Staff helpful. Parking easy but you have to pay. Room clean. I booked a king bed and got a queen that was not very comfortable. Pretty sure I paid a bit more for the king bed I didn’t get. Did not eat at the restaurant. Close to airport.

This is close to the airport in name. There’s no shuttle nor public transportation to & from the airport. It’s a v expensive taxi ride for the few miles!! Not worth the price!

From checking in to checking out, this hotel was great! I appreciated Scott at check-in very much. Super kind and helpful with explaining the meal deal and other hotel amenities and my questions about getting taxi, etc. The restaurant was really good! I had an excellent dinner and breakfast. They serve breakfast until 10:30 on weekday, so that was appreciated as I like to sleep late. It's close to the airport, so very convenient. Large parking lot. My hotel room was great. Quiet room and I appreciated the elevator!!! A lot of previous hotels I was at were walk ups only. My room, #244, was very comfortable and large! The bed was soooo big, soft, comfy, and warm! Nice size bathroom with both a tub and shower. Large TV. Just a perfect end to my Scotland vacation! Thank you!

All Windows cannot be opened as per hotel policy. AC did not work properly and very noisy. Changed rooms, staff was very accomodating and helpful. AC still super loud and making water sounds, as if leaking internally. Please order maintenance service. Most blankets had stains from previous guests and gashes or holes. Please replace/ wash and check properly. No free on property parking - only paid parking for £7 per night. Very inconvenient to get to the airport without a car. Offer shuttle or free parking for guests.

BEWARE PARKING FEE & TWO LOCATIONS Please note there are two Premier Inns close to the airport. If you put Premier Inn in your sat nav make sure you are going to the correct address. Also, BEWARE the Premier Inn Airport Newbridge CHARGES for parking. Expedia states there is "Parking Available" but has small print noting that there is actually a charge for parking. And Premier's parking contractor company will cite you almost immediately if you do not pay before going in. Keep in mind the machine is not visible and there are no signs reminding you of such. Even the front desk does not remind you when you check in. Found out the expensive and hard way after receiving a citation in the mail from our rental car company. What would have cost 7 pounds is now 50 pounds. Cheeky and Sneaky!!! All of this after a delayed flight, a lemon rental car, going to the wrong hotel, and arriving after midnight with kids. Never Again.

No shuttle to airport and although the hotel restaurant was good there were no other choices around. The machine for check in did not recognize us so had to wait for a staff member to pass who could help us. The staff were really lovely and the room was clean. Bed comfortable.

It says "airport" for the name but not even close to the airport and nothing around for restaurants etc. Just car dealerships around it. The check in experience terrible. The tub was dirty and they don't have things like kleenex in the rooms. They were short staffed for the dining room. All around I do not recommend to stay here.

Our room had a damp musty smell. It was really bare bones. Everything was dated and could use a refresh. Glad I had only 1 night to endure. I tried to get my room changed but apparently they didn’t have a better room. For the price i paid for the night i think i couldn’t done way better

Quiet, a quit ride by bus to the city center,. Breakfast was good, a small buffet of breakfast food available The room was very clean and comfortable, could use a small refrigerator, but not a deal breaker. Staff extremely helpful and courteous.

Arrived with a booked quad. Gave us a triple. Fortunately, Mark was there and found a solution. Room was clean but very tight for 4 people. Close to airport. No shuttle services. Restaurant was good even though the grill was down and could not get items off the menu. Breakfast was good as well.

sounded like we had a herd of elephants on the floor above us on the second night of our stay. Kept waking us up. The night before was quiet so this was probably an anomaly. Other than that it was great.

This property was for the most part, what I expected, it was ok for the price, but they need to improve on their system for housekeeping. I told the front desk person that I wanted our room cleaned while we were gone for the day , we got back that evening around 9pm only to find that our room had not been cleaned and know fresh towels. To say we were disappointed is to put it mildly!!!

The staff would not check us in 4 minutes before 3 pm even though no other customer was waiting. She informed me that I have to use the self check in even though she was at the podium. After trying their self check in kiosk it does not work with orbitz or Expedia customers. She had to check me in at the podium. The next morning we were in the lobby at 6 am waiting for an uber and my associate wanted to sit in a chair just inside the dining area. One of the employees came right over and told him to move and in a stem voice demanded he leave the dining area because it is not open and other people will want to sit there as well. We were the only customers in the area.

The staff wanted us to check in using their automated system but if you are an international traveler it doesn’t work for you. So checking was frustrating and took a long time. Any extras like parking or basic breakfast costs extra but this is not part of the booking information. I had to make a change in my booking within minutes of my initial booking and I was charged for the initial booking and the changed booking. Very uncool. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

My only complaint is that it is very hard to reach them by phone. I had an important question before setting off on my journey. I tried calling around 20 times over a 6 hour period with no success. When i got there, they admitted that the phone is rarely answered. Everything else was great.

Staff helpful. Parking easy but you have to pay. Room clean. I booked a king bed and got a queen that was not very comfortable. Pretty sure I paid a bit more for the king bed I didn’t get. Did not eat at the restaurant. Close to airport.

This is close to the airport in name. There’s no shuttle nor public transportation to & from the airport. It’s a v expensive taxi ride for the few miles!! Not worth the price!

Arrived with a booked quad. Gave us a triple. Fortunately, Mark was there and found a solution. Room was clean but very tight for 4 people. Close to airport. No shuttle services. Restaurant was good even though the grill was down and could not get items off the menu. Breakfast was good as well.

From checking in to checking out, this hotel was great! I appreciated Scott at check-in very much. Super kind and helpful with explaining the meal deal and other hotel amenities and my questions about getting taxi, etc. The restaurant was really good! I had an excellent dinner and breakfast. They serve breakfast until 10:30 on weekday, so that was appreciated as I like to sleep late. It's close to the airport, so very convenient. Large parking lot. My hotel room was great. Quiet room and I appreciated the elevator!!! A lot of previous hotels I was at were walk ups only. My room, #244, was very comfortable and large! The bed was soooo big, soft, comfy, and warm! Nice size bathroom with both a tub and shower. Large TV. Just a perfect end to my Scotland vacation! Thank you!

Close to the airport. Large rooms with air conditioning. It has a restaurant on site but when we went to eat there we were told it was closed because they had let in a large group and to come back at 9:30, when it would reopen. When we went back at 9:30, they were rather abrupt with us and said they took the last order at 9:35. They reluctantly let us in when we told them that was what we had been told. I am celiac and their Gluten free options were the poorest I had seen in the UK in 3 weeks.

I was very disappointed that we could NOT get served a meal at 6:30 as a tour bus had pulled in and they were going to be too busy . The hotel is isolated from any cafes so we went without eating . Plus staff in dining room was quite snippy ! Then we found out breakfast was not available to us either as it did not start until 7 am . We had to leave for airport by prior to getting a meal . Overall would not recommend .

It’s located in the middle of a car dealerships community and thus no restaurants or grocery stores that is accessible by foot. Also, there is no airport shuttle services so you need to book your own transportation to and through the airport but it is just about 5-10 minutes drive away. I was booked into an accessible room which I didn’t need but it was very spacious and the bathroom was wheelchair accessible too, I think people traveling with accessibility concerns would be able to appreciate the facilities a lot.

Check in was smooth and efficient. Room was large as it was a disabled access room. Nice clean bedding, towels and bathroom. Very quiet, with no noise from the surrounding rooms or outside. The restaurant food was reasonably priced and decent portions.
