This is a great hotel, the rooms are spotless, the bed comfortable and cool when London was so hot. The staff and service are the highlight, faultless. Really convenient location in Covent Garden with the theatre district, Regent and Oxford Streets all easily walkable.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. The room was a bit small for three people, but it was manageable. Everything was very clean, and the decor was fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
