I was in town for business, so I do not have too much to say about the immediate neighborhood but will say it was only a few minute walk to downtown Brickell. I liked having a little more space that a hotel room and full kitchen. The communication is excellent. I would stay again.

This property is quiet and clean overall. The unit has a washer and a dryer with a small box of washing powder, which is convenient for us to clean our clothes. We can also reach the Walgreen and Publix with 5 min walk. One small drawback is they do not provide enough shampoo and body wash (only a small tube for each) so we have to buy our own.

This spot was perfect for our staycation. It was clean and there was sufficient space for us in the unit! The big perk was the parking and the easy access to the downtown area and the major highways. It was a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. I’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was as expected. Communication was very good and ran via WhatsApp. There was a reserved parking space. Via the Roku (similar to FireTV) on the TV you could log in to the most common streaming services with your own account. The small kitchen corner has everything you need to take care of yourself (fridge / freezer, microwave, stove and oven). Of course, the necessary dishes were also available. The Publix and Walgreens around the corner may be a bit expensive, but depending on the time of arrival, it is enough at least for the ingredients for the first morning breakfast. We were completely satisfied. So if you do not need a reception and the daily room service, you can easily stay here.

Had an enjoyable experience here at BroadwaySuites. Needed a fast place to book during my process of moving and this place was perfect. Walking distance to Publix and the Brickell surrounding area. Unit was spacious enough and included a nice kitchen, living space, and laundry & dryer in unit in addition to one free parking space. Paola & the team at Rocketstay made my experience here very easy and enjoyable. Everything was communicated well, & self check in with the padlock made it a breeze.

Property was okay, overall. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family with small kids as it is next to downtown, Miami. Parking is easier on the street than the parking spot assigned. Furniture can use some minor fixing and doors can be difficult to open. Definitely a good stay for adults but wouldn’t recommend for a family.

i had a 3 night stay at broadway suites. it was an amazing stay. the location is within a couple of minutes to downtown miami. it was gated, made me feel extremely safe and it was a very quiet, peaceful environment. the room itself was amazing, it came fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, cups, coffee machine, everything you need to cook, had more than enough closet space for myself and 4 friends. parking was not difficult at all. overall me and my friends enjoyed our stay with no problems, and will definitely stay here again!!

I would like to rave about my stay at Broadway Suites Downtown hosted by David and Jason! The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to understand and the hosts were very quick to respond with any questions we had. It was fantastic that there was parking on site and the place was in an amazing location but still quiet! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, it was clear that the hosts put a lot of time and effort in making their home feel like home to others. I will absolutely be back and we will recommend their home to anyone traveling to the Miami area!

Great place to stay for the week. 8/10! The communication through email was great. The place was nicely decorated. The neighbourhood is beautiful. Only minor complaints I’d have is to clean the floors better. My bare feet turned black walking around! Lol.. and replace the lids for the pots (a little dirty but couldn’t get the debris out) They should also consider having full length mirrors!

The space was spacious, and somewhat clean, but smelled mildly like a barn. In addition, we were on the first floor and the people above us walking around were EXTREMELY loud. It wasn’t that they were being disrespectful, I think it was just that there’s not much insulation and the floor was very squeaky. Also, on two different occasions, ppl working there knocked on our door. The first time they brought a mattress pad that we did not need ( no children staying with us) and the second time was about 20 minutes before check out.

The location was great—just about a 10-minute walk to Brickell downtown, and we loved having Walgreens, Publix, and lots of restaurants just around the corner. The room itself was very clean, had plenty of storage space, and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay—fridge, microwave, and more. It felt cozy and convenient, and we were able to settle in right away. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d happily stay again!

Very clean, quiet, comfortable, large studio. There is a coffee maker but no coffee supplies, like you find in all regular hotels. Be sure to bring your own packets of coffee, which is difficult when you are an international traveler. I looked to purchase coffee at Publix, but they only sold large expensive containers. I only needed coffee for three mornings.

