Property looks terrible from the outside but once you get to the rooms they are pretty good. USB's next to one bed didn't work and wifi was hopeless - worked in reception area but never managed to get it to work in the room despite staff resetting it etc. Very convenient parking round the back

The hotel is above a gas station. The service was good and the car park is in the back. It looks like it was newly remodeled and looked clean. The room was hot so make sure you get a room with A/C as not all of them have one.

Decent budget hotel. Handy for the airport. Fairly basic but clean and well maintained. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. No tea or coffee maker in the room (Bottled water is supplied) but there is a complimentary hot drinks vending machine in reception which was pretty good.

Bit of a mixed bag. On arrival, despite receiving multiple emails on the lead up to the trip, we had not been allocated a room. Bit stressful for about 10mins but the receptionist was able to allocate a family room to us and on we went. The room itself was perfectly fine. Basic but thats what we expected. The car park was £5 per night which i also felt was reasonable. Bit of noise towards bedtime but not unexpectedly so. Self check out in the morning. Id stay again but would contact in advance to confirm room allocation.

This is a no frills budget hotel, but for a night or two before a flight from Heathrow it is ideal. Walking distance from West Drayton station and bus outside to Heathrow if needed. Bottled water provided and a lovely welcome from Ali on reception. The place is spotlessly clean with plenty hot water for shower. We will use again when we have an early flight.

Looked like a bit of mold in the shower room ceiling. Rooms require you to use the stairs. There do not.seem to be lifts. Car parking looks unsafe to keep your cars.

First entering the reception already have weird smell, check in process is ok, no lift, need to move luggages on tiny staircases. Inside the room, its horrendous. Mold everywhere on walls, shower area drain does not work properly, bed sheets seems dirty as well. It is a petrol station downstairs and the hotel seems to be previously staff accommodation. Anyway, bad experience we ever had

Window in the room was left open for our arrival, the temperature was -4. The shower was grimy and the toilet flush was loose. The landing light isn't on a sensor so if you prefer total darkness to sleep or are concious about eco friendliness this isn't the hotel for you. Slept ok, after the bar next door stopped playing music, until the garage owners began arriving and clattering the metal shutters directly behind and below the building. Mattress very soft and within about 5mins walk of the tube station.

Our flight was cancelled at the last minute, so we needed to find somewhere to stay for one night until we could fly from Heathrow the next day. This hotel is very close to West Drayton station, which is on the Elizabeth Line. It was easy to get to - only a short walk down the road. There is also a quick bus route that takes you to Heathrow Terminal 5. A friendly member of staff was posted at reception throughout the day/evening. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was large and comfortable, and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. They provided complimentary bottles of water in the room, although no kettle for tea/coffee (this did not bother us but this might be an issue for some people). We paid a little bit extra to have a room with air conditioning. I would recommend this as the hotel is on a relatively busy road and so you might find it too noisy to sleep if you have the window open at night to let cool air in. Overall, fantastic value for money considering the proximity to Heathrow airport. Very clean and comfortable.

Air conditioner condenser made a loud noise every few minutes and street was loud with window open, so it made it a little difficult to sleep. The room was clean. The shower was spacious, but frequently turned to scalding hot while showering. Beds were comfortable. A few restaurants were walkable. Parking was easy. Not a bad price for a quick stay while passing through.

The property is on top of a gas station and does not really look like a hotel. There is only someone at the front desk at certain hours. The rooms have been somewhat renovated but our room had a gap under the door which allowed all the sounds of people talking and taking smoke breaks on the outdoor patio to wake us up all night. I also could not find a hairblower but there was nobody at front desk at the time so ended up not washing my hair that morning.

Location great for getting to airport 8 minutes away, parking facility good. It had the basics for getting a few hours sleep after a long drive and an early pick up from the airport. Bed was hard but that is personal choice. Would of like more pillows, tea making facilities would of been a bonus but there was a vending drinks machine downstairs. There was only im guessing a couple of rooms occupied but could hear snoring from other rooms. My husband slept ok, would we use again, probably if we had to collect family again from airport but be more prepared with bringing pillows, earplugs.

The convenience and peace and quiet, did not like to have to pay twice, for my stay, once when I booked on line and again upon my arrival. requested a early morning call and did not get one, at 8PM. when I was leaving reception was closed, no telephone in any of the rooms,

On arrival at the hotel at 7pm we were told that our card for payment had been declined therefore our room had been cancelled. We were stranded and had no choice but to pay a higher price for an inferior room. I had given the wrong card details when booking apparently but neither expedia or the hotel bothered to call us or contact us and let us know. Expedia blamed the hotel and the hotel blamed expedia. Last time I use either!

Worst service ever.no body at hotel reception after 11pm.stay out side hotel in the car park until the receptionist reached hotel 9am.once he came I had checked in hotel just for showered to catch the flight and he charged per whole night fee.i don’t recommend this hotel at all.

KLARNA should removed this hotel from their partnership, they don't accept it and they refuse to use the one time card payment. I was forced to pay the total amount and they charge more 30£ then what was showing in my reservation. There is problems every night in the rooms and all the nights was too much noise. We can't have a properly shower, the water get hot and cold continuously. Not a good option

Location is poor. Rating is wrong. This is not a 3 star hotel. Hard to identified its a hotel. With a box corner door. I booked this accommodation for a night stay after a late movie night. Went to check in at 23:50pm hotel door was closed no one at the reception. Called a number posted at the door to call. The person respond will come in 5 minutes. Stay at my car for over 30 minutes no one turn up. Called again on his way waited for any other 20 minutes. On my way driving off a guy came. Why hotel door closes at 23pm? Then was rated as a 3star that a scam. The locations is isolated. Top of a fuel station. Health and safety concern. Corner door look like a entrance for a night club.

It is a great place to stay as its affordable, comfortable, clean and less than 15 minutes away from Heathrow Airport. The ammenaties included a vending machine of free hot beverages, oatmeal and soup, the shower's water pressure was wonderful and my room was spacious but still cosy. It was a good hotel experience for the price.
