If you want to be in Miami close to all the happening places but also want to avoid the crowds and partying at night to get a peaceful sleep, then this property it is. Located in a residential neighborhood but within minutes of Miami downtown and a short uber/lyft ride to Miami Beach. We wanted exactly this while travelling with a toddler. It had a kitchen where we could cook something quickly if needed. We wanted to avoid staying near the airport and also right on south beach and hence staying here worked perfectly for us.

Clean Room overall and the bedsheets are really comfortable but many problems like a leaking AC right above the bed which fixed to the wall, dirty dishes, mold in the coffee machine and not soundproof at all you are living with the street sound and with the people living in the other rooms. But the kitchen it pretty well equipped and the bathroom was clean!! You can take the room but it depends were you settle comfort.
