This place was perfect for my solo travel. I spent 5 nights at this hotel. The daily street market was perfect for trying international cuisine and the local pubs and eating allowed for all kinds of new dining experiences. The location to Waterloo station made navigating to tourist attractions easy to access and allowed for less walking. The staff is what made this place stand out. Upon arrival Gui and Em were friendly and answered many questions I had. Try Em’s signature coffee. Throughout my stay, whether morning or evening, Su, Manu, Roman, Aki and Mattia were all eager to help with answering questions or suggesting places from Sunday Roast to coffee shops. Thank you! Em went above and beyond. She helped me understand how to use the Underground and train systems. She made it very easy to use and I only got confused once… hehe. Thank you Em! I highly recommend staying here. Very comfortable furnishings and everything I needed was available. Thank you Ruby Lucy team.

This is an excellent hotel fantastic staff and services. Great atmosphere very well maintained and clean. Lovely coffee and tea on each floor. Awesome room and balcony great speakers for my music. Stones throw to the south bank. Great 25 minute walk to the theatres while taking in just about every iconic buildings there is.
