Room was very clean, bed, bedding and pillows very comfortable in room 719. Lovely big bathroom with plenty of towels. Breakfast was ok, it’s free so can’t complain. Staff were friendly and helpful. The laundry came in handy too and detergent was provided free of charge from reception, small charge for use of the machines. Bus stops right outside the hotel. Bus no.3 goes downtown to Bayside market and on the opposite side you can get Bus 36 to South Beach. Bus fare is $2.25 each way, if paying on a bank card you can only purchase 1 ticket, so you’ll need a card per person, if cash, but there’s no change! Fantastic pre-cruise stay, transportation to the cruise terminal is bookable at reception for $10pp. For the price this hotel is excellent value for money.

Property is right on US1. Can get loud during peak traffic times, or when some person wants to stretch their muscle car. Not a lot of later night eating options available in walking distance. Denny's is two blocks north ( 4 minute walk). Denny's review posted separately. Hotel was clean, pretty quiet. Breakfast had decent choices, including protein and not just waffles. Parking complex was tight. Don't bring anything bigger than an Explorer to park in there. Street parking is minimal, but possible if you get there really early. It was fairly convenient for us to drive down and stay, and get breakfast before, a cruie out of the Miami port.

Easy check in. My sister and I booked a night a day before our cruise. It’s about 10 min or so from The port. Also they have shuttle service here. $10 A person. Only problem is the outlets next to the bed. Wasn’t working properly. Also there is only 1 Washing machine & 1 dryer. Had To wait hours to dry my jacket That was soaking wet from The rain. Other than that it was clean There. They have breakfast as well. Next door you’re able to go to the rooftop bar (pricey but nice view)

Quick stay before a cruise. Clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast included. Nice shower. Dinner next door at Marriott Hotel was easy. Walking distance to Walgreens, banks, fast food. Elevators slow in morning so plan accordingly when you leave.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They had a room early for us which we really appreciated. The pool was very nice. The staff was very helpful with directions for a place or places to have dinner. I would most definitely recommend this hotel.

I expected this hotel to be top tier based on the other reviews! Honestly, it’s cool. Convenient to say the least. No too far from the shopping center. Like a 10 minute walk. Lots of food places. Location is definitely good. Don’t get me wrong, the hotel isn’t “dirty” or run down, but it could use a little extra TLC. It’s like house keepin does the bare minimum. Oran stains on the pillow (looks like food, but didn’t use it to be on the safe side). We had no wash clothes at all. Usually hotels give you pen and paper, and the one time I needed a pen, I had nothing. Lol. The shower still had long blonde hair in it and it clearly wasn’t mine because I am an African American with locs. Nonetheless. We sucked it up, because we were only staying one night, however, Just be careful when booking.

I gave this hotel 2 stars because it was good for a place to stay (very comfortable to sleep), easy accessible to the pool on site, and included breakfast. Otherwise, there was no cleaning staff that came in to clean, change the small garbage, or give extra towels/amenities which my friends & I stayed for 3 full days. I did call the cleaning staff twice but no answer so… It was upsetting to hear that we had to go to the lobby check in area and request towels, use beach towels from the pool area, and while at check out that “we had to request cleaning staff….” Was never informed of that ahead of time. Disappointed with the service.

The hotel looks nice but the dirt is in the details. In our room the toilet never stopped running and getting it to flush required constantly opening the toilet tank top and wiggling things around. The bedroom uses a window shade to block light but it is torn and doesn't close completely. So, if you need a dark room for sleeping, forget it. Worst of all, they seem to do anything to avoid cleaning your room. Within the room there is a notice that rooms will be cleaned "every other day", which I thought was odd but accepted it. But after a couple of days passed without my room being cleaned I talked to a young female at the front desk with an accent who asked me with a lot of attitude, "did you ask for your room to be cleaned?" I was taken aback. So I said, well I'm now asking". She responded that she doubted that I can get that done today although it was about 12:30 in the afternoon. After expressing my dissatisfaction and promising a bad online review, my room magically got cleaned. Breakfast was below average and they often ran out of items during that last two hours of breakfast time. The hotel looks nice but a lot more focus needs to be on repairs and maintenance, breakfast, and hiring people without an attitude.

I am surprised this is named Hilton Hampton Inm Suites. It feels dirty everywhere. The furnitures are runned down, old , torn . There is nothing good I can say with this hotel unfortunately!

The front desk staff were very room. I had asked for room services for one day and one of the ladies bad sure she didn’t request it for me. So I had to change rooms bc they failed to clean my room. The hotel is a little dirty with large stains on the hallway capers and you can see little crumbs from previous guests in the actual rooms.

Bathroom door inside handle was broken off, bathroom sink was almost completely clogged. Just not that clean of a room. The hallway leading to our room felt very, very warm. The front desk lady suggested some local restaurants and the route to get there. To say the walk was sketchy is putting it nicely. From our room, the traffic outside was loud. Definitely would not stay here again.

Out of 8 USB ports in the room, only one was usable 😝 and the 110volt outlets were very wore out. Would barely make contact with receptacles. My hearing aids did not charge.

