Had a great experience in this hotel. The gym was well equipped and definitely a plus for me. The breakfast staff were remarkable and the food was a delight. Looking for to having a family stay here.

Close to the mall so need to venture out for local food. Nice gym which can apply for advanced users.

Very smart, new hotel. Great room facilities, including comfy beds, coffee machine, mini fridge, TV with Chromecast built in (plus sky sports!) and reliable WiFi. The location is very handy, with Westfield right next to it, plus you can get to/from st pancras in just 7 mins. Friendly staff too but our only small negative was finding we'd had a mini bar charge on our card after leaving, despite not using the mini bar.

Really well situated hotel, beautiful lobby and comfortable rooms. Staff at check-in and check-out were friendly. Breakfast was very busy and some things needed re-filling. Only issue was very loud music played until well after midnight, maybe due to the fact it was a Saturday night in December?

Lovely spacious clean room, good sized TV in room. Restaurant for breakfast was excellent, waiter service for main cooked breakfast then buffet for everything else. Excellent choice of food, and very friendly staff. Could not fault anything. Will definitely return here.

The property was super posh, from the decor to the food and the amenities. I enjoyed our time at the hotel , first time i had ever been to a 5* star hotel so i surely was blown away. Luxurious of the highest level . What was disappointing was cleanliness, to find the room hadnt been cleaned properly, with someone's left overs In your room, this needs to improve massively. The staff at the reception need to show a little bit of a smile because they are the first people that travellers see so it would be nice to be greeted with a smile.

This property is in a very convenient location near public transportation and dining. The room was about average cleanliness. It was pretty loud at this property. There was often a DJ playing loud music near the dining area, which I really didn’t love. The front desk staff tended to only do the minimum of what was asked. The room was nice and big but the refrigerator Did not work. I brought that up to the staff and they made no effort to address it. There is no ice machine available to guests. The dining staff were absolutely great and very nice. The included breakfast was very good and filling. One thing that was a problem was that the property description indicated there is a laundry facility for use on site. This is absolutely not true. There is only an extremely expensive laundry send out service with a one day turnaround.

The building and location are great, unfortunately the restaurant/bar staff seemed overworked and disengaged. Uncleared tables, ages to get served and not a smile to be had. Reported dirty towels on n checkout and it seemed acceptable.

Stayed for 1 night with my mum and sister. We selected the property as we were going to ABBA voyage and also wanted to be close to Westfield for the shops and restaurant. It was a perfect stay and the little touches for my Mum’s birthday were lovely and much appreciated. All the staff were helpful and super friendly. The hotel overall and the room was spotlessly clean and facilities and breakfast great. Would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be using it again. Thanks for a great stay!

One of the best hotels I had the pleasure of staying at in London. Very clean and friendly staff. Our checkin was smooth and well informative. Our room was very clean and we had no complaints.

Love this hotel and have stayed before. Great welcome in a modern environment makes you feel good about having booked. All went well till we got to room and saw some nasty stain on the carpet. We didnt complain as we were staying only one night., Next morning we ordered room service breakfast using the instore tablet and it was not delivered. Reception was sorry but we got no breakfast.. We will stay again as we love this hotel and its location. But its not cheap and woudl expect t better service for the price paid.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and responded promptly with all the information I needed. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, though I think the variety at the Counter could be improved. The shower booth design might not suit everyone’s taste, but I got used to it after a day or two, so it wasn’t really inconvenient. The soundproofing, however, could be better.

Pros Staff all very welcoming and helpful. Room was large and clean. I arrived a bit early and was able to get checked in before 3pm Cons the room was so dark and one of the lights wasn't working but honestly would not have made any difference to the darkness. There is nowhere near a plug to sit and blow dry hair and forget it to see to do make up. I found the whole room very depressing. My room was either over a function room or near to pub as there was a constant background thump of music so not the best if you need quiet to sleep

The room I was given was nice but had some issues: - The queen bed was somewhat short and mattress quite worn and uneven which gave me a backache the first night. - There was also issues with the water pressure and I wasn’t able to shower normally. Issues were mentioned to reception on the first day but wasn’t resolved.

Second time staying here. We arrived very early and didn't expect our room to be ready yet. But while having a drink at the bar, the guy from the check-in counter came and told us he had a room for us, but to our surprise, it was an upgraded room to the Manhattan, which is the biggest room type in the hotel! The room was awesome with a great view! Thank you!

Lovely stay at The Stratford for 2 nights whilst we attended concerts at the O2 and Tottenham Stadium - super convenient for both. Nice room & overall amenities. Only thing we’d have changed was the length of the bed, as it was noticeably short. I’m 5’8” at my feet hung over the bottom of the bed. My husband is 6’5” and had no chance! The beds, linens and towels were all really good quality, so this is a minor point really, but it might put us off rebooking again.

No hot water, other than shower. Power sockets loose and some not working. Room very dark even with all lights on - e.g. could not see well enough to apply make up. Bed was comfortable.

My wife Ann and I booked The Stratford for three nights as it was a very special occasion for us as we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary on October 1st. I emailed the hotel in advance explaining that our stay was to be very special for us. I received a very prompt reply and they congratulated us and that they'd certainly be looking forward to welcoming us. We had an early flight from Ireland West airport and arrived in Stansted airport at approximately 11am. We got the National Express service to Stratford arriving there at approximately 12.30pm We knew we were too early for check-in which is set at 3pm but we called to the hotel anyway hoping our luggage could be stored for the couple of hours. The welcome we received at reception made us feel very special by the very friendly reception team. With our luggage off our hands we went for a stroll around the Westfield shopping centre which literally is on the hotel's doorstep. We returned to the hotel at 2.15 and again received a very friendly welcome. Our room was ready and excitedly we made our way for the 6th floor. The room was a larger room than we booked as the hotel gave us an upgrade due to our occasion. I had asked for a good view and I'm certainly very happy with what we got. There was a beautiful hand written card of congratulations from the reception team along with a beautiful presented plate of cakes. We had a wonderful stay and can only pay the highest compliments to every staff member we encountered

Lovely hotel, staff at reception were very friendly, room was excellent, had a few drinks at the bar and again lovely staff. Only moan was breakfast, queued for 25 minutes to be seated and service was painfully slow however the actual breakfast was very good. Overall the breakfast with queuing took over an hour and a half! Wish now I’d found a local cafe!

