Amazing hotel with top notch customer service. Beds were very comfy! We loved the water and sparkling water taps in the hallway! Easy access to greater London via Blackfriars tube stop and very close to Tate Modern & Globe Theatre. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We were welcomed at the hotel with drinks and it was lovely. Everything was explained , they booked a taxi for us on the day after for our travel towards Europe. Food was very nice at the restaurant too. Vibrant place, new , spotless , large beds

This is a beautiful hotel, in a very convenient location. There are two tubes stations within a five minute walk in either direction. There is also a lovely Queens river walkway located just across from hotel that leads along the Thames River all the way to the Eye Ferris wheel. The staff was so nice, and every request was promptly honored. The breakfast was very nice as well. It would be nice if they had an ice machine available, but a bucket of ice was brought to the room upon request each evening. We were very pleased with our stay at this top-notch hotel.

My husband and 2 children (17 and 16 years old) stayed here for 1 night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean as was the bathroom. We also used the gym which was great. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to be in the centre of town. We would definitely book this hotel again.

This is my fourth time staying at The Bankside in the last 7 months. It is hands down my favourite hotel in London. Impecably clean, great location, staff is super nice they’ve become family. Normally I travel with my sons, this time I travelled by myself and they remembered me and asked about my sons and sent their regards. Walking distance to 3 Tube Stations, Tate Museum and yummy Borough Market. And their breakfast buffet is amazing!! Will continue to comeback!!

There is no outdoor signage so it was not easy to find. Once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to hear we could check in early! Hotel is new and laid out perfectly, but the AC did not work.. it was miserable sleeping. We did request service but apparently overall issue. When checking out someone had thrown up outside our room which made it difficult to haul luggage out. Didn’t seem like a party hotel but maybe I’m wrong. Hotel bar had amazing drinks, otherwise very nice hotel

The room was very clean & comfortable, with everything you needed. I had one of the best nights sleep of my life thanks to the super comfy mattress & the perfect room temperature. The location couldn’t be better for the activities we booked. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights Excellent vibe, design, amenities, staff, rooms etc. The room was spacious and met all our needs including good lighting that is often lacking in these boutique hotels. Storage space was ample. Room included full length mirror and an another lnext to the window for make-up (often missing in similar properties). bathroom was not huge but comfortable and had enough room for storing toiletries. electronic curtains were a big plus. The restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced. The hotel is close enough to tourist attractions and the business district, but it is in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a good rest. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We travelled with two small children and had a spacious king room. The sofa bed was big enough for them to share (ages 5 and 7). The bedroom was still roomy enough with it open and the bathroom was also not small. Overall experience upon arrival, breakfast and coming in and out of the hotel throughout the day was great. The y gave my kids super cute cuddly toys when we checked in which was appreciated. Breakfast buffet is good and coffee is really nice. Staff are very polite and professional. Location was a bit out the way especially after a long day of walking around but you can walk to Waterloo within 15 mins and Blackfriars tube is just over the bridge. On our last day we actually walked to Covent Garden in around 30 minutes along the south bank which was really pleasant. We’re coming to London again ina. Couple of months but staying at another hotel. I’m seriously considering changing my booking to come back to Bankside. It felt incredibly premium and luxurious, especially when travelling with kids :D

Loved this hotel! It’s in a great location and was a perfect place to stay. The hotel is quite nice, the room was lovely and the on site restaurant was excellent. The room was a little small with the pull out couch in use but it was workable nonetheless. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Truly superb staff. So friendly and accommodating. At times I felt like they could almost read our minds. I’d love to give a special shoutout to Rachel (front desk), Kasha (front desk), and Andrea (restaurant each morning for breakfast). The hospitality we felt from these three was second to none. Job well done ladies!!! I hope management will recognize these tremendous individuals.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We travelled with two small children and had a spacious king room. The sofa bed was big enough for them to share (ages 5 and 7). The bedroom was still roomy enough with it open and the bathroom was also not small. Overall experience upon arrival, breakfast and coming in and out of the hotel throughout the day was great. The y gave my kids super cute cuddly toys when we checked in which was appreciated. Breakfast buffet is good and coffee is really nice. Staff are very polite and professional. Location was a bit out the way especially after a long day of walking around but you can walk to Waterloo within 15 mins and Blackfriars tube is just over the bridge. On our last day we actually walked to Covent Garden in around 30 minutes along the south bank which was really pleasant. We’re coming to London again ina. Couple of months but staying at another hotel. I’m seriously considering changing my booking to come back to Bankside. It felt incredibly premium and luxurious, especially when travelling with kids :D

Normally I travel with my sons, this time I travelled by myself and they remembered me and asked about my sons and sent their regards. Walking distance to 3 Tube Stations, Tate Museum and yummy Borough Market. And their breakfast buffet is amazing!! Will continue to comeback!!

We loved our time at The Bankside, cannot wait to be back. The property is beautiful, meticulously clean, the staff is so professional and naturally nice, the area around it is great with easy public transportation across the street and down the street, lots of restaurants. January 5th through 11th, 2024. 6 nights. It was very pleasant to stay in this hotel except dining. The diner food was not very good and expansive. We didn't try breakfast food at all. Walked to the Cote restaurant located next St. Paul for the breakfast every morning. Otherwise hotel was very good.

New construction with all the modern conveniences, a definite rarity in central London. Situated within walking distance of two tube stations. Awesome breakfast included with attentive staff. Fastest WiFi I've ever experienced in a hotel environment. Absolutely perfect for our family's 4-night stay. Highly recommend.

The rooms were very comfortable - great beds, pillows and fairly spacious for the UK. Very quiet too. The only critique I have is the service in the restaurant (Art Yard) was terrible. The server was rude and completely disappeared before the end of the dinner meal, without even asking if we wanted anything else or the check. She left and never came back! Very strange. The food was very average as well. I would not recommend this restaurant with all the great dining available in London.

Loved this hotel! It’s in a great location and was a perfect place to stay. The hotel is quite nice, the room was lovely and the on site restaurant was excellent. The room was a little small with the pull out couch in use but it was workable nonetheless. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great hotel! Lovely staff, complimentary drink on arrival! Room was clean and nicely decorated, bed was comfortable! Enjoyed a delicious breakfast both mornings and cocktails in the evening in the lounge. I would definitely stay there again!
