Courtyard Asheville Biltmore Village

We had a great stay here. The meeting space was adequate, facilities were very clean, every staff person encountered was friendly and obliging. They have a nice partially covered outdoor area with a gas fire pit which was really great. We had a night cap since the weather was great. They have a swimming pool as well but we didn't use it. Price was definitely in point for a one night stay. I would highly recommend folks to stay!

Nice newer property that is well located. Stay here a lot. Very disappointed that only exercise bike was broken and one of two ellipticals. Service/staffing also seems to have slipped - waited five minutes for somebody to show up and check us in. Despite these issues, this is still an excellent hotel and I recommend it.

Great location to Biltmore Estate which is where we were visiting for our anniversary weekend. Easy access in and out of the facility and convenient parking. Elevators were extremely slow, but other than that we would stay here again and recommend.

It was a very comfortable stay. We were only here for one night, but it was very quiet on our floor. The front desk attendant was nice and welcoming. The gym was very spacious and offered towels and a water bottle refill machine. Our room felt very cozy and the bathroom was very clean. The water gets really hot which is always a plus! It only took us 7 minutes to reach downtown from the hotel. There are a few food/bar places to walk to. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the gym, Starbucks,close to all

Nice hotel with evening dining on the weekends. Nice pool and gym facilities. Very clean room and great staff. The beer garden next door and a pizza place in walking distance was super convenient. Only a three minute drive to the Biltmore.

The facility looked to be new. The room was very clean and comfortable. However, our room was right next to the elevator which made a lot of noise in our room every time the elevator was used. And our room was on the street side of the hotel at a busy intersection so street noise was also an issue. When I checked in it appeared that the front desk was training someone so I didn't get the chance to ask for a quiet room. I was also disappointed that there was not free coffee in the lobby in the morning. Had to buy Starbucks instead.

The room was great! It was clean, comfortable and roomy. The bathroom was even clean and roomy! The staff was professional, friendly and courteous. What more could you ask for in a hotel?! Oh, yeah, location! It is literally right around the corner from the entrance to the Biltmore Estate and the Village shops. Highly recommend.

The room was very clean.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The check-in staff was friendly. The pool was stocked with fresh towels. Our room was thoughtfully appointed with plentiful plug outlets, lighting and blackout drapes. The layout and design of the room made sense. And it was in pristine condition. If I did not know differently I might guess that we were the first guests to occupy the room. Great overall experience. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the service was great. My first room was near the road, so it could get a bit noisy with traffic going to the intersection. However, when I moved to a suite, it was much quieter and more peaceful, with trees behind the room providing a nice, relaxing view. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the cleanliness and hospitality.

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Room was spacious and modern, and our bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in an hour early which was a huge relief after driving all morning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here anytime we visit Asheville in the future.

Location wasn’t the most scenic but the accommodations were great with one small exception. We had a bit of used dental floss left on the soap dish in the shower from a previous guest. Certainly neither one would prevent us from a return stay in the future.

Always clean and quiet. Very courteous front desk staff. This is where we stay every visit.

It was good except, the wifi was useless, ac unit didn't cool the room enough and the articulating TV wall bracket would not stay in place so you could watch tv.

Hotel room was spacious and clean, really enjoyed chilling in the room at the end of the day watching the movable smart TV. Wall mirror next to the bed facing the pillow was quite unsettling though. Sleep affected.

Only a 2 minute drive from the Biltmore, which was nice. Only thing that was a really poor experience was that the pull out bed was simply awful. My 10 year old couldn't even tolerate it as part of the mattress was jutted over the edge of the couch and it jutted into your back. Those pieces of furniture are terrible and need to be replaced. So, if you are counting on the pull out couch - don't.

Would have given 5 stars but electric plugs were inoperable on my side of the bed & the bedside light was inoperable on my husbands side.

Beautiful room with super comfy beds. Quiet. Only issue was it was a handicapped room, yet the toilet was super low and had NO grab bar for elderly mother to pull up on. I scooted a small storage cube from under the sink area and managed to squeeze it in by the toilet and shower stall. It worked. But I would surely expect a handicap room to have a comfort height toilet with nearby grab bars. We also had a lovely light breakfast of yogurt, fruit and Starbucks. Very luxurious stay.

Spacious room and new hotel

This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, and room was comfortable. My room was on the side next to the street and it was very noisy all night. Traffic noise and trains passing by could be heard all through the night.

Only issue is the room next to elevators is noisy. Not from people but mechanical noise from elevators running

We booked a four night stay for our 35th wedding anniversary in Asheville NC. The first night was horrible due to severe back pain from a too soft mattress. I got no more than 1 hour of sleep. The next day Ravi the manager hauled two thick boards up and personally put them under my mattress and I slept like a baby the next three nights! Ravi's character, demeanor, and service was impeccable! Thank you Ravi for going over & beyond the call of duty!

