room is fine, no closet. No pool or jacuzzi. Close to airport but not an area I would walk much around. Breakfast is only amenity and it's blah. I loathe valet only hotels, especially if it's just a plain hotel with no real amenities.

We had a nice up to date room, very clean. There was a nice pool table in the lobby. ALL 5 hand sanitizers in the lobby were empty at night and in the morning. :-( The continental breakfast was okay, except for putting out green bananas (not ripe)….and no coffee cups (i had to go in cabinet and pull out a sleeve and stock the cups and covers!) It was a good price for one night before my cruise! I will stay here again.

Valet parking ONLY for $15. or you can pay to park in a crappy garage with trash and homeless/ druggies. Did not read like that on the website when I booked… Homeless guy sits all day on bench at valet/entrance/smoking area. Saw at least 2 homeless people come in and grab breakfast from guest breakfast 2 times. Room is not what I would expect at all for a hilton. fridge sucks, no microwave. Room is basically empty. Key stopped working after 1 night and had to go get a new 1. I guess it happens but had a day and just wanted to get to my room. Service was fine I guess but overall I have would never ever stay there again.

The shuttle service from airport was horrible! We waited forever and then were finally informed they only come every HOUR! One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the shuttle service. They need to do better

I don’t like that you are required to valet park. You pay $15 a day for someone to park your car right where you would at any other hotel. Upon checking in I noticed how dirty the halls were, stains everywhere and needed to be vacuumed. Even the shower in our room was nasty. Once we got to our room we noticed bugs (cockroaches) 3 different times before requesting a room change. There’s only one rolling chair in each room and a bed. Very empty, definitely needed more chairs. The breakfast was decent. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was very clean and featured updated amenities. Check-in was smooth, and the associate who assisted us was extremely friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the view from our room. Additionally, the area felt safe—we were comfortable walking to the nearby gas station for energy drinks.

The first room was dirty and smelled like a dog was in it along with a sewage smell. The second room had hair all over the bathroom and housekeeping did not clean the room upon my request. Me and my daughter ended cleaning the room ourselves. The water was cold/luke warm when we took our shower. This was the worst hotel experience!

Amazing!! The lobby and rooms are both superbly clean and quiet, the front desk employees are very kind, I was able to check in early + check out late and even add a extra (due to flight cancellation) which was amazing. Our room was clean and we really enjoyed having such a nice place to nap and shower. Free airport shuttle took us to the airport. I recommend staying here, 100%

Our room had bed bugs. Spoke to the front desk about it, and shared photos. They said they would reach out to me about it and never did. Apparently they don’t care about their customers. We itched for days and had to isolate our clothes. It ruined part of our vacation. I do not recommend staying here.

The room was in good condition. Bed was comfortable. There were many plugs available, enough for all my charging needs. The bedside light and the lights on top of bed were all controlled by one switch. So you were either having very bright lights shining in your eyes while in bed, or no light at all. The other light on the desk had switch problem. The air conditioning was going on and off automatically. When it was on, it was too cold. When it was off, it was too warm. The hotel is located near major road and highway. At night it was noisy with traffic. Location of the hotel is good because it is close to FLL airport and Port Everglades. Not good because it is not an interesting area to walk around. Not walkable to the beach. Many reviews said the nearby restaurant The Fish Grill was good. In my opinion, they were just Ok. The shuttle from the FLL airport to the hotel is free. But be prepared to stand and wait outdoor in a crowded bus stop area for a long time. The receptionists were friendly but always busy so check in and check out can be long.

The beds were super uncomfortable and only had 3 pillows. 2 small and 1 big, all of which were flat. AC didnt work in our first room so we were moved to another room. The AC was better but still stayed at 73 and never reached desired temperature.

Dirty lobby area & they canceled my reservation that I had booked months prior to the stay, without me knowing about it until we arrived to check in just after midnight! They told the next person the SAME thing & shuttled us across the street the their ‘sister hotel’. Just wild!

Breakfast was good and the staff super friendly, they did what they could to get us checked in early as they were dealing with a very chaotic lobby of others trying to check-in early after coming off their cruise ships. Overall it was a good stay, we ended up needing to stay an additional night and moved over to the Wyndham across the street (their sister hotel) due to the addition of a restaurant, laundry facilities, and a pool for the same price as this hotel. The rooms are very minimally stocked which makes sense for an airport style hotel.

Extremely noisy air conditioner in room. Called the front desk for engineering and they never came. Stayed one night to go to the airport and had no sleep. We spoke to the manager, Eduardo and he said he'd get back to me to compensate. He never did. Ill go to another hotel next time. No accountability here.

We signed up for the airport shuttle the day before on the iPad like instructed. The next day there was some sort of police matter going on Ana someone getting kicked out of the hotel when I asked about the airport shuttle I was told they come inside to get us well after waiting 2 hours we were told it picks up outside the driver pulled up and was not very nice and was like next shuttle in 50 minutes so we just took an uber. I would not stay here again people were not very friendly

Had to wait for front desk to check us in as no one was at the desk (there was a note). After getting unloaded, showered and into bed, only to discover that the foot area under the covers was loaded with sand. The bed obviously hadnt been changed after the last guest and they had been at the beach. When notifying the front desk, they did apologize and switch us into another room. When I went down to get the new keys, I had to go look for the front desk clerk and he was playing pool with other hotel staff. The new room was cleaner but had light bulbs burnt out in the bathroom.

My connecting flight left without me while I was stuck in immigration, but the silver lining was getting to spend a pleasant night at Tru by Hilton. From the start, the reservation process was simple, and the airport shuttle was incredibly convenient. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff were wonderful. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and my wake-up call came right on time—just what I needed to get back to the airport. The entrance was not easy to find. It is on the backside of the building. Parking is either valet for $15 or you use the higher cost self park next door. Overall it was very expensive for what you got.

Great clean hotel & friendly staff. Only real downside is it's in a not so great area of town, so unless you have a car or willing to take an Uber, there isnt much to do. But on the plus side, 3Sons brewing 2 blocks away has great food & beer. Shaved ice cream place across street is amazing,& the 2 bakeries are awesome.

Stayed one night due to a layover- the staff was great -but the surrounding area was pretty run down and we chose to Uber than to walk to any destination from the hotel. It was clean enough but due to the location I wouldn’t stay here again.

This is a beautiful property itself. The lobby and outdoor area is amazing. My disappointment was, there wasn’t a coffee maker in my room. There’s coffee in the lobby 24/7. The staff is great and they do offer a complementary airport shuttle to and from the airport. They have a great set up for that. I think more hotels should adapt their system. It’s all electronic. My children lived the fact they have a waffle machine. I would consider it a boutique hotel.
