Stayed 11 nights

My original booking for 11 nights I needed to amend to 8 nights but the hotel refused my request. This was the start of my very ordinary stay. I believe they did not like this request and decided to place me on level 2 with a view of only a playground being built when I specifically requested a room with a view along the the pictures of hotel.com showing these views. Also we were given a special assistance/ disability room which we did not ask for which made the stay very uncomfortable as bathroom amenities were not for us and the bed too low I might as well slept off the floor. The couch/ sofa was totally inadequate to sit in. We never knew what house keeping was going to do or not do each day we arrived back at the room. An overall disappointment for 11 nights of what they call a 5 star hotel in London.

Stayed 1 night

The hotel is a great location and seems newly renovated. Staff were friendly, but not the most helpful in some situations. I would probably give this hotel 4-stars but the issue we had was with the A/C in our room, it was warm the entire night. The room was huge, two bedrooms with king beds, and modern. I have stayed 100+ nights in Europe, so this is not a a/c is just different in Europe thing, the room simply has insufficient capacity for the size of the room. The vent point straight down in a hallway is a very odd way to design and a/c. Another room my family was staying in cooled fine, this room just does not work.

Stayed 2 nights

We stayed here for two nights and it was perfectly placed for the subway and hop on hop off bus stops..the suite was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had breakfast and even had dinner in the restaurant. Both of which were very nice. The staff were very attentive and I would definitely recommend staying here in future.
