Hilton Miami Aventura

Great hotel - modern, clean, efficient, easy parking, and so close to Aventura Mall with a ton of shops, restaurants etc. Additionally, the hotel gym was incredible, easily one of the best we’ve seen - huge, well-stocked (dumbbells up to 75lbs, stair master, separate cardio room etc), and modern. Will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful property and hotel. The staff was extremely nice and attentive. The hotel was very clean, the rooftop pool was very well kept. Honestly I was sitting outside there and thinking I haven’t even seen one bug anywhere lol. Will absolutely be going back to stay when visiting Miami again!

We came to Aventura for the Coldplay 2025 Miami dates and it was a convenient spot to get to/from the Hardrock Stadium. The hotel is also close enough to the Brightline station and the Aventura Mall. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the Brightline station, the mall and one of the beaches nearby. The real star players are the valets at the hotel. They were some of the most pleasant, helpful and genuine people I've ever come across at hotels. All of them were timely in responding to WhatsApp messages when I called for pickups from location points and even helped organize a return of a package that arrived after I left the hotel. Shoutout to Juan!

The parking was certainly easy, I wished they would have told me how much they charged for it. I just got a bill when I returned home that I was not happy about it. I thought it was included with the room.

It is a pretty property. The staff was nice. It has a very cosmopolitan feel. Breakfast was about $30. Self parking is $25/day in the garage. Their is a pool but no jacuzzi. We would return here again when in south Florida. There is a shuttle that will take you to Sunny Isle Beach which is 10 minutes away or so. They do have room service. Very clean property. Downside was we didnt have a very nice view but aside from that we enjoyed. Oh make sure you check your bill upon check out. We had a discrepancy but it was quickly resolved.

The unit we stayed in was large and spacious, clean and comfortable. I liked the gym very much but only 2 of the 5 treadmills worked so we had to wait for the treadmills to use them. I also loved the location of the hotel as it was walking distance to many restaurants. I didn't like that the pool was so cold it was unusable. I also didn't like the noise on very early Sunday morning in the hallway which kept us awake for several hours with no security around. I also thought that the cost to park was outrageous given the cost of the rooms. Parking should have been free.

This day was just OK. I expected much more from Hilton. The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty when we got there. The staff was friendly, but I expect it more.

After checking in we go to the room while unpacking and getting in the shower cleaners opened the door not once but twice within a hour. We go out we come back there is bugs in the shower and crawling in the sink. It was 1:30am we grabbed our stuff and left.

Property and rooms are beautiful. I love the extra items in the room like the wine and the sweet snacks. They only thing I didn’t like was the shower head in the bathroom was dirty with hard water stains and it looks kind of gross but other than that everything else was super clean. Definitely staying here again

Thermostat didn't work and I had to clean the shower drain of a large ball of hair myself. Water wouldn't drain and Maintenance never showed up.

This property was stellar, only gripe was the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was visible mold on the interior of the shower and around the toilet inside and outside. I carry cleaning products with me so I could fix the problem myself.

Not what we would have hoped for!! Customer service poor in all honesty, arrived after a very long flight very tired, wanting to relax in the room with some TV, which did NOT work! We were put into a room which the hotel clearly must of known it did work. Called maintenance who arrived to fix? Spent an age, in and out of room, we just wanted to relax grab something to eat and chill/unpack, instead had to wait around, maintenance temporarily bodged the TV, which wasn't fixed properly and told us to speak to front desk to move rooms. We did that the following morning, and was advised our room/luggage would be moved that day (Sunday 17th) yeah it was NOT! so after a long day at the hard rock stadium we came back to more issues. Was moved eventually to another room on the main road opposite. loud traffic noise until early hours or even didn't stop it felt. Spent Monday moving rooms again. Spent most of the stay moving rooms! Reason I am saying this is the hotel came recommended for it's quietness, I am a light sleeper so which is why we booked this. Felt more tired checking out then when arrived. Also a faulty air con noisy unit in the next room we were put in? Uhhh! Poor front desk at times also, made to feel like we should not be saying and made to feel we were making it up! Most of front desk not all! A little arrogant for my liking to be honest. Restaurant staff excellent though. All in all not great!

Overall this is a nice hotel, friendly staff, but we did have issues with the air. Another individual also shared a similar issue with us and inquired if our room was warm. The hotel did provide a fan, which did help. There may be some language barriers, as a lot of the staff does not speak English. Also, if you are staying in a room with a veranda, it may not be on a top floor. Your view may be of a fenced in pool with greenery. We did not think this was advertise correctly on their site.

I love the modern decor of the rooms and hotel interior. The staff were extremely helpful. There were no hiccups with anything during my stay. Additionally, I prefer baths to showers and they actually have bath tubs that work. As opposed to many places whose drain stoppers are missing or don't work. Minor detail, but important for me!

Everything was great other than the air conditioning in the room would not go lower than 70 degrees. All night my room was hot

The hotel is very beautiful, with modern decor and spacious rooms that are nicely decorated. Everything looks new and is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the air conditioning wasn’t cooling enough. We reported the issue on the first night, but it wasn’t resolved — they gave us a fan for that night. The next day, we were moved to another room, but the AC still didn’t cool properly, even when set to 16°C , the lowest it got was 21°C, which can be uncomfortable in Miami’s hot climate. That’s the only downside I experienced — everything else was great.