I had a terrible experience, I did not stayed more than 5 minutes in that place. The suite was not like it is shown in pictures, it had a weird chemical smell and all doors and windows were opened (when it looked like they were closed). I was a solo traveler and felt extremely unsafe so I left and got no refund.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here in Miami. The unit was clean and spacious. There was a sun room that I wasn’t even aware of when I booked. Unfortunately my husband got really sick the day we arrived, so he had to sleep on the pull out couch to avoid getting me sick. There were sheets for it, but no blanket. I had to cover him with towels the first night until I could go buy him a blanket at Walgreens the next day. The bathroom was small and the shower and sink both did not drain well at all. The sink would fill up immediately upon use. I reported this to the owner and they advised they could not send maintenance until during the week so we just made do. The AC was very strong, which I appreciated. It was a great location and I felt a great value. The only thing is it’s kind of hard to find when you first get there - the entrance and parking spot is actually on 17th street, not the street address side. So we couldn’t find it at first. They didn’t mention that at all. But Rocketstay was very communicative during our stay and even assisted us with extending an additional night which really helped us considering my husband was sick. I would recommend this as a place to stay in Miami.

Enclosed but when I arrived entrance doors were not closed so I was able to just walk in. My room was so HUMID and sticky, I could not sleep without being stuck to the bed sheets. I don’t know if it was the cheap sheets or the air quality.

It was a clean. Communication was very good. It lacks a common area outside for people to get together at nights. No tea or coffee was provided in the rooms and there is no coffee place close by except publix super market. There was a lot of noise from the second floor. Overall good value for the price in this expensive city.

our stay at the hotel came with some issues. One of the major concerns was the lack of breakfast, which we expected to be at least partially compensated with some tea and coffee, but unfortunately, even these basic amenities were not provided. Gas was left on in our expedia, we sniffed the fumes and passed out. The owner offered us a different accomodation for this room, which we were forced to move into with such short notice. The fire alarm was pulled one morning at 10am, and we kept getting messages regarding the property being unsafe and them having to hire someone to patrol the property. I'm very displeased because they couldn't even provide enough towels and toilet paper.

I paid the full amount when I booked. I never received the check-in instructions until I called the properly. I had to be on the line with a property representative for an hour and on top of having paid my reservation in full, I had to make another security deposit. I had made the booking as a contingency as it seemed convenient, I had the hardest time checking in. Finding the property was a disaster, fake adress, and hidden fees. The representative was very nice and understanding but it seems the property manager puts a lot of barriers to provide acceptable customer service. Overall I spent way too much money to stay here and I don’t recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The communication with the host was always clear, quick, and super helpful, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The location was great—just about a 10-minute walk to Brickell downtown, and we loved having Walgreens, Publix, and lots of restaurants just around the corner. The room itself was very clean, had plenty of storage space, and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay—fridge, microwave, and more. It felt cozy and convenient, and we were able to settle in right away. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d happily stay again!

While the property managers were friendly and the place was fine at first, there were many severe issues that arose due to negligence of the owners. Water was leaking in through the front two doors and into the living room and kitchen the entire time and no attempt to remedy this was made during our stay. Further inspection revealed water damage to the wood near the doors suggesting this is a repeat issue that they don’t care to fix. We ended up having to use our few towels to control the water situation. Additionally the AC stopped working and, despite promising to send someone, no one ever came. Further inspection revealed a way too big air filter just shoved in there, which is again just pure neglect by the owners. I never write reviews but no functional AC in Miami and water leaking into the living spaces for days is inexcusable. Their attempt to “remedy the situation” was providing a complimentary one night stay redeemable within 30 days…..

The customer service team went absolutely above and beyond in every way possible, from check-in to handling inquiries, to making suggestions. I am extremely impressed by the service team here and would definitely recommend. Not to mention the pricing was great given the area!

The apartment was not properly cleaned and the management had to be emailed but a housekeeper was sent the next day to clean the unit. The only TV was in the living area. The bathroom vent was not working.

