Stayed for one night whilst visiting for a study weekend. Friendly service, quick and easy check in process and beautiful decor. My room was very comfortable and I really liked that there was complimentary cold water available via a tap on my floor. I was able to cast from my iPad to the tv which was great and I slept really well. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good selection. I’m booked to stay again at the end of the month and I can’t wait!

This hotel is just great. Everything is pretty and very clean. Comfy beds with fluffy duvets. Great breakfast with fresh fruits, croissants, chia pudding, classic English breakfast, etc. Lounge is great for working remotely and they had a DJ playing there Saturday evening. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just loved the whole experience and definitely going back.

My third time staying and i wasn’t disappointed. My room seemed a little smaller this time but still had everything I needed and was comfortable - especially the bed! I had a great nights sleep after a delicious cocktail from the bar.

The hotel is in a prime location of London, well connected with every area. New building, you have a nice reception area which it smells so good. We have booked a Junior Suite and I must say, it was really nice, clean, tidy and quite. Worth the money! The bed was really comfortable and the cushions were great! The bathroom was really clean and we found shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion, great products! The room faced a side road where a club is, however we did not hear any annoying noise and we had a lovely night. Staff was kind and polite, we requested late check out, which it was granted, but in the morning we had a member of the staff knocking at our door. Nothing major, I believe just a misunderstanding. If you are driving, pleas keep in mind that parking is a headache. I d advice public transports or cabs. Its much more easier. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved this hotel! Booked for my partners birthday weekend. We had a corner room which was amazing - the bathroom was beautiful and the bed was so comfy. The interior was lovely too, and when we checked in we were given some free cocktail cans :)

Very pleasantly surprised, as no major expectation from Hilton, beyond it being a major chain for regular business travellers, however didnt know we were in one. King room was fresh, spacious and good outlook. Gym well equipped and staff esp on reception were really friendly and helpful. Felt we were staying in a far more expensive independent boutique hotel

Lovely modern hotel with nice staff. Continental breakfast buffett good but hot choice not great and not hot, but overall very good. No off street parking anywhere in Shoreditch and 4 hour maximum stay weekdays and Saturday mornings, free and unlimited from 13:30 Sat to Monday morning.

Crumbs in the bed - not sure if that was due to unchanged sheets from the previous guest or something else. I told the front desk about it on my way out and they gave a mild apology. Shame, because normally this is one of my preferred hotels in the area.

Weekend trip with daughter. Easy location from London Euston, close to all things Shoreditch.Hotel was spotless, had that cool vibe that is so important nowadays! Bed was super comfy and breakfast had plenty of options. A great choice.

The room was lovely. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The shampoo, body wash and conditioner were of good quality and smelled nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. There were lots of restaurants nearby and a convenient little store for odds and ends right down the street. We had a room with a bath tub which was great to soak in after a day full of walking around the city. It was a little convoluted getting to the metro station but nothing to keep us from staying here again. We were very happy with our stay!

Nice hotel in a good location. But: rooms are very small and the direction of the beds make you sleep with your head right next to the entrance door of the room which is unfortunate, also the water in the shower takes ages to get warm.

Loved hotel and swanky city vibe. Quiet. Great bed. Decor was excellent. A tad small but not for London. My only "complaint " is the lighting was moody and low., too low in bathroom for makeup.

Check in not the warmest. Had to give all my details and id twice, once at check-in then again when I returned to collect my keys. Room is small and there is a green light above the entrance which doesn't go off or dim. Due to the size and room configuration it's just a few feet from the bed which made sleeping difficult. Fixture and fittings felt cheap. For example the flush for the toilet is not fitted straight and is on an angle.

Absolutely wonderful! The most seamless relaxing hotel stay I have ever had. They even accommodated a request we made and made the process as easy as possible. We will definitely stay here again if we need a hotel in the same area. We were wowed by the exceptional service. The soundproofing in the rooms should be the standard for every big city hotel. We had a street view room that we opted for and we couldn’t hear any noise at all, just had the city view. Definitely book here over others in the area, you won’t regret it!

I made the booking and my son stayed in the hotel for 3 days. He found the hotel to be excellent in so many ways , more importantly the way the hotel concierge treated him was very kind. Even though he came much earlier than his checking time, he was offered a room .It meant a lot to him since he had been travelling overseas first time on his own and he needed to rest desperately. We are soon coming to visit him and cant think of anywhere else to stay .The location of the hotel is perfect, the price point is good ,and apparently staff is extremely friendly whatelse can you ask for:)

Overall good but room for improvement. Unfortunately twice we had to get housekeeping to service the room which is inconvenient after being out all day and you want to get ready for dinner but have no dry towels etc. So we had to leave the room and wait until this was done. The hotel tries to say the do not disturb are on and they can’t go in but this was not the case. Room service has very limited options unless you like Asian and wasn’t impressed with what was ordered.

Great location and friendly, welcoming staff who explained everything to us. Dominic and the team left us some wine to celebrate my husband’s birthday - which was very kind! Breakfast was delicious and the staff very happy and friendly - very attentive! The shower was amazing and just what was needed after a long day touring London. The hotel made our stay a memorable one - thank you!

Another fabulous stay at Hart Shoreditch. One of the best hotels in the area. Friendly helpful staff and really close to brilliant shops bars and restaurants. 5 mins walk to Old Street Underground station and 10mins walk to Liverpool street station. We won't stay anywhere else now.

Fabulous Shoreditch! I discovered this area as I’m most accustomed to the Chelsea area. Really cool place! Nice welcome and no ice place to stay just a bit pricey but booked it quite last minute! Would definitely go back with girlfriends this time : as so ici to see and do.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are clean, well equipped and the beds are super comfortable! However, the breakfast was appalling! At 10am on a Sunday morning, the buffet was depleted and was not refilled or refreshed in the 45 minutes we were there - everything was cold and when we told the manageress she only then noticed that the heaters had been turned off! Nice stay - but eat elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We arrived to be informed we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite room which was just fab. Every member of staff we met greeted us with a wide smile and were so helpful. Great location. Lots of public transport available close by. Brilliant area to be in. Walkable to BrickLane and Spitalfields. My only slight moan is about the breakfast.... the choice was fabulous and the staff that were there were great BUT I didn't think they paid enough atention to replenishing the food. I had to ask for 4 different items because there were none left and had to wait 5-6 minutes for wach item. Also there was no bread for toast only Olive Bread (delicious as it was) not the right kind of bread for toast! Other than this absolutely brilliant stay and will definitely visit again.

Unfortunately twice we had to get housekeeping to service the room which is inconvenient after being out all day and you want to get ready for dinner but have no dry towels etc. So we had to leave the room and wait until this was done.
