Pool On Summit Point - Four Bedroom Cabin

We had a wonderful experience. We were traveling with 5 children under the age of 9. The kids did not want to leave the cabin. The pool, game room and theatre room were a big hit!

Stay was okay but the house has many maintenance needs. Theater system didn’t work, master bath jets didn’t work. I reported these issues to the owner but they did not help us to resolve or give us any discount. The hot tub had very low pressure jets…especially disappointed about that one. Next time we will stay at a newer rental so that all things are in working order.

We had an incredible stay at this property! It was beyond beautiful and incredibly clean. The views while having morning coffee and evening cocktails were spectacular! The pool was amazing and we appreciated how you had to enter, they took extra safety precautions which was much appreciated! Can’t say enough nice things about dealing with Justin. He was completely on top of responding efficiently. We will absolutely be returning this amazing place!!!

This house is very pretty and has a pretty view from the front and back. However, it is managed by Justin and Arvada Properties and I have never stayed at a vacation rental so poorly managed and maintained. I rented this home mainly for the pool, which was unusable. I was informed the night before the day we were to check in, that the pool heater was not working. We were told it would be repaired on Monday. Didn’t happen. Check in was not smooth, due to lack of information and communication. Justin only messages through the VRBO app, and you may not get a response for hours. There was no Keurig coffee maker as listed. Not only did the pool not work, the jacuzzi tub in the Master bedroom is also broken. The theatre room instruction cards and remotes would not operate the tv in the theater room. Eventually when a “handyman” was sent to check the theater room, he said the instructions and remotes were no longer valid since they had changed to Xfinity cable. The game room is in the garage, accessed through the bathroom off the kitchen. The lock code is found on the fridge. The lock code for the pool is also on the fridge, as well as wifi information. None of this is included in check in information. You cannot access the pool from the living room sliding doors as shown in the picture. You must go out and across the back deck to enter the pool room. Thermostats are preset and it gets 76 degrees at night. Sink disposal quit working. Do not recommend this property or management.

When we planned we had tons of options but chose this property. Great views! Then it started to rain and the giant floor to ceiling windows turned into a waterfall. Then the first floor bedroom started to leak and turned into a waterfall. Multiple property managers told us it was a long standing issue. Why would you rent it knowing this was a problem? Then they told us we need to move and find another place so they can fix it. Should have been fixed before renting! They said we can check out early to be reimbursed for the days not used. VRBO tried to move us somewhere. Nothing available. We are stuck here since there’s no where to move. They wanted to move us to a hotel. 13 people and our groceries to a hotel? Theatre room didn’t work. They dropped off an hdmi to fix it. No pool towels. was told “we have pool towels. bring your personal items this house has everything!” Told us regular coffee maker and keurig.no keurig. Kitchen is bare bones! No dish towels (ended up bringing them) no casserole dishes. Nothing but empty cabinets. No fireplace key to turn on. Hot tub is ancient. Nail heads popped all over the deck. Clearly don’t take care of this property. We are so tired of the endless problems. Sent video and pics all communication we had with host to VRBO. The Host is under investigation.The Hosts reasonable refund? $89.70 what a joke! Do you think 2 days rained on is reasonable? Do not rent from this host. Hopefully his VRBO hosting days are over because I won’t stop.

This is actually the 3rd time we have stayed at this property, but the first time since it has changed over to new management. They have done an excellent job taking care of this property and have done a great job improving on what was already an amazing rental property! The pool was kept up much cleaner than the previous owner they made a few other improvements to the property, and their communication was excellent! We are excited to come back again soon.

We had a great time. The house is huge and beautiful. There were 13 in my family with 3 generations. The house was just the right size for us. The view is so pretty. The house has a great indoor pool and games for all ages. The house had a pack n play and high chair. There were even box fans. So there were lots of extras. They had safety gates to block off the stairs. It just seemed like they had thought of everything we might need. Would love to go back.

