Was good stay, didnt have laundry place to do clothes. No pool or hot tub paying for parking was way different also. I believe if you stay in hotel that parking should be included not extra charges

This is a pretty new hotel. It was clean and comfortable and our room was spacious. We were only there for a quick overnight stay. My only complaint was that the bar/restaurant was closed and we arrived sometime around 8:30 on a Saturday evening. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was so that we could relax with an adult beverage after driving in from San Francisco. But the property is very nice and I would stay again.

Excellent staff and facilities. The gym is fantastic - clean and very well equipped with a peloton bike, multiple life fitness treadmills, free weights, and more. The front desk was great. Will definitely stay again. My only wish would be replacing disposable single use toiletries with wall mounted large containers to reduce waste.

When booking, the site said that there is shuttle service to the airport, then when checking in I find out the shuttle service to the airport does not start until 7:00am! Simply terrible, how can a hotel promote free shuttle to the airport, then start it at 7:00am and be taken seriously.

The lobby advertised a game room - all games were either non working or broken. Our room was infested with Ants - the 2nd day we were moved - and in the 2nd room the safe was not working so we had to carry our valuables with us. Horrible location - do not stay here

Very quiet and clean. The gentleman this morning at check out was awesome. The shuttle driver was a no show The man at the counter called for transport for my husband and I and another group of 3. He went above and beyond communicating with us throughout our wait Please recognize him for a job well done

Nice, updated clean property and rooms. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The bar tender was excellent, remembering conversations and drink and food orders from the previous night. Restaurant for was good. Location is near the airport and train. And close to downtown San Jose.

Our experience was very weird. The staff when we first got there was oddly unfriendly at check-in although they were fairly quick to get us a room. When we got into our room, there must have been 15 rat traps in there. After dinner, we asked the front desk what the deal was with all the traps. After some talking, they gave us a new room. No traps in the other room and it was clean and fine.

When we check into our room everything was great. We left for a bit and came back and our room had ants everywhere. It was maybe 11 pm when this happen, Eza was amazing and worked quickly to get us into another room.

When we checked it everything started good. As my wife was laying in the bed she got bit by red ants. Upon looking around room we found more ants. Spoke to front desk they moved us to another room and the 2nd room was dirty and smelled like urine. Spoke to front desk again and they gave us a 3rd room and that room had ants as well. So just just went ahead and checked out of the hotel. Bad thing was we had to travel up there for a family emergency

The lobby smelled like sewer. They were holding a loud employee meeting in the lobby and had closed the restaurant area ( instead of holding the meeting inside one of conference rooms, I took a video of it but there is no place here to add it. But the facility is new and modern and close to downtown.

Third time staying, first time having issues. Toilet clogged and letting them know to fix it at night while weren't there. But they didn't do anything until we really have to used it in the next morning. The bathroom had lots of hair in the shower and under the sink platform. Thank you for giving opportunities to express our thoughts.

The room itself was lovely, however there was hair on the shower wall and floor. Maintenance came up without notice to correct an issue on door. I was very surprised that I hadn't received a call from the front desk that they were coming. The front desk did however book a taxi for me and I appreciated that.

The front of staff was amazing upon arrival was very straight forward and no issues whatsoever. The room was great plenty of space and spotless and the amenities that the room had to offer was great! Charging ports everywhere which is great nice size tv and temp controlled . Will definitely come back It is a must stay

A decent overnight airport stay, but not much more. It’s in a slightly sketch neighborhood, but not dramatically so, just a little rundown. My two biggest complaints were the thin ceiling (wake up with the neighbor above you at 5am), and the windows have zero way to black out light - none. You’re gonna have sunrise wake up without eye cover if light bothers you. Nice staff, fine place, they put a lot of money into the lobby. It’s a hassle that parking is extra also, considering the state of the neighborhood.