We had a little issue with the tv in our room. Juan and the front desk fellow could not fix the problem so we moved to another room. I wish I remembered his name but he went out of his way to make sure we were happy. It was an amazing experience. Thank you and please thank them for us.

Dear Mr/Mrs/Ms or Miss Stys, Thank you for the opportunity for me to say how poorly run your hotel is. At 3:30 Am on 2/21/25 we were woken by flashing lights and an audible alarm. We quickly dressed and took the stairs down to the lobby. While many other guests continued to gather, there was no staff to be seen to offer directions or even an explanation for the alarm. Finally, after several minutes a desk clerk returned to the front desk. As more guests filed into the lobby, still not a word of what the situation was, The desk clerk did however sell some water to a confused guest. After about 10 minutes the fire department arrived and 3 firefighters entered the building. They disappeared to investigate the situation, still not a word from the green haired lady. Finally, after several more minutes, the firemen returned to the lobby and announced that we could all return to our rooms. Needless to say, the lack of information and the early hour made it difficult to return to sleep. The next morning, shower water was ice cold and we had to go to a meeting without having showered. We were gone all day and returned for the evening to prepare for an early departure. The next morning, the shower water was luke warm at best. During that period, not so much as a cup of coffee was offered to us. When checking out, I asked if we could get a refund or even a discount. I was told that I would have to take it up with the third party that I booked the stay with.

We were visiting and ended up getting stranded due to Hurricane Helene. There were two young boy and a bartender that were at the property and stayed the entire time to help guests. They were all fantastic. The GM showed up and started asking us to evacuate....not sure were he wanted us to go but he did not want us there. One guest who had tried to leave said we can't get out and we are all staying. The GM showed up several times and was not helpful and didn't help with the situation at all. He was useless. The 3 employees that stayed should be given bonuses and a week of paid vacation when this is all over. Much love to all in Asheville. The devastation is like nothing I have ever experienced.

The staff is the absolute best! Every person we interracted with did everything they could to accommodate us. The room was super quiet and lovely. The best hotel experience we've had in a long time!

The building was new in the room was nice, however, this hotel seemed extremely understaffed, leading to a late check-in for us in long wait times for everything.

Nice room, seemed like aorerty new building. A bit pricey but Served our needs fine for a night near Biltmore but neighborhood wasn’t too nice, noisy train line outside. Parking crowded/tight but free.

It was a great location, lots of dining nearby. We were so close to the Biltmore estate which was the main focus of our trip.

I lived in Asheville for 20 years and returned to the area to attend a funeral. This hotel is exceptional. It is very clean, has comfortable beds, and a great staff. However, since Helene, Biltmore Village has undergone significant destruction. My room had a view of massive piles of trash and debris from the river. Asheville is struggling with storm recovery and grappling with a substantial unhoused population. I would advise against leaving valuables in your car or leaving doors unlocked. Hi-Wire Brewery has recently reopened, but due to traveling alone, it did not seem wise to walk to the bar. Nevertheless, the hotel is fantastic. I utilized the pool for lap swimming, which was warm and clean. Additionally, it was convenient to have a selection of Starbucks Coffee items available in the lobby.

Great location if going to Biltmore Estate. It is only two blocks away. Clean and staff are friendly. Only thing I would improve on is the food and drinks.

Property location in relation to Biltmore and NC Arboretum. Arts District is close. Many great eating options nearby. Area is not pedestrian friendly, which is not a reflection on the Marriott. We stayed six nights, only beef with the room is the furniture in the suite is not very comfortable. We would stay here again.

I loved the hotel, Biltmore Village is another story. It can take 20 minutes to get from the Lodge Gate at Biltmore Estate to the hotel and at the right time it can take minutes just to be able to pull out into traffic on the street where the hotel is located. Lesson learned. I very much enjoyed my room, it was incredibly comfortable and the staff was excellent but I will NEVER stay in Biltmore Village again.

The hotel was was industrial area and we had a view of a junkyard from our room. The only other issue was noisy air conditioning. It was clean and fairly updated.

This is a fantastic hotel only a few minutes from the Biltmore estate. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were clean and updated. I wish it offered free breakfast, but otherwise it was great.

This property is always clean! The staff have the best customer service and the food is good.

We only stayed one night, and the hotel was nice enough to change our reservations because I was ill and could not come the night we originally booked. We were a little disappointed that the breakfast was not included, as most Marriotts offer at least free coffee or tea. The room was clean.

The bar was never open when we were there. Having to pay for Starbucks coffee was a bit pricey. A coffee bar would be nice & it doesn’t have to be Starbucks.
