We stayed for 9 days and hotel was very quiet and very friendly people. The only downfall was no swimming pool. And in miamai heat a pool would have been nice. But the price was right!!!

I stay for a month the hotel is very quiet no running in the hallway the refrigerator work good and the stove excellent 👌 is a lot of parking is a little expensive but is worth it.

No supplies are provided for the kitchen so you would have to buy your own and no housekeeping no matter your duration of stay. Plenty of parking and it’s free. No matter how long you stay you won’t get clean towels unless you ask for them and you have to take your dirty ones down first. Perfect if you are on a budget

gym had equipment not working, washer/ dryer facilities stopped working then required an app....mattress toppers were stained with what looked like body fluid ( both beds both sides)

The place was not clean as posted in the Web. They don’t have water, which I have to go out and buy it. The elevator is very stinky, smelly like a dog urine and I have to cover my nose with my T-shirt to avoid the stinky smell. I was not happy with the stay really and asking you to credit my Amex. Thanks!

Our room was not clean. We didn’t got any room service in almost 8 days. Someone activated the fire alarm twice after midnight. The floors are filthy. The shower had mold on the ceiling. I was expecting better for the price we paid to stay there.

Good value for the money. Very few amenities in walking distance. Glad I rented a car. WiFi was a little sporadic but that seems to have been the result of work being performed along the road just outside the hotel so not really the property's fault. There are option levels of internet access depending on whether you want free or pay for more.

I did not like the bedding. Thin sheets on bed and thin pillows. Dirty floor and had stains on it. Also there was no curtains in our room, only blinds which made the sun come in.

Front desk person very very rude , while I was checking in . I asked fr extra 2 towels many times but she ignored . At front desk she was busy with chatting Hotel never changes room trashes , never give new towels everyday n as a matter of fav house keeping staffs very very rude . Even asked fr soap n extra towel but they denied to give I wount n ever recommend this hotel fr anyone .

I arrived around 2am and was no one at the front desk I called the number and the front desk person was at his home and he told me he coming but he came after two hours I waited me and my family two hours in the street. The room was trash and I asked him to change before he leave again and he gave me a trash room again and when I asked him to change he said you get this type of room because you booked through Expedia not the hotel.The room was so small the bed was damaged and the mattress was broken the bed sheets has blood in it and I have a picture of the room and it has a bugs and the room was so cold when I turned the A/c to hot start to get smoky and got my two year old so coughing all night.. when I spoked to the front desk at check out she told me there no manager and she can’t help you because you booked with Expedia and after two days when I called the manager miracle manager hanged up the phone

Honestly nicer than i expected. Kinda in a weird spot, but it was nice to be tucked back where there was less noise than usual. My only issue was I tried to call the desk during office hours like 5 times to ask a question before arrival and never got an answer, so that made me nervous about coming. and the coffee was pretty gross. Highly suggest a new coffee machine. But overall a nice stay for a night

The hotel was nice overall abd the customer service was great! Everyone was friendly. This is my second time staying at this property and it feels like home sway from home. However, the mattress had blood stains on it when I arrived. Since i had my own sheetsxand cleaning products, I used those instead. I understand many people come here for surgery. It would be a good idea to use peroxide when cleaning blood stains (friendly suggestion). I would definitely stay here again though.

Reception was nice but some strange characters living in the place. Everything worked properly in the room but furniture was worn, blinds were broken and paint was chipping off the wals. Had the feel of a motel vs hotel it was priced at. Free parking in well lit lot but was concerned about break-ins due to the hotel being hidden in a warehouse area.

I had to go through security up the street from the hotel to get to the hotel entrance. The neighborhood did not look safe. When I arrived at the hotel (11pm) the front desk had a metal shade pulled down for safety - not very reassuring. This is not someplace that I would stay at again.

There is no one at the desk after hours of 11 pm. They don't offer a shuttle. It was four of us in one room with two towels, so we would have to use two towels, then take them down and get two fresh ones. They said they offered breakfast, just coffee. Weird people at night just walking up and down halls, kids running free. Will not stay there again.

Its a new building thats Good. This suites are for extended hostage, Cheaper than other locations or Hotels. Dont' have breakfast or restaurant. There's a Dennys very clóset like two blocks.

The front desk staff was excellent. They saw we were stressed out about our travels and accommodated us with our rooms a little early. The room was clean and cozy. To walk for food was a bit dangerous. Crossing the Main Street had no crosswalk or path for pedestrians. Very dangerous to cross. Dangerous to travel alone at night and no security guard. Although, you need your room key to enter. Free coffee was excellent. Staff was amazing.