Beautiful Clean Hotel…. Unfortunately we were not told there was a MASSIVE CONSTRUCTION right beside us and it was noisy the entire stay. Definitely something that should be disclosed as even the pool deck and our patio was all construction. Beautiful clean hotel. Staff were fantastic.

Staff and room was AMAZING. I loved the decor nand dining at the bar and lounge area was great!!

We arrived at 12 in the morning exhausted after a long day of travelling and there was no one at the counter. After nearly 30 min Gabriella, come walking at a snails pace, completely unphased at the fact that 4 people were waiting at the counter. No appology, no rsuh, zero care in the world.

When I checked out, I noticed I was charged for bar/dinning (~$50) that was not mine. I mentioned that to the desk clerk but he said he couldn’t reverse the charge. Only the manager could do it. Tried to speak with the manager but he was busy with another customer who had the same problems… I wrote an email to the manager but no response… I’ve been going to that hotel multiple times in the last 18 months. Probably the last time if they don’t correct their errors.

Excellent property, service and hospitality. Everyone was so attentive, friendly and professional , from valet to front desk.i had my service dog with me, check in was so smooth . The young gentleman was super nice and made sure my dog is well taking care of . Cleaning lady was super nice. Restaurant staffs were super friendly specially Elcin . Best experience I’ve ever had. I made this reservation for a friend who was visiting from Paris. I have stayed here before and had great services he checked in at 4am as he had a very late flight. The lady who works check in at night was very rude both nights, his room was never cleaned, and the reservation was cancelled for no reason. I prepaid and everything should have been easy for him to check in, but the lady who works nights was beyond rude and we will not be using this hotel again for our guests in the future.

Late night staff was a bit ruse during check in. Another front desk staff acused a guest of not paying for breakfast. Mostly unprepared personnel not worthy of Hilton.

Stay was wonderful. My receptionist Diamond was super sweet and attentive. I will definitely visit again!

My wife got sick on checkout day. I offered to pay for an extension of 4 hours on check out time but was not possible according to front desk people, so I had to leave the premises with her in bad condition.

The only negative was the remote for the tv didn’t work. I called & they said management would be up right away. Well 30 minutes went by & we had dinner plans so we left. They never came. The next day I went to the front desk & asked them for 3 new AAA batteries. A maintenance man met me at the front desk & gave me 3 new ones. The new batteries solved the problem & they credited our room $30 for the inconvenience.

Conveniently located close to Aventura Mall and Sunny Isles Beach with modern high rise buildings whole area is top notch.

This is a great hotel to stay at. Easy check in, Jenny at the front desk and Emanuel made sure of that. Shuttle to the mall across the street (less than 5 minutes) was excellent as well, I think the driver name was Fredirico. The mall is huge with too many food options to name.

I really enjoyed my stay! The restaurant, bar, and the Starbucks inside the hotel were excellent — great food, drinks, and service. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the location is perfect, close to everything I needed. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was a la carte and the food was very fresh, flavorful, and the service was exceptional from the waitress and the head manager.

I was impressed by the service from the staff and I was shocked how good the food was in the restaurant. We were not expecting the quality to be so good and that's coming from foodies. Our server Andrea was great and we enjoyed his level of service and kind demeanor. If you are in the area and need a hotel don't hesitate to consider this hotel. We found it randomly and have found this to be the best Hilton property we've ever stayed at.

It was a well kept property and really nicely decorated; both the room and the main lobby area. People were nice. Really enjoyed the outside breakfast area and breakfast food really good.

There's no where to get something to eat after 10pm. Lots of cops in the lobby when we arrived, making us feel unsecured. Though the room was nice but woke up early morning when some people stormed into our room, then quickly took off when realizing that there were people sleeping. Not sure if it was housekeeping. No breakfast included for the price over $400 What a shame. Will never stay there ever again.

Staff was wonderful. Place was spotless. Quiet for miles. Cute coffee shop and beautiful 7th floor pool. Drinks at bar were yummy and bartender was attentive. Many places to spread out and work with a view as well.

We had a very bad incident at the breakfast, there was a hair in my omelate. Further, the reception has no consideration for late checkout, I asked for late check and they out rightly rejected it due to over booking, only give 30 minutes extra, when I checked at the website, there were taking booking for the same day on similar price which I booked a month back. Which means the staff had lied to me. Very unfriendly staff, the food experience was the worst.

No real room service. The restaurant at the lobby, very nice by the way, good food and service, is the “room service” using take away system. So if you order a steak, they send you a plastic knife and fork. And a paper box. Imagine the mess. That would not be a problem if you were informed when ordering. But unfortunately they didn’t. I wasn’t aware until food arrived in a box. This Hilton acted as if it wasn’t. Imagine you order a Big Mac and comes without the special sauce….

Hotel was modern and rooms were immaculate. Breakfast service was slow. Easy parking. Only drawback was you couldn’t walk to Aventura Mall despite it being close because of highway in between. Old Navy and DSW in close proximity to walk.