We booked here as a treat for my daughter’s birthday but we didn’t feel special at all, we felt like an inconvenience!! Our room wasn’t ready even though we arrived after 3pm. The people in front of us were offered free drinks but they’d run out of vouchers for us! They took £50 from my card to cover any incidentals. We spent £2.50 on an Apple Juice but were accused of having dinner on the Mezzanine (we did not - we went to Waitrose). I am still waiting for my £47.50 refund over a week later! Will not be staying here again!

Beautiful modern hotel close to Stratford station. Staff very polite and professional. We got upgraded for free due to it being my husbands 40th, and they had left a lovely card for him in our room. Incredible service, thank you so much to whoever was the star behind that. Bed was incredible, large shower and I loved the ability to dim the lights in the bathroom to have a full on spa experience with the lovely soaps and lotions provided after a long day out. I wish there was a shower cap provided in the little bathroom kit, but I managed with an asda bag lol. Air condition worked well, tv had loads of options and we had a lovely view in to some communal gardens/allotments. We will absolutely return. Unfortunately, although we ordered breakfast it was NOT included when we came down for the lovely looking breakfast buffet in the morning. A huge letdown. In the confirmation email from hotels.com it clearly states breakfast included, and I am 100% sure it said it was included when I booked the room. The hotel had no information from Hotels.com that we had ordered breakfast, so if you book a room here through Hotels.com make sure you contact the hotel in advance to make sure you actually get your breakfast.

Very modern property, clean, spacious rooms. - wifi runs a bit slow when connected to the tv. Service was disappointing on this stay. Ordered breakfast where tea and fruit salad was missing. Requested it from the receptionist in which to bring up a kettle instead of the hot water I requested. - staff came and brought a kettle and when I opened the door commented” you complained about hot water” … very strange - checkin was great, receptionist was lovely and friendly. - checkout had a strange atmosphere with the receptionists. Was asked how my stay was in the most disinterested way. Overall, location is convenient, hotel is modern, clean and great room. Service side can be improved.

We love this hotel and have stayed here many times. It’s our preferred hotel in London. With a feeling of modern luxury and an oasis of calm in a busy city. A short distance from local sights such as the AꓭBA arena and Westfield shopping it is also not far into London city centre and the west end with excellent transport links. Our room was beautiful and comfortable and we were welcomed to the hotel like we were important (we aren’t!). Drinks and breakfast were excellent and reasonably priced for a good London hotel. We will be back soon!

The Stratford is a great property, we were there for 7 nights and didn’t have a single issue. Would definitely recommend staying here, it’s easy access to the underground and London attractions and having the mall 200 meters away really helps when you’re hungry and want some food.

The attached restaurant had excellent breakfasts available, which were included in the room rate. Location beside a large retail mall, and train and DLR stations made this an ideal place to stay. Also, was in comfortable walking distance to the ABBA arena. Really, there is nothing that needed improving!

Fab hotel - lovely open lobby and really nice vibe in the communal areas/bar/brasserie, comfortable room with all mod cons, robes , minibar etc. great service and good location for ABBA Voyage which is about a 25 min walk past the Olympic Stadium and Mittel Orbit so a pleasant easy route. HS1 to St Pancras is only 6 mins so good connections - would definitely stay there again if we’re in that part of London

extortionately expensive breakfast at 32 GBP had the audacity to ask for more money if i ordered a hot chocolate, bacon had more fat than bacon, hot food was not buffet it was per order with very small portions.

We had a wonderful experience at the Stratford Hotel. The hotel was located where it was very convenient to travel using the trains and going to the mall and restaurants The room and room service were excellent. We ate breakfast every day at the hotel. The food was delicious and lots of variety, The staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist us. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, good location, breakfast was good but chaotic with lack of tables. Rooms clean, beds and pillows very comfortable.

The room is good. The breakfast is normal and the coffee is not included in the breakfast menu, need to order additionally.

Great location. Perfect for what we needed. Impressive looking when we arrived. Greeted by friendly staff. Our room was fantastic. Well appointed, modern, comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic although the shower water pressure was not as powerful as the huge shower head suggested. We had a good shower nonetheless. The main lounge served good drinks. It had an interesting menu but we didn’t have time to eat. The food that others were eating looked great. There is another restaurant and a terrace but we didn’t get a chance to try them. We had breakfast in their E20 kitchen. Great selection, a lot of thought given to dietary preferences. Be hard not to enjoy it. Check out was a comfortable noon and as we had some things to do they had an organised system for holding luggage. Overall a great hotel. Not the cheapest but we loved it and will be back.

Hotel was lovely. Bottomless brunch was excellent. Good choice of food and drink, to suit everyone. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Just a minutes walk to train and shopp8ng centre. Really good location for our ABBA Voyage night out. One stop away. Will stay here again, if visiting.

We love this hotel and always seek to stay here when visiting London. We did, unusually, have a couple of issues with our room from an over flowing shower to a broken wardrobe door. Fortunately the staff were very understanding and did their best to rectify things. The Saturday afternoon vibe was amazing with a live DJ in the lobby bar. Breakfast was excellent tho they must have changed chefs as the avocado toast was different. Not a complaint. We will be back!!