This property is really great all around, I would stay here again for sure, even though it is tucked into a less than great neighborhood. We didn't have issues with our car outside overnight so it is fine but be aware its not a spot you will want to do anything around the hotel itself. The hotel is new/great and the rooms very modern. The shower pressure is very low but its a nice/new shower so you can't really complain. The bed was comfortable and they didn't have those tiny small bed pillows (horrible) that so many other hotels are now carrying and nobody likes - they are standard/king size pillows and very soft (not cheap). I also really appreciated, as someone who travels a lot, that the towels were not cheap and sand paper like - they are actually soft at this hotel. The only issue with the room was that there is a weird red light that blinks on and off through the night in the entry area and bathroom. I have no idea what this is or why there are two, they are good sized (maybe golf ball size) and flash slowly. This kept me up through the night as I'm a light sleeper and the flashing kept waking me up - please get rid of these, then this property is perfect!

I had reserved an accessible room because I'm using a cane. When I got into the room, I noticed that the roll-down window shade wouldn't move at all, and the cord seemed to be cut near the top. I ended up switching to a regular room. Not ideal, but I preferred that to not having privacy. The front desk told me that they knew about the problem, and their vendor was slow getting back to them. Everything else was good.

The Hotel is very nice and the rooms were clean. Unfortunately the hot water wasn’t working in our original room. I took a Luke warm shower. Maintenance was called and turns out the shower handle was broken. They switched us to another room and we had to pack up everything we had already unpacked and move it all ourselves. By the time we got to the second room it was to late for my husband to take a shower because we had to go to dinner and a show. We had checked it at 3 so we had plenty of time to relax and enjoy the room but it was pretty stressful. The Hotel is really nice and the staff was great. The shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion that was provided was awesome and smelled great. The bed was firm but comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Overall I’d stay here again when I have events to attend in San Jose but I’ll definitely check to make sure everything is in working order before we unpack.

Loved that Japantown was right down the street (5 min drive). Easy to park and facilities and room were are clean only thing that could have been better is shower pressure

I booked the airport shuttle bus by phone in advance. I waited for a long time but the bus didn't come, so I called the hotel 5 times but no one answered. I came to the hotel by Uber. When I complained to the front desk, they said they couldn't make a reservation. I played a recording of the call when I made the reservation. I was very disappointed

It all started like this: They wanted to charge us $50 for checking in a few hours early when they had clean rooms available. Apparently service doesn’t matter any longer at Hilton. I have never been asked that question before. The following morning I asked if we could get our room cleaned. I was told it would be done by 4:00pm. As it drew closer to 4:00pm I asked one more time and was told it would certainly be cleaned. We then left for the evening and of course when we got back to our room late that night it was never cleaned. Beyond frustrating. They finally brought us clean towels after 10:00pm.

I asked them to do housekeeping and they said OK, but they didn't do it. I asked them to hurry up because I had to put my child to bed, and they said they would come right away, but it took an hour and a half. Moreover, they just brought the sheets and did no housekeeping at all, and the front desk staff was very rude. It was the worst experience ever. I will never use this hotel again. Even though it is a relatively cheap hotel, the quality of the staff is poor.

The front desk and the restaurant staff were amazing. Unfortunately, we got waken up at 5am to security barging in. Turns out, we weren’t checked in, thus the assumption that our room was empty. I reached out to the manager and he claimed to go over standard procedures with staff. Overall, our stay was great.

This property is clean and close to the freeway. The customer service was amazing! There was an issue with our room the first night and the manager, Mr. Cordova, rectified the problem immediately. Lira from the front desk was sweet and helpful. We will definitely be returning to this property. We had a wonderful stay.

The hotel used to be quite good but now they are cutting corners (no free coffee or water in lobby for guests) gym frequently out of water as well. Plus there is an Asian front desk clerk that is always unhelpful with a nonchalant attitude. However, the night front desk clerk is quite good.

This property is really great all around, I would stay here again for sure, even though it is tucked into a less than great neighborhood. I liked the walk around the Hilton which presented itself to be central to other things around it. The hotel itself had a great aura and made you feel you had it to yourself. The staff was fantastic. Even though there weren't many stores around it, the Light rail was a couple of blocks away to venture.

The property was well maintained and staff was really friendly and professional. Food options around the area were minimal. The restaurant in the lobby had a great breakfast. All in all great time as always when staying at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Great hotel, the bed was pretty hard for my comfort my husband and kids agreed we woke up sore. Breakfast is not included and it was $24 a person for basic hotel breakfast buffet. I checked out early at 5 and they didn’t have any coffee until 6AM. Thankfully Starbucks was nearby. Most likely will not be back due to the beds.
