Very quiet, and the AC was great. Rooms were extremely small but the shower was great. The price is reflected in the size of the room. The biggest negatives were the maze of stairs and elevators, and the biggest: the entry served as seating for their restaurant. Too many people trying to do different things.

The rooms while really well designed are TEENY! We stayed in a family room that sleeps 4. There were 3 of us and it was completely unmanageable with our luggage. The bathroom toiletries were empty so we had to buy soap. We stayed there in a heatwave, and despite advertising having air conditioning, the room was unbearable. We resorted to fans to keep the stagnant air moving

First and foremost, I was unaware that this was a compact hotel I should’ve read the description thoroughly. I would totally recommend this hotel for a single individual or a couple. However, I was traveling with my husband and my 16 -year-old son upon entering the room. I was in shock on how small it was 150 ft.²,I could not even open my suitcase and lay it flat on the floor the shower was see-through, which was not going to work Seeing that I was sharing a room with my son. The air conditioner was not working. It was extremely hot in the room and we are not allowed to open the windows, I brought this to the attention of the staff, and they were accommodating and able to move us into a slightly larger room the following day ,upon entering the slightly larger room the following day, the air condition was working great and the way that the bed was situated it was blocking the shower glass so this was a better option for a family that does not want to shower in front of each other . The room air condition that wasn’t working was on the ground floor room number six , a friend of mine stayed in this exact room a week prior and had the same complaint of the air conditioning, not working, the OK room that we were moved into was 1006 on the first floor. It was still extremely small but doable for a party of three since we were not spending much time in the room.. again, I want to give praise for the staff helping us make the best of the situation. They were very accommodating.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, very easy distance to theatre land. Only negative was the breakfast area / reception were the same area so was a bit chaotic with guests standing around with suitcases causing a bottleneck when trying to have a relaxing breakfast

quick easy check in, efficient modern lift, posh decor but stairs (up & down) to get to most rooms after using lift. usual compact room, clean, bright, welcoming however:- tv pretty useless as picture frequently disappears and HVAC blew cool air onto bed, otherwise recommended

If you need a night or two in central London, want to be near the tourist-y areas, and you're traveling solo, this property may work for you. The rooms are a bit smaller than a cruise ship room and not terribly modern. While there is a working elevator, each floor has additional stairs which was a bit tricky with luggage. The supervisor was incredibly kind and helpful when needed, which was appreciated.

This is was a great stay for a really reasonable price. The bed was really comfy, the room was modern and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked the wine and cheese evening! An ideal location too.

Location is great. Room was pretty uneventful and sterile feeling. Shower head was broken. Couldn’t open the windows. Marks on the wall. Fine bed and had an alright sleep. Both elevators were broken and it’s a bit of a maze to get around the hotel

Absolutely excellent for being in central London, amazing soundproofing, like, really, the only noises I heard was from people outside going into their rooms or talking in the hallway. We were on the third floor and heard NOTHING of the outside London traffic. It really was excellent. Our issue was relevent for our room, and does not reflect the rest of the rooms. My wife and I found small patches of blood on our sheets and pillow. It was quite uncomfortable, honestly. We had to throw a towel over it to cover it up while sleeping. Second, we booked the queen room and it's just.. very small for two people. The distance between the bed and the bathroom is next to nothing. The person sleeping on the right needs to disturb the person sleeping on the left to be able to use the bathroom at night. This wasn't great as a light sleeper. The shower itself is only height adjustable, and while it can be removed, you can't actually adjust the head of the shower. Someone also took our sleeping sign, we reported it to the front desk, who explained another would be replaced.. we never got another one.

It feels as if the designer of this hotel room has never stayed in a hotel before and has no idea of the general needs of a hotel guest: 1. A place to sleep 2. A place to get clean and presentable without disturbing my traveling companion. 3. A way to conveniently charge my devices 4. An out of the way place to put my belongings 5. A private bathroom This hotel provides a place to sleep, but fails on all other fronts. The light switch is 6ft from the door. You need a flashlight or have a friend hold the door open for you to find the switch in the dark. There is no shelving, racks, or storage for clothes. The only outlet is 3ft from the bed and 6ft away from the nearest mirror. The room always felt damp. The towels and mats never dried. The AC automatically sets itself to 21C and the buttons do not change the temperature. It is freezing! The bathroom has frosted glass walls that make it difficult to see out, providing the illusion of privacy. Unfortunately, a viewer outside the bathroom can very clearly see in! The room is so small there is no place one can sit where the toilet is out of view! There is only one towel hook. The necessary gap between the glass shower door and the floor allows water to escape the shower and soak the “bath mat”. Due to the limited places to hang and dry things, this mat is always damp. The light switch for the bathroom is next to the bed. Thus review has been shortened to fit length requirements.

I got such a good deal on this hotel I was a little apprehensive as I thought it was too good to be true! I was wrong! It was lovely :) The hotel was meticulously clean, the room had everything I needed and the staff were all really friendly 10/10

Hotel is in a great location, staff are very helpful. The rooms are INCREDIBLY small, and the bathroom a little exposed, but perfectly sufficient of all you are doing is sleeping there and using as a base. Reading light and blinds were broken in our room but didn’t prevent us having a great nights sleep - the rooms are soundproof and blackout blinds blocked all light in the morning. Would have liked to have had a mini safe in the room, and a small fridge would also be useful although appreciate the need for space saving.

