 4th of july weekend.

I was ok with the room & it being very convenient to where my boys had to be for their basketball tournament, however one of the staff members was very rude & very inappropriate. Marriott really needs to screen the employees a little better before hiring them. If you have good teenage kids, I recommend not staying there!!! She doesn't like young adults. I was traveling with 3 17 year olds & 2 18 year olds that she treated like criminals!! The one thing u don't di is mess with peoples kids & think you'll get a pass!! Absolutely NOT!

Extremely disappointed. Had a reservation, arrived and hotel was overbooked so they had given away our room (arrived 10pm). Reserved 2 queen beds and gave us 1 king bed. Half of us slept on the floor and they had no extra blankets or pillows for us. Also could not figure out how to adjust the pricing for the room we paid for vs the room we were given, which was significantly less money. So I paid nearly $350 to reserve a room which was given to someone else and instead be given a room where we needed to sleep on the floor.

Easy to find, near several restaurants, lots of parking. Breakfast was very limited. No cream cheese for the bagels, coffee was terrible and no butter for muffins (just some cheap butter spread). Also 6 toppings for the instant oatmeal --? At least get real oatmeal.

Room was well kept, updated and did not smell. Shanika the breakfast helper was very entertaining, friendly and helpful. All front desk staff were excellent, greeting me each time with a smile.

Wonderful stay. Hotel is less than 5 years old. Clean and like new. Staff was helpful and friendly. Suite was beautiful, clean and spacious for a family of 4. AC was just right and beds were comfy. Pool and gym were also great. Breakfast had many options. Would have stayed longer if I could have!

We choose this hotel because the room space and breakfast since we have kids it helps the cost for us to travel. We got a suite it only came with 3 towels to shower. For breakfast they don’t refill anything so once it’s gone it’s gone… then the one thing the kids could make and eat waffles… the waffle maker was apparently broken. Breakfast was horrible, we ended up going to buy breakfast which sucks for the cost we paid to stay at this specific hotel. The pool is extremely small and echos loud it’s not enjoyable at all.