I was in town for business, so I do not have too much to say about the immediate neighborhood but will say it was only a few minute walk to downtown Brickell. I liked having a little more space that a hotel room and full kitchen. The communication is excellent. I would stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here in Miami. The unit was clean and spacious. There was a sun room that I wasn’t even aware of when I booked. Unfortunately my husband got really sick the day we arrived, so he had to sleep on the pull out couch to avoid getting me sick. There were sheets for it, but no blanket. I had to cover him with towels the first night until I could go buy him a blanket at Walgreens the next day. The bathroom was small and the shower and sink both did not drain well at all. The sink would fill up immediately upon use. I reported this to the owner and they advised they could not send maintenance until during the week so we just made do. The AC was very strong, which I appreciated. It was a great location and I felt a great value. The only thing is it’s kind of hard to find when you first get there - the entrance and parking spot is actually on 17th street, not the street address side. So we couldn’t find it at first. They didn’t mention that at all. But Rocketstay was very communicative during our stay and even assisted us with extending an additional night which really helped us considering my husband was sick. I would recommend this as a place to stay in Miami.

This spot was perfect for our staycation. It was clean and there was sufficient space for us in the unit! The big perk was the parking and the easy access to the downtown area and the major highways. It was a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. I’d definitely stay here again!

Loved the location, as it was very convenient and close to lots of nice tourists attractions in Miami! We were just minutes away from a gas station and a Publix (grocery store.) Brickell City Centre and Design district were very close and not too far to walk to if anyone is up for the adventure. Besides the great location, the rest of the stay was fantastic and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was spacious and everything was modern in appearance! Communication with hosts was also really awesome.

i had a 3 night stay at broadway suites. it was an amazing stay. the location is within a couple of minutes to downtown miami. it was gated, made me feel extremely safe and it was a very quiet, peaceful environment. the room itself was amazing, it came fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, cups, coffee machine, everything you need to cook, had more than enough closet space for myself and 4 friends. parking was not difficult at all. overall me and my friends enjoyed our stay with no problems, and will definitely stay here again!!

Everything was as expected. Communication was very good and ran via WhatsApp. There was a reserved parking space. Via the Roku (similar to FireTV) on the TV you could log in to the most common streaming services with your own account. The small kitchen corner has everything you need to take care of yourself (fridge / freezer, microwave, stove and oven). Of course, the necessary dishes were also available. The Publix and Walgreens around the corner may be a bit expensive, but depending on the time of arrival, it is enough at least for the ingredients for the first morning breakfast. We were completely satisfied. So if you do not need a reception and the daily room service, you can easily stay here.

Had an enjoyable experience here at BroadwaySuites. Needed a fast place to book during my process of moving and this place was perfect. Walking distance to Publix and the Brickell surrounding area. Unit was spacious enough and included a nice kitchen, living space, and laundry & dryer in unit in addition to one free parking space. Paola & the team at Rocketstay made my experience here very easy and enjoyable. Everything was communicated well, & self check in with the padlock made it a breeze.

We had a great experience staying here with our teens. We loved the separate bedroom for them and the kitchenette where we could make breakfast each day. We felt safe coming back every night after being out all day. It was a great price and suited our needs.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable, large studio. There is a coffee maker but no coffee supplies, like you find in all regular hotels. Be sure to bring your own packets of coffee, which is difficult when you are an international traveler. I looked to purchase coffee at Publix, but they only sold large expensive containers. I only needed coffee for three mornings.

It was a clean. Communication was very good. It lacks a common area outside for people to get together at nights. No tea or coffee was provided in the rooms and there is no coffee place close by except publix super market. There was a lot of noise from the second floor. Overall good value for the price in this expensive city.

our stay at the hotel came with some issues. One of the major concerns was the lack of breakfast, which we expected to be at least partially compensated with some tea and coffee, but unfortunately, even these basic amenities were not provided.