Great location, staff very friendly. Room was spotless and bed comfy but the room was absolutely tiny, ok for 1 but a squash for 2 so check before you book if you want space to unpack a case or move around!

Perfect for a solo traveler or couple looking for somewhere to literally sleep the night that’s good value, modern and in a great location. NOT for people who aren’t comfortable using the toilet 30cm from your room mate through a frosted glass screen. Same for showering. Also room is tiny but that’s the point, tiny, clean, modern and good value. I’d stay again

Works for London as it’s just a place to rest. The rooms were surprisingly quiet. Great bed and clean but soooo tiny. The bed was surrounded by 3-1/2 walls. The only exit (for me) was by the top half of the bed as the bottom half was the glass wall to the shower. I had little luggage and was travelling solo so it worked for me but could not imagine having my partner there too. But a great price for a great location.

Location was great, so close to the tube, Covent Garden about 10 minutes walk, very easy to get to from Heathrow. We stayed in a family room which had the 2 double beds on top of each other. The kids absolutely loved this set up, particularly each bed having a flat screen tv. The controls for lights and the blinds were a hit too. There was no storage at all in the room, just a few pegs on the wall. The bathroom was the main issue for us, the walls of the bathroom were frosted glass and unfortunately completely see through! We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor and wondered if the glass had been installed the wrong way round! It was a shame because otherwise we would have definitely stayed again.

Good location. Staff seemed nice and helpful but we got a weirdly hard sell on breakfast which we didn't want. Room not very comfortable - bed was hard, pillows really soft - not the best combination! The shower and toilet were in a glass cubicle in the room. Although the glass was frosted, the cubicle had a sliding door which left a pretty large gap right next to the toilet when it was closed, offering no privacy. Room wasn't very sound proof and you could hear guests talking in corridors and sounds such as the tv and phone alarms. For the price I expected better.

But overall the room was comfortable. ->> But there was one point that was really bad. When the maid knocked on the bedroom door just once, she didn't wait for me to answer and opened the door and went in. I could have been in an intimate moment or naked and I felt my privacy was being invaded and not respected.

It was Ok...The rooms are super small, which we knew going in. Check-in was not so pleasant. They complained about holding our luggage until the room was ready, but they did take the luggage to our room. The air conditioning never really worked and they provided a fan. It was just OK.

Double room was small but cosy and clean, in the best location for access to shops, shows and food, staff couldn’t be more helpful, we dropped out bags before check in and they were in our room when we checked in later, they also brought them back out for us after we again used to the storage room after checking out, such nice touches!

Room not very comfortable - bed was hard, pillows really soft - not the best combination! The shower and toilet were in a glass cubicle in the room. Although the glass was frosted, the cubicle had a sliding door which left a pretty large gap right next to the toilet when it was closed, offering no privacy. Room wasn't very sound proof and you could hear guests talking in corridors and sounds such as the tv and phone alarms. For the price I expected better.

The location of this place is great! 12 minute walk to the British Museum, 15 minute walk to Chinatown for incredible dim sum, 7 minute walk to the theater district. half a block from the Holborn underground station and a straight 50 minute ride back to Heathrow for like $6. Faster and a lot cheaper than the ride share it took to get there.

The room was small, windowless but for one night it was fine. It was very clean and the bed, though firm, was comfortable and I slept well. The breakfast buffet was limited but tasty. My bacon+omelette flatbread (warmed on request) was generously filled. All the staff I encountered were polite, helpful and enthusiastic. Plenty of public transport choices nearby. The very reasonable price (for central London!😱) made this a very satisfactory choice. For more than one night I think I'd pay extra for a room with a window but otherwise I was very happy. Recommended.

This hotel was perfect for my family of 4. The rooms were small, but we didn't need much space since we just wanted to see the city and explore. This place was set perfectly in the middle of everything we wanted to see. The staff is great, the rooms were clean, and everything was well-maintained.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, very easy distance to theatre land. Only negative was the breakfast area / reception were the same area so was a bit chaotic with guests standing around with suitcases causing a bottleneck when trying to have a relaxing breakfast

Smallest room I have ever stayed in - advertised as a double room. Lucky I was by myself. Bathroom had glass door- I hate this trend. Tidy etc. Breakfast was limited options, again marketed as full continental! Either provide the amenities or don’t advertise it!

This is was a great stay for a really reasonable price. The bed was really comfy, the room was modern and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked the wine and cheese evening! An ideal location too.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast just needed a bit more healthy choices as not everyone wants bread or pastries. Not much hot food choices either. Location was prefect for our family trip just a shame there was a loud noise coming from outside but not sure where from.

I have been staying here before and love the hotel, the rooms, the location and the prices. However, I was not aware that if you book a double room, (for 2 adults) they charge you for an xtra person. This was not clear at all when I booked.

The cleaning standards were ok, the TV in the bedroom suffered from a poor signal and interference. The team did not listen and half way through checking in started a conversation between themselves, no apology or excuse me. Poor customer management. And then insisted on completing the info dispite me saying I have stayed serval times and was in one of their sister hotel the previous night !!
