Really nice receptionist, easy check in and nice clean room. Pool was a great add for the kids and the shorter end is 3 ft so worked well for my younger ones.

Great room very clean with good amenities. Check in was easy. The rooms Were quiet. The pool Was not open until 4pm even though it says it’s open all day. The woman we asked at front desk was not the friendliest and gave an attitude when we asked about the pool.

I waited almost 15 minutes at the front desk to check in. And then they “couldn’t” find my reservation. But I was offered a king suite for the same. (Only good thing about the stay.) There was hair in the shower. The guests were loud and “partied” until 1am. No one answered the front desk. No towels in the pool area. Breakfast buffet was minimal. Will rethink staying here again.

The overall stay was very good, and felt safe. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. A very clean and well kept property with an updated mini gym. The bathroom shower is modern with amenities. Breakfast is a minimalist buffet style (with waffle machines) and coffee was meh. Plenty of parking spaces. Wifi problems will occur if you need to do business using a secured network computer with security software but the front desk is helpful.

Awesome hotel with all the amenities of a Hampton inn. Most of the desk staff is quite nice but some of the newer staff seem over worked and stressed making them seem annoyed and a bit cold. Also the coffee station is always cold and stale by evening hours.

Overall stay was okay. Conditioner was out in the shower and asked to have this filled. Did not get filled during our stay. There were Teddy Graham crackers under the desk in room when we arrived. Bed was comfortable.

We love Hampton hotels. We ended up with a bad room here. Broken night stand held together with packing tape, dead bolt did'nt lock into door frame. Cleanliness wasn't what we usually experience at Hampton.

The good: staff was friendly and responsive, the free breakfast is a quality one, location and parking convenient. The bad: the house keeping could have been better, including there being nail clippings on the carpet and lots of food crumbs on the desks, the mattresses not very supportive and were quite lumpy.

Apparently a recently remodeled room. No fan in bthrm., low water pressure bthrm sink, faucet for bthrm sink not in good position so water ends up on counter. Needs more than 2 tiny trash cans in huge room. Bthrm sliding barn door nice but doesn’t close all the way, no lock & makes loud screeching when sliding. Could do better with amenities like more than 2 cups. Good attempt at remodel, nice layout, but poor workmanship. Fridge should have freezer section for ice bag for injured. Overall decor is bland. Good job on making bathroom handicap accessible. Overall cleanliness not very good. The worst thing I simply couldn’t get past was a lingering stench of urine somewhere near bathroom door, but near corner on the side of bed closest to bthrm, or possibly from bathroom itself. Smelled like an attempt made to clean urine either on rug near bed or in bathroom. Maybe toilet not cleaned well or if urine was on tile flooring, wasn’t cleaned properly. When guest arrives, they ought to be able to smell cleaner used in room, especially bathroom. Overall, there wasnt any smell of being cleaned. It seems they allow pets in rooms….possibly pet urine on rug. You need special cleaner to rid that smell.

I really liked everything until it was time to sleep The heating unit made lots of noise and intermittently would turn off or on making sleep hard to attain. The breakfast was wonderful and I was happy when my daughters friend had decided to come with us and we were told that there was no extra charge ! If only I could have slept I’d give 5 stars across the board !

The showers were large and very nice. The sink water faucet was good but in the corner and caused a lot of splashes of water on countertop. The room faced the interstate so it was very noisy and challenging to sleep.

We stayed on the third floor overlooking the old quarry filled with water. The room was very generous in size measuring approximately 18‘ x 21’. This included a a generous size bathroom with a separate (with door) toilet room. It would be even nicer if you had rods to hang the towels from.

The room was perfectly nice and clean but extraordinarily noisy, being next to I-95 where heavy trucks were driving all night. I stayed for just one night and fell asleep despite the noise because I was so tired. But was awake for part of the night.

We really enjoyed this hotel as a family. The facility is very clean, the room was very spacious. The location is convenient, next to Market Basket and many restaurants. The breakfast was okay. It's convenient to drive to Portland downtown.

The room was nice, the view was pretty cool to see (what looked like) a quarry. Breakfast was typical hotel food, but it was good. My only complaint, the shower looked very nice, until I got into it. The water hitting the metal drain (that extends the whole width of the shower) made the shower less than relaxing. It was just noisy. Nice idea of a layout, but not a good choice.

Worst hotel stay ever and we have stayed at this hotel in the past. The front desk gentleman was the rudest employee that I have ever encountered in a service role. The people in the room above us had kids that jumped and ran back and fourth for about 8 straight hours. Front desk did nothing. Front desk couldn't give us an itemized receipt. Front desk wouldn't give us a late check out even though we had been there for 2 days and still had a power outage at our home. We will NEVER stay here again and we are local.

The staff was incredible! We had a cheer competition and the stress and chaos were intense, in the morning of the second day we had a minor emergency with makeup on a white uniform, the extra makeup wipes provided by your helpful front desk staff did the trick and we took home first place!

The hotel room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. My issue was that I arrived at 10pm and requested a later check out. That request was denied and only given to Gold members. The hotel parking lot had 3 cars in it, so the hotel wasn't overbooked and could've easily accommodated the request. First time EVER a late check out request was denied.

The person who checked us in the late afternoon of our arrival was great! She was very helpful and was very knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast seating areas were spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was fast & easy. We got in late and called ahead to alert hotel staff that we ran into heavy traffic. They made a note & greeted us as we checked in and asked how the trip was. I was surprised the guest staff remembered me as the hotel was full & busy. The room was clean, comfy & ready. Slept soundly both nights. Breakfast was nice. The 24hr coffee & tea being available down in the lobby is always nice. Staff was friendly & helpful. An overall nice stay.

Everything was great expect the person staying above us. They were stomping back and forth at night. We called the front desk and it stopped after that and started back up at 4:30 am. Clearly the person was just heavy footed but ruined a good nights sleep. The hotel staff was great though the hotel its self was nice and the had a decent breakfast. Would definitely stay again in the future.