A wonderful place. 14 People in house. 2 families. Plenty of room and plenty to do. Everything that is advertised is what you get. Can not say anything bad about this place. We had a small issue with the pool heater on day two of a 6-night stay. Contacted Justin in the morning. He made the phone calls and had it fixed by that evening. Stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire day. Justin will surprise you with his rapid response time. Just when you think you won't get a message from him (2am just asking a simple question about the cabin before my stay), he surprises you. He made communication easy. Amazing place with an Amazing owner.

The property and views are amazing. It was a fantastic and relaxing vacation. We had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great. The basement theater tv didn’t work but we were still able to watch a movie in the living room. Thank you for a great stay at a wonderful house.

This place was amazing! I highly reccomend staying here ( i have already reccomended/shared this place with a few of my friends). Now, where to begin... let's start with the location. It has beautiful views, including huge windows to take in the view even when indoors from the front of the house. If you go out back, the views are amazing there too! Its very easy to get to and close enough to the main strip in pigeon forge. The grocery store ( kroger) or attractions are like a 15 min drive ( if that). The house itself was beautiful. The wood finish inside was so pretty! The kitchen was just as pictured as well. Very nice. The pool / hot tub was great for my family as they loved spending alot of their time there. ( you do have to get into the pool area from the deck rather than using the doors inside but that was no problem to our family). The game room is where we spent most of our nights playing pinball ( i fell in love with the back to the future table but their is hundreds of digital tables), pacman, and pool. The movie room was a great place to relax and was very nicely set up. My kiddos loved relaxing in this room ( even wanted to sleep in there haha). The owner was easy to contact , very responsive, and provided great information prior to our stay. Overall, i highly recommend staying here when visiting pigeon forge!

We had a wonderful time. The property was awesome! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was almost instant. Would love to come back and stay again!

We stayed at this property to celebrate Christmas with family. The home was lovely, clean, well-kept, spacious, with beautiful views. And we enjoyed our time with each other. However. Despite the description of a "gourmet kitchen", there were no cookie sheets or baking dishes that you could prepare a casserole in (9x13/9x9). Luckily, we brought disposable pans to prepare our Christmas dinner in. Movie room had DVDs, but no way of hooking up computer/streaming device. The hot tub had a smell to it, that lingers on our swimwear after washing at home. Through no fault of anyone's the hot water heater went out the day after we arrived. Upon calling the emergency contact number, we were asked to send pictures of the water on the floor prior to them even calling to send someone out. Despite having repair men out each day (including Christmas morning) to fix the hot water heater, we were without running water for a total of 10-12 hours and hot water for 36-48 hours. The management company did a great job at getting people out to fix the hot water each day. While we understand that unforeseen things can happen, we paid premium holiday prices for a fully functional property and did not receive that. The monetary resolution offered by management property / owner was to refund less than 10% of what we paid, and this we feel is unacceptable. We will not stay here again.

I rented this house for myself and my son’s family vacation. We did find some outdoor seating that were damaged and other minor stuff. My son said I should document so I wouldn’t get charged. I stupidly didn’t. Our stay was overall comfortable. The first night my granddaughter slipped on the deck barefooted and torn a chunk of skin off the bottom of her foot. Upon investigation, we found the nail heads on the deck were not completely pounded down and so when she slipped it tore into the skin. We were lucky it wasn’t real bad, but it did hinder her from doing a lot of walking. The heat was on in the pool house but the thermostat in the pool bathroom wasn’t there to turn it off.. We used the pool very little during our end of June stay. All in all we did enjoy our trip in spite of what I call,”the little things”. I got an email from the owner shortly after we left thanking us for being a good guest and taking care of the place. They were going to All was good, right? Wrong. A week later I get an email stating we had broken a lamp and my credit card was being charged $500 plus to replace it. Didn’t say which or where this lamp was located. When I went to look for the thank you email on Vrbo, it was gone. When I responded that I needed proof and price of this broken lamp, they said the cleaner found it “right after” we left and I needed to contact Vrbo. In the contract I am responsible for damages. Apparently even damages you didn’t know you did.

