The hotel is clean. A/C works well. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cafe downstairs is good. Convinient location: 10 min walk from underground and railroad; many places around for dining and general shopping. Parking close by is free at night 11-8, It's £4 an hour in day time, and you can't pay before 8am.

We stay there fir 3 days but the was hard to recharge out Phones and stuff . Even if used UK plugs and did complain nothing was done . Was one very keen lady in Reception I felt keen annoying manner . Breakfast nice pay as you go ... Very far from Wimbledon station ...many ok food spots boards shops on Wimbledon Broadway . To far from.lomdom sights ...London Transport is weak ... I would stay here again but not with my family .

No amenities, no wash cloths or decent shampoo conditioner or lotion! No tissue either. We won’t be staying here again even if we liked the location. A one size fits all shower gel will not cut it for me. Rooms were not cleaned on a regular basis nor trash pick up or glasses and cups replaced.

We stayed here for a visit to Wimbledon. It is much further away than the write ups indicated. It’s a straight up hill 20 minute walk to the Village part of town and then from the village it’s another 15 or so minute walk to the courts. We did it once then used uber. I knew I wouldn’t be spending much time in the room so it met my needs. No frills. Comfortable bed. Clean. No lounge or spots to hang in a lobby, very utilitarian in its layout. Price was a little high for the location and amenities. Staff was hejlofuk but didn’t know much about the location of the courts of anything like that. I’d stay again but with lower expectations.