One night stay. The room was extremely cold and we were unable to alter the temperature. We called the front desk and was told maintenance would need to come to adjust the thermostat. 20 minutes went by; we were so tired and wanted to go to bed so we called to cancel the request.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The room had a microwave and a small refrigerator. The representatives at the front desk were friendly and me and my friends were able to store our bags in a room because we were early so we didn’t have to lug our luggage around. The things that I didn’t like was that the toilet ran so I had to jiggle the handle in order for it to stop. There was a small blackout when I went to dinner so when I came back, the elevator didn’t work so had to walk up the steps to the sixth floor. The ice machine on my floor didn’t work so I couldn’t get any ice for my room. Other than that, the room was great!

The room was huge and spacious. I had a corner room with floor to ceiling windows. It was at minimum of 90° view. It was very neat. Seeing the people the restaurants the activity in the background while I was sitting watching football. It was a very good location and close to the cruise port.

I sent this as an email to the hotel but they still have not responded to me so I'm attaching it here. There was a situation that happened on August 2nd around 12:15ish when my family (myself and my parents) decided to use transportation that was provided at the hotel to get to the port for our cruise. The original price quoted was ten dollars per person which we were fine with. When the driver(older man, grey hair, stocky build) dropped us off, we gave him 30 dollars plus a 5 dollar tip. When we were walking away, he stated that it was 15 more dollars because he used AC. We stated that at the hotel we were quoted 10 dollars. He said well it's 15 more dollars. We gave him the money because it was time for us to get on the ship. This situation did not sit well with my family. First of all, he dropped off other guests who were Caucasian to another terminal and I heard him clearly say it was 10 dollars plus whatever tip they wanted to give him. There was also an African American woman that paid with her card at the hotel so I don't know if he was frustrated that she did not tip him. I don't know if it was a race issue or that my parents were elderly and did not speak fluent English that he thought he could get away with this. This driver might not be employed by the hotel but this is the transportation that was provided. It left my parents and I feeling frustrated before the start of a wonderful trip.

The employee at check in told me that the shuttle service to the port it was free on the weekends but another employee at the checkout told us that they charge $10 per person. They must train all staff to be accurate with the prices. Manager didn’t do anything about it.

I had a terrible experience at Hampton Inn & Suites at Miami Wynwood in Jul 2025 1- The check-in was so late. We had to wait at the lobby from 2:30pm to after 5pm in the order to have the room 2- The staff at lobby wasn't professional at all. My booking was for 3 rooms. She gave me one then I waited for more than 1h to get 2 others. While waiting for my 2 other rooms, someone else had cut the line just before me, because he spoke Spanish. The staff asked me to come over for my 2 other rooms, then one man cut off and asked her in Spanish. They exchanged in Spanish, then she gave him the room and I have to waited AGAIN. I complained about it and she said that she's done for the day! I had to wait for someone else's services. You better speak Spanish in the other to have services!!!! 3- No clean towels in the room. Had to come down to the front desk to get them!! 4- We found cockroaches in one ofthe roooms

We had a GREAT stay at this location! We chose this location due to the transportation to the cruise port. This hotel partners with an AWESOME transportation service that will take you to the cruise port for $10PP and they will also take you to the Miami Airport from the cruise port for $12PP. The hotel is beautiful and had a delicious breakfast. The pool is very clean and gorgeous with skyscraper views. It is very walkable to shopping and restaurants. I would aboslutely stay here again. Staff was so kind and helpful.

Clean hotel and room, felt comfortable inside. The facility was very fresh and modern. Parking garage is an experience. Lol. You do have to pay for parking, but they will give you a voucher that is cheaper than the ticket the garage gives you. Enjoyed the breakfast, although, I expected more options and a larger area to get breakfast. Breakfast could have had more options for protein, just scrambled eggs and sausage, ran out of muffins, two juice options- cranberry and apple, always a line for waffles and didn’t seem like anyone knew how to use them! Lol.

Our room was ready, so we were able to check in early. That was the highlight. The shower door leaked terribly. Breakfast was until 10 but get there early or they run out of fruit and yogurt. Check out is 12, which would have been great if they didn't decide to test the fire alarms at 10 a.m for an hour! Not a great experience.

I like their breakfast options the hotel had a lot and delicious breakfast to choose from. Dining staffs were very respectful, especially Daniella very helpful and always keep the dining area clean. The lobby smells really clean the rooms were also clean and spacious. No noise from staffs or other guests. The location was very convenient 10 out 10 near affordable restaurants and other fast food places. Front desks staffs were excellent and very flexible when it comes to accommodation for room changes as well as check in and check out times. I would definitely book and also recommend this place to someone who is looking for a convenient, safe, clean environment to stay.

Hotel clean and close to several fast food options. Room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Housekeeping was every other day which didn’t bother us. Breakfast was poor with limited food options available and due to size of Buffett and dining area, it was overcrowded, so much so, we were unable to access the food and find a table to sit at. Due to this we decided to eat out for breakfast for the remainder of the stay. We also felt the 30 dollar charge for parking was high and should have been included.