The only one thing that we did not like was that there is only bathroom between the two rooms - which required coordination among us. Apart from that, I would highly recommend this place!

This was our first trip to Tennessee. We enjoyed the house overall. It was 2 families that stayed there. 4 adults and 4 children. I thought the house was a perfect size for that amount. The house was clean and everything worked as expected. The only issue we had was with the light bulbs in the chandelier being all out. This was in the main living space and caused the house to be very dim at night when we were all gathering there. Although Justin answered us promptly, no one ever came to replace them. Other than that, our stay was nice and I thought the location of the home was in a good place.

Over all it was a great stay. Quite, clean neighborhood. Was a bit of a hickup on the wifi, grill and movie room but we fixed it. Kids loved the pool.

The fireplace didn’t work call message the owners they sent me a link still couldn’t get it on the theater room doesn’t work The toilet in the kitchen does not flush The fifth The fifth bedroom is in the game room and it’s cold. There’s no insulation. It’s actually a garage game room bedroom.Only three full bars and 2/2 one is in the pool room which I got closed off to the house. You have to walk around outside to get into the pool room. The pool is a joke because it’s so Small and the heater Did not Heat it up. Oh, and there’s no cure coffee pot like the description said I got up there with pods and couldn’t make coffee the next morning

We were amazed by the close location to everything and beauty of the home. Plenty of room for the whole family and large bathrooms . Pool was great to keep kids entertained. Mountain views was the best we have seen. Kitchen had everything needed. Memories were made and blessed to have the experience.

Loved every minute of it. Only negative I could say is that the 5th bedroom with the bunk beds was actually the in the game room. Other than that everything was great!!

Only one word to sum up this property…WOW! From the moment you drive up to the house, taking in the views & the property to opening the front door, you will be amazed! The home is gorgeous, spacious and has many amenities. We spent most of our time in the pool, hot tub & game room. The kids honestly could not wait to get back to the house each day. The theater room was very nice as well. It was also nice to have a large great room & extra long dining table to fit us all comfortably. We had such a nice time hanging out by the fireplace, playing games & just enjoying our time together. More than enough room for our large family. The views were stunning…The large deck & outdoor areas were great. Communication with our host Justin was top notch. Thank you so much for sharing your home & for making our family holiday trip one to remember!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. It is well equipped with EVERYTHING you need. Great communication with the manager of the property and surpassed our expectations. The ONLY thing I would say needs to be changed is the lighting. You can hardly see to eat at the table with the lighting they have. That would be my only complaint.

Beautiful and quiet spot for our family to relax and enjoy our vacation. Kitchen and dinning room were fantastic and accommodated us well. The kids had fun in the hot tub, pool and game room. Communication was excellent and any issues were fixed promptly.

This Home made our 1st visit to Smoky Mountains a memorable experience. Plenty to do nearby in the towns, but this cabin settled on top of Summit neighborhood on Mt. Bluff is where our family had to most fun. ⭐⭐🌟⭐⭐

Beautiful place and absolutely gorgeous views. Our family had such a great week spending time together. The kids had so much fun swimming in the pool. Justin was great with handling any issues or questions we had.

Very hard to describe in words! Its a must see! Beautiful house, quiet and peaceful subdivision with amazing views. Owners are very responsive and pleasant. A few hiccups in the beginning but nothing to fret about. Comfortable beds, home away from home with very cozy atmosphere. Great pool, plenty of games and stunning views from the firepit. Had a great time, made wonderful memories and even seen a bear. I would highly recommend.

We have stayed in this cabin 2 yrs in a row for our grandkids birthdays. We stay here for the pool so the kids can have fun and enjoy the pool. This year the heat for the pool was not working so the kids did not get to swim. This was disappointing but the thing that was really disappointing was the fact they knew the pool was not working and did not let us know. We will not be staying again. It is a beautiful home and convenient to Pigeon Forge but I feel like I can’t trust that I will know what I am getting when I get there.
